    I would give 0 score to this store if I could. I ordered a suit from website and it is showing processed from this store. However, two days later, our order got cancelled due to out of stock which is absolutely ridiculous. When I called the customer service to figure out what happened, it turns out this store will put a list of people for this suit and they finally decided to send to people whoever pays the most. This is so greedy! I cannot believe a department store treat customers like this. Whoever working in the men’s department here should be investigated. I will not shop here anymore. Bloomingdale’s, Saks have better handling for the online orders.

    Would give a zero if I could. This store racially profiles it’s customer. Especially bond no.9 rep MARLON. He is racist, rude, and discriminatory. You can not judge anyone based off their looks. You never know how much money or value a customer holds. Marlon cussed out my cousin today till his face turned red. They said he was gone for the day but he was back in the store 2 hours later. We have live video of him insulting and harassing my cousin. Management did nothing but lie. All we wanted was to purchase new fragrances regardless of price. Will not be shopping here again and will be spreading the news of this interaction

    A lack of professionalism and ineffective employee communication. I called this store multiple times to check on the status of my order, and each time I got the same answer: "We're working on it." I allowed them two days to prepare my order of same-day pickup. Until I lost my temper and said, "Im on my way”, thats when they decided to inform me they didn’t have it. Before going, I contacted them multiple times, and not once did anyone bother to mention that the item was out of stock. They mentioned overnight delivery, but it would cost extra and arrive on Monday. For the inconvenience, which was gift for someone, they should have paid for expedited shipping, and not even that was offered to me & what type of overnight shipping takes three days. What a joke and you want to charge extra for that? No Thanks, full refund and goodbye.

    Whyyyy the hell did i purchase alexander mqueen shoes IN STORE tampa location, i was told the shoes would come 3-5 business days…cool…..whyyyyyy the hell homeboy who checked me out NEVER sent the order to fed ex….so i wait about 5 days to call & see wassup….shoes never ordered….label created & info sent to fed ex around the same time i called in to check on my order, bday gift for my man ruined as we are going out of town & the shoes will not be here in time. NEVERRR shopping this location again goodbye.

    It was such a challenge getting my christian Louboutin bag from the back that I did not check it for damages until I got home. They also tried to charge me $400 more because it had the wrong tag inside. That took an extra 10 minutes to fix. I feel like I got someone’s reject.

    Someone needs to retrain the reps at Chanel boutique at Neiman. I thought it will be a nice experience making a purchase from their but one of the worst customer services experience. They make it impossible to try to make a purchase. Something needs to be done ASAP.

    Purchased two different products too different times and both got cancelled due to backordered you would think such a high end store would keep track of inventory before they post it for sale but they don’t so unprofessional and will never buy again from them

    Customer service is beyond Phenomenal at Neiman Marcus. Rachel from Chanel boutique goes above and beyond to provide outstanding customer service. If I need an item from another department she will walk me to the department and help me. Rachel greets everyone with a smile and treats her customers like VIP. It’s always a pleasure shopping at Neiman Marcus. Thank you Rachel.

    Nice store with a lot of designer clothing for all taste. Was very busy when we were there. Pricing of men's clothing seemed a bit higher than competitors. Did find one shirt on sale that I felt was worth the cost.

    Not sure why there are so many bad reviews because we had a wonderful experience. We knew what brand we wanted before going but not sure which style and Lourdes really came thru with assisting us in every way she could! Bought a lovely YSL shoulder bag. Came home and realized it was a tad too small for me so I went back the following day and got the larger one. I even got a 15% code to use and Lourdes helped me with everything once more! Such a sweet sales associate. I paid less for the bigger bag than I did the smaller! So I had gotten a much better deal than I would've at YSL store. The return policy is better than the YSL retailer too. Highly recommend

    I guess I didn't "look" like I had the money to spend there. I was in sweats and a t shirt. No one was quick to help me despite zero customers in the area. I finally asked for help, and the woman was not very receptive towards me. On the other hand, the store was well kept, and there was a beautiful selection of merchandise. Unfortunately for them, I did take my business elsewhere.

    Neiman Marcus is so prejudice. Nobody ever offers to help me when I'm shopping alone or with my friends. Assuming because we're young. However, every time I go shopping with my mom the sales people will be rushing over because they know her and knows that she's a spender. But if this type of behavior continues I will tell my mom and her friends to stop spending money at Neiman Marcus. Everyone should be treated equally and with respect. Just because I'm young does not mean I don't have money or a well-paying job.

    There has never been an incident where I have heard a store associate/employee degrade someone, specifically my mother, so openly about how “Uncultured” they are. Incredibly disrespectful and unprofessional.

    Tried to buy a bang and olufson Beoplay A9 at the store. Was not available in store . Went to website. Order #54713671. The first order was cancelled . The second order was due to deliver by 12/23. No time line now .Call the 1800 number . Calls directed to Honduras call center. Wait time : 15-30 minutes. The folks on the call are very nice but have no information. Looks like Neiman Marcus a store that represents the best in shopping is falling apart. Sad to see this retailer going under.

    I love shopping at Neiman Marcus! It’s so convenient and helpful to be able to text sales associates who will go out of their way to assist you with something you’re thinking of buying. Mariel from the women’s department is so lovely and sweet and it’s awesome being able to shop with her!

    Kind staff overall, ran into some trouble with a manufacturer defect on one of the items I purchased, and it took a lot of hoops to jump through above the store but in the end it worked out. No fault to any of the employees here, it just seems like the store manager refuses any exchanges or markdowns despite flaws based on my experiences and others I've seen, I don't understand the incentive. However everyone is kind, they have good quality items, and everything worked out. Still worth giving 5 stars, if there is an legitimate issue try going through the store, and if that doesn't work call support if it's worth your time. Great store overall.

