The wait time is awful. They say it can take anywhere from 4-6 hours…. HOW???????? There needs to be a better procedure. Waiting more than two hours for an appointment that literally can take at most 30 minutes is ridiculous. Both appointments I was waiting 2 plus hours. COMPLETELY ABSURD

Worst clinic in Tampa for ANY type of procedure. The doctor doesn’t arrive til 1-2pm, so if you have a morning appointment, GOOD LUCK. Everyone in this office is extremely rude & unreasonable. 4-6 hour wait is ridiculous, yet accurate. You complete everything else (bloodwork, sonogram, etc.) within the first hour of being there, then you spend the remainder of your 5 hours waiting on the doctor to arrive to the office, all to perform your procedure within 10 minutes. Overall, the entire experience was unpleasant from beginning to end. Would not recommend. Try “All Women’s Health Center of Tampa” on Kennedy for a much more suitable & comfortable experience!!!!!!!!

A receptionist Rebecca is so RUDE and impatient every time I call for questions. She never has any answers and never lets me speak to anyone else. After my appointment I would never recommend coming here because of her poor performance of customer service and also, lack of communication and patience. I am already going through a lot by setting and going to this appointment and to deal with the attitude is just over bearing. To have someone representing the company with such negative attitude is bad for business. Definitely, NOT welcoming especially to first timers.

This place is easily the best clinic I’ve ever been to. Immediately as you walk in the door, you’re greeted with beautiful faces and bright smiles! Everyone here is beyond humble & do their absolute best to make you comfortable. They hear you out, you never feel rushed & I was just completely relaxed the whole time I was here. They get you in and out in a timely manner, very clean & smelly good office. Overall amazing place with amazing people. Miss Sam is someone I look forward to seeing everytime!

I came here when I was 21 I’m 27 now. Not sure if the same staff works here but my experience was horrible. I remember I had an appointment at 11am and the receptionist/nurse wasn’t very pleasant. I guess the doctor was coming from Orlando last minute 🥲 and she informed me and the other patient that it would be an hour wait. We agreed and waited. Besides me not having any personal support with all of this my experience was very bad.The office felt so cold. The doctor took 5 hours in total to show up and the receptionist/nurse kept asking if we wanted to come back another day 😒 . We couldn’t because that day was our only off day. So finally the doctor shows up and sees me first since I was doing the pill. I asked to have a copy of my ultrasound sound and they refused . (Now working at planned parenthood patients can have their ultrasound). She poorly explained to me how the pill process worked and now knowing that I am extremely anemic and was 4weeks at the time the pill was not the safest option for me. I had a very peaceful and calm experience here. All the staff makes sure you feel extremely welcome and safe. I was very scared with my situation but the staff knows what they're doing which gave me 100% piece of mind. Thank you so much to all the staff and the Dr’s.

The staff was absolutely amazing when I made my appointment. It was truly wonderful to have their helpful guidance throughout the process. I want to give a special shoutout to the caring nurses and doctors. Without a doubt, this women's clinic is the best in the area

I came here yesterday and everything was ok Until I left. They gave me a bag that was supposed to contain the second dose of medication along with my prescription and after care instructions and my change from payment. When it came time to take my medication I noticed that it wasn’t in there and the prescription I picked up wasn’t it either so I called the “after hours” number and the answering service picked up and transferred me to I guess a nurse and I talked to her and told her what was going on and long story short she told me to come in at 10 am this morning I have to drive 45 minutes so I arrived at 10:30 am to discover no one is there and the entire building is locked. I didn’t complain when I got there yesterday at 9:30 am and wasn’t seen until 1:30 pm I didn’t get upset when they literally did not place the medication they were supposed to. But TODAY I literally had to call out of work for literally ANOTHER INCONVENIENCE now I’m missing money and still have not received the medication I was told to come get. I’m highly disappointed and just over it. Oh and to top it all off they also gave me the wrong change in my bag the same bag that was supposed to contain my medication! PLEASE DO BETTER

Called to get prices on their services and make an appointment but the woman I spoke with ( Sara ) was rude and not helpful at all. She does not need to be answering the phone ! So I made my appointment with All Womens Health Center of Tampa and they were wonderful!! Very polite , helpful and considerate.

The wait wasn’t too bad I was seen pretty quickly I was comfortable with the nurses and everything was explained thoroughly

When I arrived, I was politely greeted by the lady at the desk. I became very emotional about my decision. Sam came in with smiles and allowed me to feel comfortable with my decision and got me to smile! Excellent customer service.

All of the nurses here were very sweet and supportive. I never had a question that went unanswered, everyone was very knowledgeable and explained things super thoroughly. I’m happy with my visit at this clinic and would highly recommend!

great food, but no menu i have to get my food from the back from a dealer she is really cute tell her i said thanks but apparently roe v. wade took this resturaunt down im sad i loved this place but thanks for the food sharon

The Staff Here Is Incredible. All of them are so nice, humble, & very caring. I felt so comfortable the moment I walked in the door. I felt good vibes from this pace. They were very easy to talk to. They all had genuine smiles which made me feel that everything is ok. They gave out candy & water for us. It was efficient. The doctor office is very clean & very nice. It’s not trashy whatsoever. My first appointment was only a consultation and I was there for an hour and a half. My second appointment was for my medication and I was waiting and not seen by anyone for 4 hours. I literally did not expect to be in there cold waiting room this long. Prepare to spend your whole day here basically, with no word why the wait is so long

I really need help for my neice who is disabled and the lady Sam is so very rude she has no care and no respect for other people's situations. Things happen in life and you never know what a person is going through. I wouldn't refer my enemy to go here

One my 1st appointment the Staff was very kind and answered all my questions.There was no judgment which made me feel better about my decision. But my 2nd appointment I was there 4hrs waiting on the doctor to come. There were people in the waiting room coughing without having their mask on completely. It was terrible. I was not told I had to return in 2 weeks till my second appointment, I stay out of state.

The staff is the best they make sure you don't feel any judgement and also are very informative about your options of your decisions

Staff was nice, but the wait time was just ridiculous. Half of the stuff they do, could be done all at once. You have to wait an hour just to see the staff for two seconds and go back to the waiting area for another hour to be called again. Like geesh. Respect people’s time, like we respect your money and your time by showing up. And FYI they don’t tell you this over the phone.

In 1999 I went to this clinic and I had to sit waiting for long periods of time while filling out the paperwork and finally saw the doctor and had the procedure done without any sonogram.. without any lab work.. with only a pregnancy test and 500.00 ... Left with no medicine for day after. 3 months later I had ended up in the emergency room in Kentucky for losing too much blood... Come to find out I was pregnant with twins and they had only removed one of the babies and left the other baby inside of me deceased.. I caught a real bad infection that almost cost me my life.. if I wasn't so young back then I would have sued for malpractice because they never did blood work nor a sonogram at all.. but I'm letting everyone know that you need to make time to investigate this place before you decide to go here... As far as the rude people I didn't experience but this was like 24 years ago

I had my first appt today and what you have read about waiting is true, but I did not experience rude staff. I was treated with respect and the staff of women were very open and professional and I asked A LOT of questions and they were paitent with me. Even though I had to wait for 4 hours I am glad that they are there. Not many places are left which might explain why the doc is stretched thin. He was very kind and I could tell that he cared for my well being. I'm just so thankful for you and your staff, I don't know what I would have done without you all. Thank you women's center of Hyde park.
