    HORRIBLE, INEXPERIENCED STAFF - the doctor's are too busy to see new patients. I would never go back here. First of all, they pushed me off on a physician's assistant, Esmeralda Young, instead of a real doctor. There are many symptoms that I told her about and she proceeded to order blood tests. So, I had blood drawn before I left. That was on August 16. I received a call from them almost two weeks later and I was told that my blood test came back normal. So, I asked the person on the phone how I should proceed because that doesn't explain my symptoms. She said that she's not sure and the doctor would follow up. Fast forward to today, September 25 and I never received a follow-up call. I plan to change to an actual doctor, one who will actually follow up with me.

    For starters I have been a patient of TGH network for over 18 yrs, Dr Karna Patel was my previous pcp , but since his promotion and the carrollwood location no longer accepted my insurance, I was forced to seek treatment elsewhere, and choose Dr Walgampaya to stay in network with MyChart.. as my new PCP my first impressions of the clinic was with the girls at the front desk who have no personality and seem bothered to be at work! Then my triage nurse seem the most helpful professional and attentive! When finally saw my new PCP for the first time you would think his new patient assessment would be more thorough by building some type of new rapport.. I explain all the medical issues I deal with along with all the specialist I frequent! Which is all in my chart ! Which I felt he barely took the time to evaluate I came prepared with my most recent labs which he ignored and did not accept ! My medical issues felt undermined and rushed! if he spent 5 mins as a new patient assessment with me it was to much ! I felt I was assessed with no time spent getting to know my concerns as his new patient! The minute he ask if I have received my COVID vaccine and I responded with a NO! his body language and FACIAL EXPRESSION changed and my appointment ended ! He sent me for x-rays for knee pain with Ortho surgeon follow up!!.. but my continuous achy joints and muscles pain is still undiagnosed even after seeing a rheumatologist specialist at the TGH specialty Care clinic 30th Street which that place is also very unprofessional and burnt out staff who seem bothered to be at work dealing with patients and it shows ! The medical system is failing us based on unethically medical guidelines which ONLY Support the CEO's profit ! No preventive care and no real treatment ! With that being said all good things come to an end after 18 years I would no longer be using TGH medical network service as my care providers and will be changing to ADVENT HEALTH IMMEDIATELY were they specialize and incorporate preventive care, internal medicine with holistic! And just maybe I can get some REAL MEDICAL TREATMENT again !!! Although I do miss Karna Patel as my PCP! He is also in the mercy of these medical guidelines and CEOs! There's no profit to actually heal patients ! The truth is oncologist these days get cut backs for chemo treatment and is why they choose that ONLY form of treatment/poison to heal cancer! it's one big corporate business and you all are loosing medical creditability because of this ! as far as C-19 vaccines ,Robert Malone the creator of the mRNA technology is speaking against his own technology and the consequences of this technology there are so many other alternatives treatment for all different types of medical issues that are being ignored in western medicine due to corrupt medical guilnes! LDN/ low dose naltrexone and tricaprin are two meds I would love to try but unless I see a holistic nurse practitioner is the only way I can get it prescribedšŸ¤¬ NAMASTE šŸ™ COVID vaccine is a bio ENGINEERED synthetic parasite weapon! I refuse to be a lab rat!! And those who continue this propaganda shenanigans are complicit with crimes against humanity ! After all the data in the past 3 yrs CDC finally admitted it cause Strokes, medical industry is the #1profitable business in the world more than oil

    This office is unreliable, attention to patients care is mediocre, wait times are long, responses on MyChart are not helpful, their customer service is average at best. I would choose a different place. I had chest congestion and sinus drainage and a hacking cough in Oct ā€˜22. I tried to coordinate my care through Ms Esmerelda Young. I had one appt and multiple messages with her nurse between October and Jan 23. I was provided antibiotics two times without any improvement without ever being tested. I was never tested for COVID or any virus in their clinic. In January 4 months later after 4 months of trying with this clinic i broke down and went to the Emergency Department. They did a 5 minute swab and It came back as RSV, a virus. 5 minutes! 4 months of pain and bad coordination could have been solved. I was scheduled a follow up to my ED visit 2 weeks later and was called 2 hours before to say that she is out of the office and i could be rescheduled another month later. I just walked out of the clinic. I will never come back.

    The front office staff is unhelpful and fails to take their jobs seriously. We had to come back three different times for one appointment due to scheduling errors on their part, which they admitted to but did not apologize for. We live an hour away, so the repeated visits were a huge hardship, and my husband was in desperate need of medication refills which were repeatedly delayed. They take no pride in their service and donā€™t seem to want to be bothered to do their job correctly. I would not recommend.

