I bought a saw horse that was missing parts and was not told at the time of sale that it was broken or had parts missing. What a waste of time and money. The item is unusable in its current state. It should have 4 legs.

Everytime I go in to either just window shop, ask a question or buy something. The staff is always so friendly. I truley feel like I walk into my family’s house.. Great place to get a great deal. Thank you Amy for having such a knowledgeable mind about the jewelry in your cases.. Can’t wait to come in a buy something else.

I went in and bought a cigar humidor and a girl can have been nicer and more accommodating I would highly recommend La Familia!!

I don’t normally do this, so for La Familia to be real quick to help out when I explained, made me more comfortable and welcoming in such a tough time. They def will treat you like family. I hope I don’t have to pawn anything again but if I do this is the place I will come to.

I realized real quick when I was at their place that these people are good people they treated me with respect and after I showed them what I had that I wanted to pawn the guy had no problem doing a Pawn With me you can tell they have a tight group of workers that take care of you when you get there they treat you like family and they Accept you you no matter who you are and where are you come from Very very nice people I was coming from Temple Terrace and it took me about 30 minutes to get there and I was unsure when I pulled up but once I got there they made me feel like home and I appreciate the respect that they gave me and they helped me out with whatever I was looking to do with my loan I highly suggest going to this pawnshop if you want to actually get money for what you’re trying to pawn and not get ripped off these people actually care about you and before you know it you’ll be going happy with some cash but just be ready to enjoy some Spanish music it was a very positive experience and I will definitely be coming back Family is family papa#GreatPlace #2023

This location specifically is amazing. They are definitely not as greedy as half of the other places around and are gonna talk to you straight and not waste your time.I called multiple other places closer to me and they said I had to come in to get a price quote totally wasting my time and gas and as soon as I talked to will he told me to send him a picture and gave me a quote he stuck to upon my arrival. This is not your average Pawn Shop. Everything is well displayed. The store is always immaculate. In addition to items to be pawned, they always have a wide variety of brand new products. If you see something you like, better snag it because it probably won't be there the next time you stop in, and I suggest you make it a weekly stop. I purchased a New Raleigh E-bike recently, and am pleased with my purchase, but was told if I had any issues or decided I didn't want it to return it. Oh did I mention the Associates? All of them are extremely knowledgeable of every item in the store. Hopefully you are fortunate enough to meet William the store manager or Michael. They are absolutely the best at sales, they are extremely friendly, and will take as much time as you need. And both a little on fun goofy side. Trust me you will make this store a go to. Needed to sell a few pieces of Jewelry and Evelyn took great care of me. She was patient and thorough and made sure she answered any questions myself or my husband had. Isaac isn’t the most patient or friendly but I must say Evelyn and Yari are amazing and will make sure you’re happy before you leave. Came back to pawn something and of course Evelyn made sure I got what I needed and understood the loan agreement. This is officially the only pawn shop I use and I pass by at least 3 other pawn shops every time I come, but it’s well worth the trip.

I love this place !!! Every location is consistent and they have everything it seems. Reasonable and quality stuff the location in Brandon explained alot of items are brand new it's returns that Sam's club can't put back on their shelves. Please check them out the best in town.
