    Highly recommend!!! I can’t thank the staff enough for helping me bring my beautiful pen back to life. The repairs they made in a timely manner make my 30 year old pen look new. CeCe was fantastic to work with! Great customer service.

    I stopped in here recently as I was looking for a new hobby to collect and writing instruments was something that I kept coming back to. Immediately upon walking in sales advisor Cece took care of us. She took the time to explain different collections and find a writing instrument in particular I was looking for which she found. She spent overall probably around an hour with her. I was not looking to buy on the spot as I was still on the fence about getting into a nice pen and breaking it or more so loosing it. If it wasn't for Cece and her attention to detail, professionalism and knowledge I wouldn't have left the store with my first two writing instruments and a start of a new hobby and collection.

    I brought a pen in for repairs and everything was great, the pen was returned in 3 weeks and looked new. I also had another pen that had not been engraved so I brought it in as well. Very friendly staff and very helpful.

    Cece at Mont Blanc is truly one of a kind. Unfortunately my cat went to the bathroom in my suitcase and I was unable to clean it well enough. I went in and asked if Mont Blanc could replace the liner, after some time it came back and they said that they could not. Cece took it upon her self to take my luggage home, and personally spent her own free time cleaning it several times with various methods until it was good as new. I was speechless, truly an amazing act and Mont Blanc is lucky to have her

    I have owned my pen for over 25 years and over that time it has been pretty beat up. I sent it in to get it repaired and it came back like it was new. I am very pleased and happy with the entire process. Thanks you!

    Textbook base of how not to run a retail store. Have been 2X in the past week and the store was closed once. The other time, they have a gate at the door, with a mask requirement which I respect. Stood at door, no mask given, clowns behind the counter counting money. Went somewhere else.

    Purchased the new Montblanc Pirelli suitcase at Montblanc International Plaza Tampa and 2 years later the pull up handle wouldn't extend while I was on a trip. Due to COVID, the suitcase had only been used less than 12 times over the 2 years, so not like it was abused. I called support and they told me to take it into the store for repairs. I was then informed that they would have to send it off to be repaired and I should expect 8 weeks (due to COVID) for the repair. After 2 weeks I call in and am told that the part that needs to be replaced is on back order and it will be delayed with no estimated fix time. They won't give you a new one or have a loaner suitcase to use while their $800 suitcase is being repaired. I am now back into travel full swing and travel every week. I should have stuck with Tumi, as they just send you a replacement if their luggage fails, because they believe in their quality. Buyer beware of these suitcases and try a different brand.

    Young lady ‘guarding’ the entrance yesterday wouldn’t even give us a chance to buy anything. Knew exactly what we needed. Could have sold items over their barrier. No mask No service. No problem. Went to Burberry instead. And Tory AND NM. We also need to purchase multiple pens for gifts. Will find something else.

    I couldn’t get simple repair on MY Mont Blanc pen without petty attempts to make unnecessary upgrades. I wouldn’t recommend this store.

    I came here to get my Mont Blanc pen repaired and they tried selling me a new pen. I politely declined and they went about helping me fix my old pen. Great people! I would highly recommend this place, but I would not recommend some of these reviewers.

    Went in to buy a pen and didn’t have the high end service I would have expected from such a reputable brand. The sales person kept showing me products I was not interested in despite me telling them exactly what I wanted. Had a very used car lot vibe. They also couldn’t process a simple tax exemption after promising me they could before I bought. For a high end boutique selling pens costing upwards of $10,000, you’d think the employees would be versed in their wares. The employee seemed confused about the 3 different types of pen tips offered, which then confused me. I simply wanted to try the different pens to make sure I knew what I was getting, but it seemed like a huge inconvenience for them to show me the different options. The whole experience was awkward and I almost walked out…but I did want to buy a gift for a good friend who loves Mont Blanc. The pen I finally picked, they at first claimed was out of stock but then after I said I’ll try coming back another day, magically they found it at some online portal called YNAP. Seemed a bit shady. Are they selling grey market product? I also mentioned at checkout that our company was tax exempt. I was told “we can’t handle tax exemptions here now, you’ll have to buy first then come to the store and we can set you up with a tax exemption after you receive your product.” Now I’ve set our companies up with hundreds of Tax exemption vendors and this is the first time I ever heard that line. I regret agreeing to the purchase, for a few days later, I received an email from the rep saying that they were now unable to honor our exemption. I emailed back saying I didn’t think it was their choice but the tax law. (They also had the form when I was in store buying the pen, happily taking my money. Why am I finding this out days later?) They emailed back again saying they would not accept it. I asked them to cancel my order…BUT I never heard back from them! For a brand that charges this much they should invest better in their service and attention to customer interaction. 2 star experience. Trying to figure out how to get my money back (now sent a second email and still no response)… won’t be doing business with them again.