    Negative star Physician Sarah Jessica Poblete MD needs a psych evaluation, to be retrained and perhaps even reprimanded for the way that she talked to her patients. I have had numerous visits with the Sarah Jessica Poblete who has interrupted me also known as cut me off and in a rude way. I'm the patient and I need to let you know my health concerns and allow me to express my chief complaints, but this last visit was far beyond horrible ( she has done it every visit). Sarah Jessica Poblete sat there and compared my insurance with other health insurance , compared other people's condition and stated she did not want to see me today (Wow). I took my day off to have a form filled out and express some health concerns and actually improved and some that have not gotten any better. I'm not sure why some individuals get into a profession that is to HELP people but yet need to get help themselves. If you're burned out from your job perhaps it's time to change to a different career because Sarah Jessica Poblete is doing more damage than good.People see doctor to get help, to complain about health concerns. It's not surprising that research shows that healthcare workers are generally satisfied with their career choices NOT Sarah Jessica Poblete she more like unsatisfied!! I urge you to stop hurting others and change careers. It is shown EVERY visit or numerous of patients requests in person or through MyChart messages. A message to Sarah Jessica Poblete Working in the healthcare industry allows health care professionals to nurture patients and healthcare PROFESSIONALS desire to help others while earning a livingā€”talk about a win-win. Indeed, there are FEW professions where healthcare professionals can touch the lives of othersā€”and make a difference in themā€”the way you can in the healthcare industry. And you're NOT being nurturing, caring or even trying to MAKE a difference. Change professions or/and leave it at the time clock! You have lost a patient because of your actions your attitude and constantly ignoring me as a pacient.

    Do not go to any TGH facility. The care is basic, you see someone different every time, and they do not know how to bill insurance. They claim I have 2 insurance policiesā€¦.I have only given them one insurance card ever. They are continuing to try and bill me and not even attempting to make things right. WORST MEDICAL PRACTICE EVER!

    This office doesn't seem to care about their patients. The online portal system could be the one to blame, but that's truly how it feels. Three weeks before going on vacation, I requested a prescription refill through my pharmacy and after a week there was no response from the doctors office. Next, I decided to request a refill on the portal, and again did not receive a response. I finally decided to call the office and after 30 minutes I finally got through to someone. They told me they would escalate it. The next day, after all of that, I had a message that I needed a follow up appointment before the medicine could be filled. Because of this, I was forced to go on vacation without my prescription because of these delays. When I got back, I requested an appointment on the portal for the refill along with a medical concern. Guess what- that was 3 weeks ago and NO RESPONSE. I will be looking elsewhere for my primary doctor because this is ridiculous.

    Friendly staff and clean facility. I saw Dr. Sheena Spielberg today and had a wonderful experience. Dr. Spielberg is super friendly, compassionate and very approachable. I felt that I could talk to her about all my health issues. Dr. Spielberg truly cares about the well-being of her patients.She was thorough in her examination, and took time to fully answer all of my questions. Nurse Myrna is also great and makes you feel at ease and makes sure you are taken care of from the beginning to the end of the consultation. I highly recommend Dr. Spielberg and the staff at this location.

    at first was great but time pass is very difficult to find appointments and the nurses when they respond you message note are rude front employees are great but the facility no have a lab now and the dr visit is hurry to finish

    Update to the one star. I have called an expressed my issues. Apparently that message has to be passed to the "powers that be" ... so now I will wait to see if someone with any authority actually reaches out to me with a viable solution. To make it easy, I supplied you a reasonable solution, so we will soon learn exactly how reasonable your business practices are.

    Not a size friendly provider. Cited only one risk factor for sleep apnea and refused to let me have emergent dental treatment under IV sedation (which is needed as an assault survivor) until I had a sleep study done. Tried to tell me that I was only being sent for a consult for IV sedation because of my size and that was not normal practice, when in fact it is my dental practice's normal procedure to send *all* patients. My weight has remained constant for several years, I've had other surgeries with no complications (no need for airway protection).

    I have seen Dr. Sarah Jessi Poblete twice now...in January for first visit and follow up on Sept. She is a knowledgable physician and had an excellent bedside manner. She spent a lot of time with me on both visits. She answered all my questioned and exchanged in some medical dialogue with me. She took her time and I never felt rushed. I felt she cared about me. I waited less than 15 minutes to see her. Her staff was friendly, smiling and helpful. I was concerned as I had read some negative reviews not on the doctor's but staff functioning but I think they have cleared that up. I aldi like using tgeir My Chart to see my lab results and communicate. They are very high tech but still personable. Thank you to everyone.

