This location has the rudest employees I've ever met. They just stare at you, don't ask you if you need help and when you do ask for help they act like they don't want to help you or as if you are annoying them by asking for help. They take their time and then don't even tell you if they pulled the item you've requested. Shoe Mountain next door has better customer service. I will not recommend this location nor will I be returning

So I just left this store and I’m not coming bk the manager was working the cashier and I was getting my god child Some shoes ( white Air Force ones “ ) I look at the shoes they had red mark on them she was still willing to sell them drity “ I ask for a discount because of that she said no rude “ af and still wanted to sell them so I left went Next door to Shoe mountain they has the same shoes clean “ don’t go here they sell Drity shoes “ the black manager’s lady needs a new job she look like she didt wanna be there “ hair look a mess”

The guy that works here needs to be fired and this store needs to align with the website’s return policy. Their website clearly states that you can get a FULL refund when returning to the store. As I try to return shoes I ordered through their website that didn’t fit my son, guy promptly tells me I’m not getting my money back depending on how I paid. I told him I paid with debit and he says “oh you’re definitely not getting your money back”. I left the store and spoke to their online customer service who said they would report the store to the district manager. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

The guy @ the front door lost you're store 2 sales! Worst customer service and the way he spoke was like he never attended school ever! "Issa whole line out der" in reality it was 1 person w/3kids but if you call that a line ok. Moving on i opened the door not knowing there was a "whole line out der" I wasn't masked which is only bc i had forgotten it in the car! So you're front door host rudely told me "YOU NEED A MASK" as he removed his to tell me this! The way he handled the whole situation was just horrible customer service

Awesome store... walkin lookin for a pair of ups and this Awesome guy kenny greeted me and took care of me and whatci was lookin for... i highly recommend to come shop here...💯💪🏽🔥

It was so organized and the gentleman that assisted us was polite, friendly and extremely knowledgeable about every sneaker, outfits and stance socks. His name was Kenny and he was was super accommodating. I wish him continued success. I found out later during our transaction that he was an assistant manager since one of the employees required his guidance. This is when I saw the respect and support he offered his staff. This establishment is lucky to have him.

This is the worst place i ever been. I won't recommend this store to anyone. The customer service is the worst as well. They rude and very unprofessional. I dont even know how this people have this business running.

My favorite store in Tampa. I'm a regular there. They treat thier guest with the best hospitality.I tell all my friends to go here. They have jordan,Nike,pinkdl dolphin, etc... great experience all around.. keep it up guys
