Very well staffed, employees were exceedingly knowledgeable about their products. They knew the layout of the store and were fully capable of directing you to whatever your heart desires! They had plenty of displays to showcase new or exciting clothing in various departments thru out the store.

Not only did I have a bad experience, but when I left a review on their website they sent me an email saying, "Our staff has read your review and values your contribution even though it did not meet all our website guidelines. Thanks for sharing, and we hope to publish next time!" - So they only are publishing reviews they like...just imagine how bad their rating actually is. I bought a watch from Nordstrom, that was shipped and had the item stolen from the box. Never received. They refused to refund. Called customer service 5 times, sent multiple emails, asked for managers...they refused saying the shipper was at fault, even though the shipping box was not damaged or tampered with. Sent them photos. Nothing. They kept hundreds of dollars. I never got the watch. Will never order from Nordstrom again.

Brazille restaurant inside Nordstrom is absolutely one of our favorite places to stop and eat when shopping! Food is always amazing! Kind of a hidden Gem.

My favorite store! I love the personalized customer service. I wanted to order a certain fragrance and Nordstrom didn't have it. My personal shopper located the fragrance and hand delivered it to my home. I couldn't believe it. This is customer service at its finest.

I went to Nordstrom yesterday looking for holiday outfits for my family. Randy in the men’s shoe department did a great job styling an ensemble for my husband by completing it with a perfect pair of Chelsea boots. Service like Randy’s will always have me coming back to Nordstrom. I understand emotions are high during the holidays but his service was nothing less than attentive and professional. Great collection of clothing and tremendous service. Amazing restaurant too with yummy food and cocktails. Tremendously friendly staff. Ive been shopping at this location for 20+ years and most of that was with 2 salespeople, Juan & John. Now I shop with Tim… great people, hope they restart the holiday shopping party!

Can we just take a minute to talk about Mark Snyder? He has a gift! My husband and I both don't much care for shopping, especially for formal attire. We walked into your International Plaza store looking for a new tuxedo, not at all excited about the task at hand. BOOM - enter Mark!! Within minutes he totally flipped the experience for us! Dare I say...we were excited to shop! I couldn't get over it. Somehow Mark made the experience so stress free and FUN. His personality, honesty, and fashion sense took all the work out of it. Before you knew it my husband was looking like James Bond and we couldn't have done it without Mark. We will definitely be back and appreciate Mark not only for providing an amazing shopping experience, but for just being an all-around great person.

I bought some stuff online that did fit . So I had to make a couple of returns. The service desk was close to make the returns . And sign stated to go to any register. I went to the one in mens were I was greater this an eye roll from the women and her manger I have never had such horrible experiences. I have never felt so Judged

My wife said this location is amazing and the staff are phenomenal. She wanted a pair of leather leggings and they didn’t have her size. Mel went above and beyond to make sure she got them ordered for her and helped her with other suggestions that were similar in the meantime. Dressing rooms very clean with good lightning and plenty of mirrors.

A very large mall, varied and generous. Easy to find your way around, with many places to eat, all the known brands, strong air conditioning and plenty of parking available. Very close to Tampa International Airport, a good opportunity to stop and buy what you need just before leaving Tampa on your flight

I went into nordstroms to look at the skims items. They had a large selection, and had everything I wanted. The women ringing me up, Melissa A, was very rude to me. She kept asking if I wanted to get anything else, such as a matching top, and when I said no I already had it, she continued to ask and rolled her eyes at me. She would not even give me a bag and told me to put my items in my other shopping bag. As I walked away, and the transaction was over, I heard her turn around and laugh with co workers behind the register about me.

This was the best shopping experience I’ve had in a long time. Staff members were very helpful and seemed very happy to do their job. I had to return an item I bought online- the order was quickly located with my phone number. That was the quickest and easiest return. I had to look for an evening gown and was a bit worried I wouldn’t find what I was looking for. After browsing the section, I found my dress. The quality is top tier and I loved the fitting rooms because there was a nice chair inside and 3 mirrors with different angles, which helped figure out if I liked the fit. This is my new go-to store. The shoe department had very cute designer shoes and the styles were varied. I will have to return!