    After being quoted anywhere from $2700 to $5600 for my Toy Aussieā€™s subluxated patella, someone suggested that I try the Humane Society. Their exam was very thorough and their quote for that surgery was anywhere from $775. To $1300depending upon what they found when they got in. HUGE difference. They sent me home with a surgery date and pain killers for her to use until surgery. On the day of the surgery, they took her right back, and when they returned her to me,she had stitches that I had never seen beforeā€¦but they were so comfortable for her that she never tried to pull them out. Now, two days before stitch removal, and the incision looks clean and healed. These guys did a tremendous job and I will be forever grateful to them.

    I went back to this clinic and change my opinion. The front desk staff is friendly and always willing to help very professional. The nurses are courteous, thanks to Brenda! Thanks to doctor probleti for helping me so quick, and thank you Dr kolanko for being patient with me and helping me.

    I saw some of the reviews and all I can say is I have never had a bad experience here. The whole staff from the girls up front to the nurses, techs & Drs have and are absolutely wonderful. They do care! Your health with them is a priority NO matter what. Iā€™m glad I am going here. I would recommend if you go thru TGH this the clinic you come to! Very satisfied & safe here!

    TGH on Kennedy was an amazing experience for me. It was my first step in seeking for help. The staff always treated me with respect. Theyā€™ve been very quick and friendly in person, over the phone as well. If you are there to seek therapy for an example, Iā€™ve had nothing but positive and great thing to say and this location. Mental health is very and I am happy to choose them. It was a great experience.

    I have been seeing Dr Walgampaya for a few years and he is magnificent. The front desk staff is always very helpful and friendly. If you use the MyChart system, it is very easy to check-in and communicate with the healthcare team. Thank you all for being wonderful. I know you are very busy.

    I made an appt as a new patient. I showed up the the office and they cancelled my appt due to scheduling making the appt as a ā€œfollow upā€ and not a new pt. To make matters even worse, no one at the front desk apologized or appeared to by sympathetic. I had to wait a month to get back in. I made it very clear I am a new patient to make sure the appt is made correctly. The day of my next appt, the office called to cancel my appt for no reason at all. If you are working in patient care you need to have a different attitude when you are at work. It was disheartening to experience team members at TGH that do not express care for patients. I have my insurance, scheduling made the appt correctly after calling them to verifyā€¦. This office is extremely unprofessional and does not put patient care first. Extremely disappointed.

    This is not about me but about someone I care about. I am not going to mention names but my friend is a patient with this group, specifically Dr Publete. My friend is a high risk patient with diabetes and other chronic health issues. Iā€™m advocating for my friend because this medical group has proven themselves to be inept. My friend had an appointment with Dr Publete back in January.. they canceled her appointment at the last minute through the portal without offering another appointment. It took several weeks before anyone responded to her request to make another appointment. FINALLYā€¦ someone set up an appointment with Dr Publeteā€™s nurse practitioner for my friend. This person rushed her through her appointment and barely listened to her concerns!! My friend made another appointment via the portal .. mind you it took at least a week for someone to schedule her an actual in person appointment with Dr Publete. Well, the day of her appointment guess what happened ( in April) yup, they cancelled once again!! Now she finds out today that she can not get an appointment with Dr Publete until OCTOBER 2023!!! This is completely unacceptable and medically negligent. My advice to anyone seeking a new physician or currently with this group would to seek out medical care elsewhere. Tampa General should be ashamed of themselves!!

    I have been with TGH Family care fir over 10 years.. I have no complaints what so ever. The Drs..there and the staff could not ask for better. I like that they are connected to TGH AND USF.

    I drive all the way from Tarpon Springs FL to see Dr. Warner and it is absolutely worth it. Front staff is very caring and I will remain going here for check ups for the rest of my life.

    This place provides excellent service. The physicians are knowledgeable, experienced, and caring. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Most of them greet you by name. They are punctual unless there is an emergency. The clinic is ran by Tampa General Physician's Group. They have their own lab or you can use your lab of choice. I've been going there for about four years and have recommended friends and family they are all pleased with the services received.

    My daughter is disabled and has been seeing Dr. Poblete for years. Dr. Poblete gives her her full attention and never fails to ask detailed questions and provide detailed answers. She treats my daughter with dignity and kindness. I recommend her and the staff highly.
