    Hi! I just got home and opened my frozen pizza, and it looks a little different than I would normally expect. Is this still safe to eat? Please advise - my family and I are hungry.

    An unmanned customer service is unacceptable. I felt in a third world country. This is a US company in the USA. Meanwhile, very capable employees gossiping In the background on the clock. Why has management decided to leave the customer service department unmanned for 1 full hour or more?

    I entered the women's restroom at the Walmart Supercenter #1960 @ 1505 N Dale Mabry, Tampa, FL at 4:10 PM on 10/16/23 and it appeared it had not been cleaned for hours. A couple toilets were not flushed and toilet paper was lying on the floor in every stall. I went to the Customer Service counter and asked them to let a manager know. Upon walking to my car, I noticed that the shopping carts were overflowing into the street because they hadn't been gathered for a long time. Management does not appear to be supervising their team members.

    The store, itself, is very nice. However, the employee at the door could not direct me to the home goods department. Afterwards, I found the products and a person stocking the specific curtains I wanted. When I asked her if she could find two panels for me she said: No, I don’t know. I went to customer service and there were 11 customers and 1 employee. The gentlemen in front of me had been waiting for 30 minutes and only 1 customer had moved forward in the line. Terrible service.

    WE 🐶🐕 NEEDED THIS TO MAKE ALL OF OUR MEALS IT ACTUALLY WORK I MADE THE GIRLS THEIR SALMON & THEIR CHICKEN ALTHOUGH I DO NEED TO KEEP ADVANCING MY OVEN TECHNIQUES WITH THIS FOR THE MOST PART I'M GETTING THE HANG OF IT & THE GIRLS APPROVED 🐶🐾🐾🐕

    I went to the store to get something for my backyard, but it was too big for me to get on my own. No one was around to help, so I left and ordered it on curbside pickup. My order was cancelled, claiming it was out of stock. How is that possible? I literally just went back to the store the next day and someone finally helped me get it out. It was definitely not out of stock. I give 2 stars instead of 1 because someone was nice to me there lol.

    They literally had nothing! No eggs, no lunch meat, nothing in the meat department. No frozen food except icecream. I asked an employee there what was going and she got rude and nasty with me, acting like I know why they are not stocking. Is it a truck issue or what?

    Great location. We'll stocked store with lots of product variety. Ample parking and Walmart gas available. Subway shop near entrance.

    Clean. Fully stocked. Good customer service. Could use more parking. Have a subway in store. Pharmacy in store. Do it yourself checkout if you choose. Curbside pickup available.

    All online and pick up orders are wrong or they let you know an hour before pick up that they don’t have. Let me know sooner so I can find replacement. Management are the worst if they even talk to you. Old lady at front door always harassing me about checking receipts. I use Walmart pay. No receipt for hours sometimes. But I pay and money comes out of bank account. You’re not looking at my banking app. If you don’t trust me, get off your lazy butt and check me out at register Again management is rude and unhelpful. Please clean house at this location. This is the only one. All the rest are great

    I went in to use the restroom and overheard a woman tell the Hispanic dude that was going to clean them that her 6 year old daughter was in there and he couldn't understand plain English. She basically had to run him out of there. It's pathetic an American company employing these people that can't understand English much less speak it. As Americans we deserve better!

    Rotten produce all the time. Bakery items are always a few days away from expiring. The workers stack the new stuff on the front. Some items are not stacked as per app numbering. Walmart as a company is good, this is all the local managers' negligence.

    Nobody wants to do their job here. I had to ask 5 employees where I could find a gaming chair that was on display. One employee even told me there was 11 in stock. But nobody wanted to check for it in the back. I even attempted to buy the display model and the team leader on duty told me they couldn’t . Team leader told another worker to help us and proceed to get someone else to go check in the back. And I’m pretty sure they didn’t . But after being told they couldn’t find it we left. What a terrible experience I had .

    A very good place to do grocery shopping and get everything you need. Prices are good too. The only problem I see is a lot of every time we go there. I have to get up on something or climb up a shelf to get something that's clear in the back because nobody ever pushes the stock out to the front or restocks. Just this week we had to lift my 11-year-old up and she had to crawl between two racks to get a bag of cat food that was so far back and every time we go there to get Sam's choice cola by the case, my 11-year-old has to climb on the bottom shelf clear in the back to get it two cases of soda. But we love Walmart

    Great place to shop, shelves are frequently stocked, self check out lines with little to no wait time and employees have been very helpful and polite. Ample parking to include a gas station It's also centrally located within 5 minutes of other major stores. Best Buy, Whole foods, Targets, Home Depot, etc.

    Great place to shop. Almost everything is available here. The staff is helpful, however they should be trained more to handle some critical situations one such I faced, apart from that it's a good experience to shop.