Nordstrom has been my go-to store for EVERYTHING since the Tampa store opened. The customer service is always excellent, but, Tim (men’s department) is truly exceptional. He helped my husband purchase his first tuxedo and made us feel so special despite how clueless we must have seemed. He was even wonderful with our 9mo old daughter. I am not one to write reviews often, but Tim truly stood out and genuinely deserves all the praise and more.

Very easy to make return's when I order online. Any cashier can do the return which is so convenient. They are always very helpful and friendly which makes Shopping at Nordstrom one of the Best experiences. Also very clean Dept store.

Came to shop on 7/9/23 but couldn’t because they had most of their merchandise roped off for a sale that starts on 7/11 Very frustrated because you had to navigate around all the taped off areas. So dumb felt like a mouse in a maze. If you’re having a sale place sale items out after store hours the night before the sale. Also it is a hazard if an emergency arrives and people need to evacuate quickly. I was so annoyed that I left the store. The sign gave us the impression that a salesperson could let you check out the merchandise but the only salesperson I found was chatting with a coworker and looking at reels on their cellphones.

Absolutely great food and drinks!!!! Always a great experience. One of the best French dip sandwiches. The chicken pom frittes was delicious and flavorful. The chicken was cooked perfectly with crispy skin, tender, juicy meat!! Crab bisque was also amazing!!

We had lunch at Bazille. The food and service were awesome. But the restaurant needs a serious dining room face lift. The booth seats and chairs are torn and badly worn out. The dining tables were very sticky. Other than that, it was great.

.As someone who grew up in New York City and even worked at Nordstrom in NY, I feel I can say this nordstrom sucks. even the Bazille cafe can not make a salad without a problem, they do not answer the phone like literally ever (I have called on 5 diff occasions) and took 20 mins to make a salad and then it came and it wasn't even the right one. fully waited 45 mins for a half a$$ salad. I don't even know how they are allowed to consider themselves a nordstrom, no one here carries our the loyalty and kindness or inclusivity that corporate nordstrom preaches. This was why I chose to not transfer to work at this store because it is a wreck i applied and didn't hear back for 7th months, i was a frequent top seller and excelled at nordstrom back home it was a company i wished to grow in until i saw this store. They have no urge to help or make sales clearly as you can walk around for hours here without being helped, the only person to ever help or offer was after walking around for 38 minutes (I set a timer) Beatrice Destin, she is the only person here who seems to care or help as she is an absolute doll and Janet from beauty. Everyone else has crossed arms a blank stank face and attitude problem. I grew up shopping at nordstrom in manhattan and refuse to step foot in here or make a purchase here in Tampa now. It truly brings me to tears because this place is not a good representation of what nordstrom stands for corporate needs to step in and seriously indoctrinate and make someone care about their brand mission and values cause it seems no one in here does. there has been multiple times I've gone in and there is no Managers in the store what kind of establishment is run that way no organization what so ever. I wish I could give no stars but it makes you put one :/

It's a nice clean store, a little more upscale than some other large well known clothing stores. Unfortunately to much "trendy" clothing for us. I remember their annual men's sale (when I had to dress up for work), if that's still around it may be reason for me to return.

This was my first visit to this high-end store, and I mustvsay the associates were very patient and helpful. It was great to see curvy and relaxed names in the store. As a curvy lady's it was refreshing to be able to look and find clothes that are made for curvy! Nice job Norstroms!

Nordstrom is a go-to department store for all your clothing needs and makeup needs to. Selling luxury brands as well as average brands to suit your needs and budget. Helpful staff, too!

Always the BEST shopping experience, whether in person or online Nordstrom will always be my go to for anything and everything. Customer service is always top tier and I would like to recognize Brittani M in the women’s clothing department- she was very helpful and complimented me on the pieces I picked out. Even offered to order me a pair of a jeans since they didn’t have my size in store. Hands down if you’re shopping for yourself or for a gift -Nordstrom has something for everyone.

