Tee is the greatest when it comes to customer service and detail, always tentative to customer needs and satisfaction is always the outcome of any situation. This place operates awful. Extremely dirty. Watched them lowball half the people in line and when I went to sell my item got lowballed myself and a maggot fell from the ceiling onto my stuff. As well as the lady dropped my things in the process. Never going back.

My experience here was a great one. Came for the first time and realized how much nice stuff in good condition. Their customer service reps are kind, personable and efficient. That Tee, Kim and ayanga were very amazing.... you would think we were best friends for life lol I will definitely be back and I recommend. Their prices compared to many pawn shops are cheaper for the quality of their items...

The staff is consistently friendly all the way to the top. I would drive an extra hour just to come to this pawn shop over any other.

Definitely the best pawn shop experience so far. I came because I needed money and I had a piece of jewelry I wanted to temporarily exchange for some money. Usually pawn shops try to give me a super low offer of cash like 55-70% less than what the item is worth. But value pawn gave me a super good cash back. And really nice and helpful staff upfront with great attitude just good vibes overall.

Went in on my lunch break and needed a lot of assistance with my items. Shawn the manager, helped me expeditiously and was so pleasant. With all that I asked him to do he made sure I got back to my new job on time. Elise the top dog manager also helped me, she is overly nice. Talk about a customer experience. I visited this location the other day. I was so pleased with the service I had. Nana actually helped me out she was sweet. In honesty she made it easy for me to spend my money. The manager hooked me up with reward points,and another employee helped me set it up. I would say this the vp to go to.

I received excellent service from a young lady named Melissa and after that I was ready to make my purchase and even bring my mother up here as well. This will be my new place to find the best deals.
