    This place is a joke. If you are looking for maximum inefficiency, you've hit the jackpot. These people are slower than molasses. If you want to get tested prepare to be here all day. They send you from location to location before actually doing anything. After years of waiting, you go to the window to fill out paperwork. Then they send you to give urine, after that you pay, and THEN and only THEN can you get tested. Constant hoops for no reason.

    Always slow. Never efficient or organized well enough to make someone’s day go smooth. Talking about adding a glitch to a already rough day. Thanks but no thanks to the staff at the County Health Department. If it was not for guidelines and laws a lot of people would really suffer cause it shows the staff at this location don’t care.

    I'm not sure why there are so many bad reviews on here. They are very nice and professional. Always have me in and out quick with no problems whatsoever. I'm extremely grateful to have them!

    Been waiting an hour and a half after my appointment scheduled 5 months ago to be seen. My appointment was at 9:30am and I think they opened at 9am. How does a facility get this far behind in 30 min?? My appointment will take exactly 4 minutes if it ever happens. This is ridiculous. Also they blocked off most of the chairs in the waiting room I assume for Covid. Just roped off them all in the middle of the room. So now people are much closer together on the few chairs available and standing around in groups in the corners and at the entrance. There is not a single brain cell in charge of managing this facility. UPDATE: In response to your response...I did contact the manager and was told he was not available. I left a detailed message with my phone number twice but I was never called back.

    Great staff, very knowledgeable and friendly. The place is welcoming and spacious. The service is as fast paced as can be for such cheap service but the entire process from beginning to end does take about two hours so plan accordingly.

    You just really shouldn’t be working in a public health building if you don’t actually care about the public or the public’s health. Rude , Condescending and a waste of my time.

    A lot of these Nurse Practitioners should not work here especially Jonathan for denying me medical treatment because of my mental health issues. Totally unprofessional. Knowing that I could be saved within a 72 hour marker and allowing me to purchase my medicine at cost. He turned me away where I will be passed my 72 hours because I had to drive to an ER and I have to wait now and it could take hours before I get this medicine thar would save my life from changing to the worst. Even though there is no guarantee ever in life. The fact that they are denying poor people like me medically necessary supplies that is sitting in a building somewhere is unbelievable. I couldn't believe that I was treated this way and I have had several terrible experiences at different Health Departments. I am truly sorry for anyone who has experienced this same kind of behavior and have something like this or similar.I don't think it has to do with it but I also was let go from my job 5 days ago and I was only making 12.50 an hour working 28 hours a week. I was cut back my hours a few weeks before and I have been trying to make things work. Please be well everyone. Take care.

    I came out Positive for COVID and decided to contact my doctor Dr. Brittany since I couldn't come in due to COVID. I wanted to see if she could've prescribed me some eye drops and and some antibiotics (because she did it before without seeing me) because I had conjunctivitis. A day later, she returns my call and specifically just told me "I won't be prescribing no eye drops or antibiotics for you because it has to do with the COVID". I specifically told her last year when I got the same thing on my eye, I didn't have COVID, so help me understand. She just kept repeating herself. My eye had nothing to do with the COVID! She just kept talking and I hanged up on her. I will be changing doctors! It's pure negligence! I will be reporting her!

    If you get brittany immediately request a new doctor. See other reviews about her. She is negligent and you are not in good hands. This place is trash, if i had a choice I would not deal with them.

    Opinions may be diverse about this place. However, this was my experience and only related to my particular case. I was confused with their rules and regulations regarding a septic permit system. After multiple trips and interviews with 3 different staff members, I got to talk to Michael Dreyer today. Patiently he explained to me one by one the rules about a particular permit for my new property and septic system. I want to leave in writing that I was frustrated at the beginning with this department. However, patience and persistence go a long way. Jenny, Yim, Israel, and, Mike are very good people who sometimes have to deal with a lot of stress and stateful homeowners like me. I appreciate their professionalism and patience with me.

    There is never enough communication between departments and the patients. The staff at the pharmacy are just genuinely disinterested and rude. Was made to travel and wait for a prescription that they did not have. Over staffed and unhelpful is an understatement! I Still haven’t gotten an apology for my time being waisted or a miscommunication. If you can afford to go elsewhere absolutely do!!!