    My most expensive purse purchase. Unfortunately, when I got home, my Louboutin bag had black marks on the strap. I took a picture and called and asked for a call back and didn't receive one. When I called the first time, they told me to bring it back in, as if I were five minutes from there. You would think after what I spent, they could ship and give me a return label for this one. Guess I have to go back.... Unfortunately wasn't a great experience. And I might return the thing altogether. Not blaming my sales associate, because I'm not even sure if she got the message....

    I would like to address it to chanel store within the Neiman Marcus. Today older man refused to sell me gift card claiming he doesn’t have them. Well that’s not true because I bought them there before. Too bad he is more interested in being on his phone rather than doing his work. It’s a shame

    used to shop here all the time for quality goods, and every christmas for the past 9 years, i go in for table ware etc. However, i have to admit that over the past 3-4 years, the amount of times i called in was dropping off because there was just nothing in there that wasn't for someone over 70 years old! I have bought few clothing items for my kids over the years, but the stock was always old and most of the time last season, so again, i started to buy online direct from the designer brands i wanted, so you can imagine my surprise today when i walked in, just to get through to the upper part of the mall, and saw that the childrens selection has been upgraded! My god, it was incredible! i felt like i was back in London with all the designer goods for the kids. Whoever had this bright idea, needs a pay rise! maybe from the almost $2000 i spent in there, which of course i was not planning to do, but the selection was out of this world! certainly not what we are used to in TAMPA!! Good job and brilliant idea, take this idea through the rest of the store and you will have many customers, like us with lots of ready cash, to buy from you! and anyone looking for designer clothing for their children, give this store a try, you will not be disappointed!

    Husband bought me a pair of shoes online for my bday, they fit too small even though I have the same pair of shoes already/same size. Well, because more than 30 days have passed since the time he bought them to the time I was able to try them on customer service online refused to exchange the pair for a larger size. We decided to drive 45 minutes to the closest Neiman were the lady helping us had to make several calls and we had to wait so much "because the purchase was made online"...dear Neiman we are in 2022 why is it so difficult for you to process returns in a way that meet customer's expectations.

    Being fortunate enough to have shopped many places with my wife all over the world, we have truly been helped by good staff and then their is truly exceptional help. Today we met with Obren S. He was a truly exceptional. We spoke with him briefly but in doing so he was able to get my wife to open up which in itself is a true testimony of his abilities as my wife is the quintessential introvert. Within moments we were talking about vacation plans and about life events we were planning to use the purchase for. His temperament and candor while attention to detail was truly exceptional. Not to mention he made wonderful suggestions and and quickly had us ordering items that my wife didn’t even know were available all while saving us money! His suggestions were that of sale items which truly did not make us feel pressured. Needless to say we will be booking private experiences with him in the near future.

    My shopping experience "Donna Lisjack" was beyond awesome. She knows her fragrances as well as the science and history of the fragrances/Brands that are displayed at this location. If you are shopping for fragrance and want ultra customer-care, furthermore someone that knows the brand and note palette, I would suggest Donna Lisjack.

    Tremendous high end clothing selection. Greatest service from the salespeople and tailors. Mike in Men’s sales has been selling me clothing for 15+ years. The sneakers, the perfumes, the butterflies at the escalator… the cleanest bathroom too!!

    Sherry at the Chanel boutique is a doll. She’s been my SA for prob 15 years now! The Chanel boutique isn’t the largest, but they do still get a good amount of merch and I have never had an issue with not being able to purchase what I’m looking for. A couple years ago, Sherry was even able to track down a bag my hubby surprised me with for Vday… it’s also a pleasure shopping in any NM department. Bonus: there’s a wonderful, comfortable nursing room for new mamas.

    I truly want to say, Malik from Shoes department has amazing customer service, always making sure to have your shoe size, making sure you walk out the door with a big smile on your face, he will forever be my sales person, he for sure will go and beyond to find your perfect shoes AND size.     I recently went to Nieman Marcus previously and was helped by Thomas. Today I went and was helped by Chase. He showed me some magnificent perfumes by Amouage and helped me gain a greater appreciation for Initio's Oud for Greatness as well. Chase is really a fragrance expert with a wide olfactory palate. He knows how to zoom in on different fragrance types and styles and find the right fragrance for you, after He learns your taste and preferences. Chase took me on a tour through quite a lot of different fragrances and helped me learn more about brands I already loved and satisfied my curiosity regarding lines I had never smelled before, like Roja Dove's cologne line, for example. I have had consistently great experiences at Nieman Marcus. They have a veteran team of fragrance experts who never fail to help me and offer their products. If you are curious about Initio's fragrances, there isn't a better guy in Tampa to connect with than Chase at International mall. He's a tremendous ambassador for his brand, and goes above and beyond for Nieman Marcus. Thanks again to all those like Chase and Thomas at this location who consistently impress with their amazing expertise and knowledge. Cheers.

    Neiman Marcus, has always been and continues to be a great place for purchasing high-end fashions. Gucci, Christian Louboutin, Prada, etc. If you're lucky you might see a local sports professional shopping for their wares. If you have any sensitivity to perfume then beware the air is heavy with it.

    Very clean inside. There are lots of workers to help assit you with anything you may run across. While we were there we saw a glow forge in action personalizing gifts for customers. Not sure if that's a on going thing but it was nice to see at that time they offered nice personalization for customers gifts they bought from there.

    Ordered a same day pick up at 1030 this morning and spoke with many different employees regarding an update. The pick up was to be guaranteed today if ordered before 12. Be aware of the false advertisement. I have to wait for a second email to pick up one item and was told that my order may not be ready until the next day. Very disappointed in their customer service for my purchase knowing there are multiple employees working departments that are able to pull my item and have it ready.
