Lovely campus. Well kept and always expanding. I felt really safe and secure walking around the campus day and night.

Amazing, beautiful university with helpful professors and many opportunities to participate on campus. There is a large international Community and lots of diversity, you should feel at home here at USF. Into really helps international students feel welcome and gain the skills they need to succeed as students as well as integrate into the community and use English in daily life. The apartments off campus are ok, like at On 50 where you can walk to campus. Excellent Professors, great resources at the library, gym, and outdoors center I am grateful for Dr.Thompson and Dr.Vasquez helping me to get 2 jobs to pay for my MA by tutoring in the lab and at INTO USF as well as helping me get a job offer after graduation at Universidad del Norte in Barranquilla, Colombia. I am grateful for the experiences I had at USF and recommended USF. Also doing activities with INTO and the outdoors center, campus recreation and career center are what makes the experience even better. What you put into your Education and experience is what makes it worth all the sacrifice 😊

One of the best schools in the country! Beautiful campus and very well maintained. I’ve been affiliated with USF for almost 7 years now and counting..USF is the star of Tampa/South Florida. Easy transport on campus with Bull Bus service. Lots of parks on campus and open spaces to enjoy nature..

Joke of a University. Not enough parking for students yet they still charge a parking pass and give you a ticket if youre in a non student spot. On top of that the profs NEVER respond to emails. They ALL claim "I get 200-300 emails a day, cant get to all of them." Really? Because it's your job to get to ALL of them. This school is just a money hungry pit. They sent me to collections over 50$, i paid it over a year ago and they STILL wont remove it from my credit. Even AFTER GAURANTEEING ME IN AN EMAIL, IT WOULD BE FULLY RESOLVED AFTER I PAID IT. This is what they do to their students, send them to collections to ruin their chances of success. SPC is a better school and its a Community College. This place you're just a number for them to make money off you. Scam artist school.

USF has such a beautiful campus based on the tour that I went on. Considering the fact that I haven't applied yet, I can't speak on the financial aid and things such as that. There's nothing at the moment to speak negatively on besides the fact that there's an amusement park literally across the street which causes a lot of traffic.

Overall pretty good. The campus is nice and feels safe. Students are super nice. Tons of things to do in the area. Professors are mostly good. They need to update the degree works system, brings back and fix schedule planner, and expand parking.

While the campus seems nice and my daughter likes her classes, they have no problems robbing her of her money on classes she never took. She dropped a class at the beginning of the semester and picked up a replacement (same transaction). At the end of the semester, they demanded money for the class she didn't take so she could register for upcoming classes. She petitioned the school, had the professor make a statement about her never showing on her roster, and still denied her argument. So, am I to understand that you don't even believe the faculty at your own institution? Bunch of crooks exploiting students and holding their continued educations hostage. Someone should be fired for these transgressions, either the untrustworthy professor or the thieving administrator.

I loved 4 years at USF. I very genuinely had an amazing experience while obtaining my B.S. in the Health Sciences. While I did have a few experiences with professors that didn't particularly seem to care about their students success, the overwhelming majority did care and did take the time to make sure their students succeeded. It was very cool to see the campus grow and expand while I was there. Now there is a grocery store on campus, new and modern dorm rooms, and dining options that weren't there during my tenure there from 2014-2018. It's nice knowing that my Alma mater is doing well!!! Just wish they would take care of their golf course across the street from their campus!

This campus is beautiful. I live across the street so I go for walks around the campus. So many trees and walkways. There is a beach setup by the lake. It is easy to get lost in this campus but just keep walking.

They need to get an announcer that can actually pronounce graduates names properly, it’s a joke to get someone that butchers names when you know your school has a ton of international students with non-english names. Ruined the moment

Parks are closed on Thanksgiving day so took a tour at nearby USF. It’s a surprisingly beautiful campus, especially the tropical style landscaping and lovely birds.

Stay away from doing business with the Federal Credit Union that is part of USF. I held a checking account with them for about 10 years while obtaining my Bachelor's and Master's degree. When I graduated I moved away, updated my mailing address with them, and opened up a new checking account with a totally different bank. I had about $100 left in the Credit Union account. Because I stopped using it, they would take a maintenance fee each month out of it. They never called or sent me a letter in the mail about it. When I went to close my account months later, the balance was $0.00, and I was pissed. After explaining to them the details, including that they had my new address from the beginning, they would not give me my money. I was a loyal customer for 10 years and that was the thanks I received. Do NOT do business with them. A mistake is a mistake, how you correct is the key.

Are the full time USF staff members, none student employees, maintenance, grounds keepers, β€œblue collared”, β€œworking class” earning enough to provide for housing and food without government assistance? Basically I’m just making sure I’m not spending money at a place that is paying $14.00, $16,00 to full time staff members in 2022?

Went for a concert at Yuengling. Parking was easy. SMALL arena. Every seat should be a "good seat" since it's so small inside. However, the 1st level is NOT good seating since it's almost ground level. The people standing on the floor block your view. Bought row A so there would be more leg room, nope, a guard rail was touching our knees Should of saved money and got the cheap tickets.

I cannot say how the University itself is but my wife is receiving treatment at the Moffit Cancer center and the staff are by far the best organized hospital team I have ever experienced.

DO NOT ENROLL HERE. USF sent me to the St. Petersburg campus because the Tampa campus was β€œfull,” despite there being off campus housing options still available. In summary, they relocated me to another campus that I did not want to go to rather than just inform me that I would not be able to have access to on-campus housing. This is absolutely unacceptable behavior that no university should ever engage in. I am utterly dissatisfied and enraged at USF for doing something this outrageous. Shame on them!

Attended an event here and there were not signage put up and no staff for any clean ups. Students were assigned to help which is nice but while hosting an event there should be more professionalism.

This was our first time going to a USF basketball game. It was unfortunate that they lost. I spoke with an employee to find out was a lil concerned they do nothing for Veterans and the shirts they throw people although a very nice thing to do wouldn't fit my lil girl as it was very small. She was upset. How do you gain access to the area between gates c and d that requires a special pass?

I'm in my last semester, and the school is typical for Florida. It's not great, but it gives a degree. The BIGGEST issue for me is the 50 year olds screaming christian-hate filled messages and slurs at students passing by. It's one thing to preach your beliefs, but another to screech at an 18 year old how they're going to hell and deserve all the bad things that happen to them. It legitimately makes me worried for my well being at times and ruins the academic atmosphere. I'm glad I'm almost done with this school; I'll get my masters degree elsewhere.

Amazing university with super affordable tuition, over 200 majors. There campus to choose, Tampa, Saint Petersburg and Sarasota. Library has a lot of options, study areas, computers and everything you would expect from a top notch institution.

😠 Beautiful school in a great location, however, if you're looking for a good school with good academics DO NOT COME HERE. The nice look of the school and large dorm rooms is about all it has to offer. As a freshman I went through three advisors in one year without any notification of having mine swit...