    I neededto visit the optical dept. They were very helpful and courteous. We picked up school supplies for the kids while we were there. Great prices and easy shopping. They had everything we needed.

    This store is a typical Walmart. Good Luck trying to get any sincere help from employee's whose main response to me is either. I don't know, that's not my department, OR, Sorry, I'm on my break. Good Luck if you need to find associates. Definitely understaffed and I refuse to use the self-checkouts and bag my own purchases. Did that in high school years ago. Sam Walton would probably not be so happy if he saw what his Customer Service has evolved to. Good Luck with this one.

    Excellent store, except for customer service desk, which certain ones (younger Hispanic long hair& nails) are rude and slow. Otherwise store is clean and well stocked. Extremely busy, bring your patience on weekends. Needs stoplights at the end of aisles...YES, THEY ARE THAT BUSY.

    Worse place to shop ever. The employees almost ran me over 3 times with their carts. There was not one live person at a register. All self checkout only and then they want to stop me to see if I paid for everything. That is not a way to treat customers.

    The experience here was very poor at first. But once I located the store manager everything worked out OK. My only real problem with this experience is how the customer service team was ignoring my questions. My automotive battery return was taking very long and I understand there are policies to follow on these returns. I had been patient for about 20 minutes. I went and got a cup of coffee and make a phone call outside. When I returned, I started asking for more information on how much longer it will take to process my return. The customer service associate acted like she did not hear my questions and conducted her other conversations with coworkers and other customers. I asked her if a manager was around. And she replied "I am". And then ignored all further questions. I did not believe she was the manager so I started walking the store to find THE manager. Once I located the store managers they helped me out immediately and it was smooth sailing.

    This is one of the best ones I've been too, they had so much to offer that I haven't seen at the other ones. Plus staff was so nice and helpful, lastly it was pretty easy to navigate through and find what I needed even tho I hadn't been there before

    This store is well stocked, well organized, the employees were quite friendly, a lot of merchandise of interest, some offers, in general I felt quite good in the place, I spent about an hour choosing my items and when it came to paying it was fast and easy

    They have really bad customer service; I was buying an item and where it was located it had a different price than what it rung up I had a picture where I got the item from. The customer service team lead V gets mad like I’m the one that put it there I’m not a Walmart employees that stock items in the wrong spot; she is very rude to the customers when you ask to speak with someone over her she tells you there is nobody there when the store can’t run without upper management she talks nasty to the customers and always talking about other customers in front of other customers she is very unprofessional I really don’t see how she has that position the way she talks to customers

    Huge parking lot not much shade. Went in for Freon they said was In stock they didn’t have. Waited for assistance from a guy who was IGNORING me. Asked someone else and they said let me get my manager who just so happened to be the guy ignoring me. When he saw it was me he said we don’t have it from 15 feet away then walked away.

    The staff at this Supercenter are always helpful, ready to direct shoppers to specific isles where requested items are on display. At anytime a product is not in inventory for in-store immediate purchase, they happily reach out to other area stores in efforts to locate the product requested. I enjoy shopping there. Even in today's crazy economy.

    It's always busy. If you don't want to wait or don't have a lot of time then go in the morning when most people are at work and the children are in school. They have reasonable prices so that's why they stay busy plus you can also get ⛽️ gas. It's a one stop shopping 🛍 center

    I'd love to be able to give zero stars. The customer service at this location is abysmal. The front end staff don't and havnt opened the store on time for the last 3 weeks. They'll have one side open and not tell anybody out front to come inside through that door. I ask the associates and managers about this and they make excuses. You'd think corporate would like to have customers come inside so they can make a profit, but it doesn't seem like a priority at 6:15 am. Store has been opening up later than advertised and I told a manager about the customers prying the doors open and coming inside on their own, I was told it wasn't the managers problem and that they don't always open on time and 6 is just a reference, that they can open when they please. I wonder what the Walton family thinks about people not being allowed to come inside and spend their hard earned money.🤣

    All goods and food well. Plastic bags could be changed to a fee, e.g. 20 cents each, and reusable bags could be made available, because it would be absurd to waste such a large amount of bags. The same practice is of course in all stores

    Walmart Owner…You need to be involved rather than a silent owner. Your quality has slipped. If this is in the business model…cool. We as a consumer didn’t know. We’re still paying over full price for lack than luster of an experience.,January 1st; 3 different locations; 3 different answers regarding a money order and new purchases.

    I do curbside pick up every Wednesday afternoon, and I rarely wait. It's extremely convenient and the employees are always welcoming and friendly when I arrive. I'm so thankful they offer this service!

    Yeah, I’m just here at the Walmart supercenter is the wife and she’s working for her to get off work but it’s cool I’m waiting on them to open so I’m going to get a new phone case overnight stocker so we can go in and empty the shelves
