One of the worst places to get anything done. I work at the mall and was referring people to get work done there. NOT anymore. Gave them 2 bracelets to resize with a another 1 as reference. They burned the reference( how do you that , it wasn’t supposed to be touched). One bracelet was too small & burned, while the last bracelet a stone was popped. They claimed my stones were fake. I bought the items from Jared’s all the stones are natural & cost over 1000$. Then it took them over 3-4 days to actually get work done. Also while waiting in line I was skipped over a few times for other customers. How is that possible if I’ve been waiting for days ??!. Horrible customer service, horrible work & terrible people. Will not be going there or referring people again. DIAMOND GALLERIA, has a better jeweler & better quality work. Would give -0 if I could. -Piercing pagoda employee

Keep in mind Fast Fix locations are a franchise and each experience can be different at different locations. With that being said I have been doing business with the owner Lewis and his top associate Mike for 10 years now. People assume if they go inside some fancy jewelry store they are getting the best deal or the most knowledgeable staff this couldn't be farther from the truth these guys love their jobs and I trust him with any of my jewelry and watch repairs.

The repair guy was sleeping when i arrived, i had to wake him up. He fell asleep again while he was changing the battery on my watch, and i woke him up again. He was either on something or he’s suffering from narcosis. I took my watches, paid him and left, went somewhere else to finish the job.

He is absolutely amazing!! He sized my ring down for me in less than an hour and polished it and another one my rings and made them shine so beautifully. He’s super sweet and his work is amazing!

Modi is terrific! I’ve brought in rings, bracelets and necklaces recently and he has masterfully repaired them all. I really appreciate his care and craftsmanship. Excellent customer service is hard to find, but is consistently provided here. If you need cleaning or repair services for your jewelry or watches, look no further!

Just to save $20 I came here with a BRAND new ring that I just needed sized and when I went to pick it up there was scratches ALL over my stone !!!! I immediately notice and told the guy, he got all defensive and said no I didn’t do anything. I should have went to the other place in the mall. now I’m stuck with a messed up new ring. Thanks a lot guy!!!!!

Modi is amazing. Stopped by here around Christmas and needed my ring repaired. He told me 20 minutes. Came back in 20 and it was done looking brand new. Went back a couple weeks ago for jewelry cleaning and repair. Again, he was fast and again my items looked new. The pricing here is amazing as well. I will always go here and he is about 1/2 hour away but worth the drive. You must go here too. Tammy Paige

Modi fixed the clasp on my heart necklace. It is especially special to me as it belonged to my mom. He put a larger ring for the clasp to fasten to and it’s so nice he also steam cleaned and polished it to shining perfection. Can’t say enough good things about Modi’s work. Go see him. You will be pleased.

Changed the price last minute even though he had more than enough gold left over gold to use from sizing my ring down two sizes. He did not need to charge me for “the extra gold” when there was more than enough taken from my ring to be used. It also looks like he used 10k on my ring so the gold color of my ring is not consistent.

Modi was amazing!!! He was very personable and nice and he had my chain fixed in 30 min...he even steam cleaned it and fixed my clasp at no extra cost...I would recommend him 10/10 times

I wanted him to change battery in my watch. He charged me $25.00 but when I got home I noticed that my watch isn't working correctly. It was working 2 days prior. Returned my watch for explanation, he said that real watch repair guy is going to fix it for additional $50.00, donot know how he knew that. When I went to pick up my watch it was working fine. Spend additional $50.00 without knowing what he has done. No written reciet. A bit suspicious!

Always come here for new watch batteries on our Movado's and they do an excellent job! This time they also cleaned ALL of my jewelry and oh what a difference, Helzberg just cleaned my jewelry about 15 minutes prior and I was astonished at how much better it looked!!!

I dropped off my sapphire earrings at Macys for a simple lever back repair just because I bought them there, 2 weeks later, it's still there and quoted for $80! Need a quick fix for a piece of jewelry; jade bracelet chain, a proper latching for a chain, earring post that broke because you're like a bull in a porcelain shop? I brought my broken jewelry and the nice older gentleman, Mike untangled the mess and gave me an estimate for 24 hour fix! I am sure if it was only one piece he would have done the work on the spot, but sadly I had multiple items... so Mike said it would be $88 plus tax and ready for pick up the very next day! As stated there was a younger gentleman at pickup time and my jewelry was ready and beautifully ready to wear again and for the price he quoted!!!

Have been going to this Fast Fix at the Citrus Park Mall for MANY YEARS!!! Their prices are reasonable and the quality workmanship is OUTSTANDING!!! I have taken high quality, treasured jewelry to them at this location and have always been very impressed with their work!

Very quick, trustworthy service! I went to get a ring resized (smaller) and the jeweler was done with it after only a few hours even though the shop was super busy. I went to other chain jewelry shops at the mall and they quoted me a more expensive price and that it would be ready in 3 weeks! Highly reccomend

Great customer service, prices and location! I needed my metal frame on my glasses repaired. Went too fast fixed he took care of me and I was thrilled with the price. I will definitely use them again and recommend their services.

My husband brought in his Movado to have the dial and back piece fixed since it fell out when he dropped it. The man (older looking fellow) quoted him $25 which was great and told him the watch would be done the following day by 1:30pm. I went to pick up the watch at 3:45pm and the man was no where to be found. There wasn't even a sign that said be back in ____ minutes. I waited 20 mins and when he returned there wasn't an apology or even a hello at that. I told him I was there to pick up my husband's watch and showed the receipt. He said he needed 15 mins (since he hadn't worked on it). 15 mins were really 30 mins. Gives me the watch and the back still isn't fixed. Goes back to fix it. Another client comes to the kiosk and he begins helping him with his watch while I'm still waiting for the back of mine to be done. Then he goes back to working on mine. When he's finally done he goes "someone else worked on this watch" and I replied "no it's new", he said "yes! Someone has". (Okay apparently he's the one who purchased it and knows better. Also what does it matter if someone else did work on it?! Even though no one had) I grabbed the watch and left. He gets 2 stars for actually fixing it for a decent price, however he is rude and unprofessional. There was no apology or anything for the long wait, for not fixing the watch by the time he said he would, or for not fixing everything that needed to be fixed. Had we known better we would've gone elsewhere.

I had my necklace fixed by a guy at this location and I had to come back the next day because something needed to be redone. There was NO ONE at the kiosk and NO sign saying I’ll be back at whatever time. I waited for 30!!!! minutes at the kiosk and no one showed up. I am extremely upset and disappointed, terrible experience.

I brought them my glasses after the screws that hold my lenses broke on both sides within a 3 months period and they replaced them with better quality screws than what I got from my eye doctor and a very affordable price. Will recommend to friends and family.