I found some great sales! It is a nice store to shop. Unfortunately I ate there too but the Crab soup make me sick! It was delicious but somehow something was wrong with it.

This store is a true representation of the exceptional level of customer service that makes Nordstrom one of my favorite places to shop. I recently experienced an issue with my Nordy Club points not showing in my account, and manager Bobby C. went above and beyond to go through my in-store receipts and correct the issue. No matter the department or the purchase, I always experience wonderful service this store and I would highly recommend this Nordstrom!

This Nordstrom store no longer carries petite formal wear or formal wear for teens, they have decided not to do so after covid. Need to order online, can be delivered and returned through Nordstrom Rack. Disappointed that regular-sized women can enjoy the experience of looking for and trying clothes on right in the store, while petites only have the online option. Not sure if this applies to their selection of other types of clothing.

Great selection, the BEST customer service. We are so limited on shopping in Sarasota that I might frequent trips up to the Tampa store, or shop online of course! Either way I know I’m getting great options, great quality.

This review is for the new order pickup location and system. There are no signs for the new location except a tiny 8x11 printed sheet. As a physically disabled person I am not interested in wandering the store trying to figure it out. It is also confusing to have a bench table to pick up your order instead of a normal counter. What is this? Who thought this was a good set up?? People are very confused!

After having a horrible experience at the Sephora in this same mall, Susan was a breath of fresh air at the Bobbi Brown makeup counter in Nordstrom. She helped me find the perfect color corrector for under my eyes and was so patient to answer all of my questions. She even gave me a mini makeover. I don’t know what you’re paying Susan, but that lady needs a raise. I will definitely be back for my makeup needs at this location because of the top notch service I received there.

Fixphone is the cheap and best service provide for customer.it’s the 2nd floor,in front of Michael Kors.

The restaurant inside Nordstrom filled up fast, we got there early for lunch which was great. Food very well seasoned and delicious. My wife and I ordered a lobster salad and fried grouper both delicious. The white chocolate bread pudding was out of this world, superrrrr delicious, one order was enough for both of us. Server was very friendly and courteous. Will definitely go there again when in Tampa. Highly recommend this place.

My wife and I like to go to this store, the people that works there is so nice, they're dedicated to the customers. I want to thank very much Gabriel and Miriam they're are great and dedicated, always trying to help us with everything, they're energy and great sense of humor is contagious and makes you feel at home.

I have loved my experience with two different departments. So much so, I want to go back because they developed trust and loyalty for me. I dislike being sold to or influenced by buy something by pushing salesman because you do not feel like you are seen. But that has not been my experience at all at this Nordstrom. I was helped in the women's undergarments by the Natori vendor rep and the Nordstrom sales rep, both were excellent and incredibly helpful for finding what worked best for me. And the second time, I was browsing the makeup section in Clinique. I had shared what I was looking for to the traveling MUA. They picked out the perfect foundation match and foundation texture I was looking for on the first try and were incredibly helpful overall.

I am an avid shopper of Nordstrom for the past 3 years and I am still astonished by the amazing variety of collections they have for men including fresh new brands every time I stop by. Yesterday I went to Nordstrom to find a black dress for my fiancé; I decided to take the opportunity to look for myself, a sales representative named Jaylen (I apologize if i misspelt his name) put my clothes in a dressing room and took the time to pick some clothes that he believed I would like. This is the first time I ever had somebody do this for me, which led me to purchase a shirt from a brand totally new to me! He was a great guy, with exceptional taste, and I knew I had to leave a beaming review for him and Nordstrom! Can’t wait to shop there again and for many more years to come :)

Nordstrom had very high quality clothings/hats definitely reccomend for those looking to pay the price for a good quality outfit.

This is my favorite place to shop. I’m a “Nordy” girl and I love the points. I trust Eloise L. for tips on designer bags - she invites me to upcoming events and always tells me when double and triple points are happening. She is the best. Shout out to Eloise L - thank you for always making my shopping experience a great one!
