    We did not have issues with transportation to and from the cruise ship and our car was kept safe during the cruise at 1101 N 26th St on 5/21/23. However, I am giving it a three star as one of the attendants that check us in was unprofessional. We owed 21.53 at arrival - upon arrival, he said he'd just estimate it to $22 for convenience sake and so he would not have to carry small change. He also cited how his boss would appreciate it more. Upon me handing him a larger bill that would require him to give me a change, he said we are killing him.

    Easy to find off the Highway and then tucked behind the IKEA which is also a fun stop too. Employees were so polite and helpful with loading bags. Shuttle ride to the Tampa cruise port took maybe 5 minutes. After the cruise they were there waiting to take us back. Car was in the same condition we left it in and I would use them again.

    This was the Tampa facility across from the cruise port. Horrible, horrible customer service and they falsify records. Be warned. DO NOT use this parking facility. We went on a cruise and got back and noticed damage to our car. When we mentioned it to the attendant. he was super aggressive to the point where I felt unsafe and I was afraid he might start a fistfight with my husband. He then pulled out a ticket that he had written on after we pointed out damage to him which did not match our ticket info. The writing on the ticket concerning the damage was in a different color ink than ticket info we held. Also, when we booked our reservation online we were given an address and instructed to go to a parking lot. When we showed up, there were no attendant around and they did answer the phone to the lot. We had to call their main toll free number and they instructed us to go to their established parking lot. Those attendants did not care that they had folks been told to go to an abandoned lot with no information or employees around.

    I was out of the country and emailed this company multiple times to cancel because I couldn't call and they never responded and charged me anyway! I will NOT use them ever again! As someone else stated, find somewhere else to park!

    going back to vehicle was annoying. They have no order on who gets on shuttle and let others skip in front of line and in front of people who are in wheelchairs. And when asked why they let people skip in line in front of waiting people, all the person could do is shrug and did not care.

    Our trip was canceled. We cancelled our parking over 2 months before needing them. And they’re refusing to give our refund back to credit card. Not the right way to run a business!! Beware! You probably won’t get your money back. We’ve learned an $83 lesson about them! Would give a zero if I could!! After 3 months, many phone calls with credit card company involvement, we Finally talked to someone who could help. Kendra was given our reservation by us and then credited our card. Read their refund policy closely! And no, won’t use them for further travels.

    Parkway Parking itself was seamless. Comfort Suites Airport Cincinnati, which claimed to have a shuttle every 15 minutes, left me sitting at the airport for an hour and 16 minutes. The ride to the airport had more than a 30 minute wait, but I could deal with that.

    Stay far away from this company. I regret the one and only time I used them. I purchased my parking from them a month before I had to use it. On the day of, I drove to the location, and the employees looked at me completely confused. They said they no longer did this parking and shuttle to the airport. They didn’t know what to do. Upon landing at my destination I called parkway parking. The fact that the hotel wasn’t offering parking was news to the representative. She actually had the audacity to say “ohhh so you parked there anyway?”I explained to her that I had no other choice to park. I’d paid for parking thinking this was guaranteed or that they’d let me know. 3 different times while I was on hold for 1/2 hour while they tried to figure it out, I was told 3 different lies. By the end of this horrible service I was angry. Not ONCE was I apologized to. Finally a woman named Nicole got on and was yelling. At this point I wasn’t about to take her yelling so I yelled back. She goes “I’m not yelling. I run like (some few hundred) properties this isn’t even my job!! We’re trying to figure it out.” So I ask what happens if my car has been towed and she yells it’s never happened in her 6 years of working there and we’ll have to figure it out if it happens!!! Like a 2 a.m. when I return to find a towed car and their company is closed, I’ll be figuring it out alone. She was FULL of attitude and so rude the person picking me up was shocked and asked why this woman was yelling at me when they were in the wrong. She rudely tells me they’ll call me once their owner contacts the hotel owner and has an answer. The next day she calls me and says my car won’t be towed. I apologized for yelling and explained my frustration. NO APOLOGY from her for her rudeness, attitude and yelling! If you value your car, peace and a good trip, DO NOT USE THIS BOGUS COMPANY!

    We parked about a mile from our terminal and utilized their shuttle to and from. The place was super easy to find via Google Maps and they also had lots of visible signage which was great because we didn't have to wonder if we were in the right area. The people were super friendly and all smiles. I was very nervous for my first cruise but they eased the tension. We didn't have to wait for shuttles at all, they run so frequently they were just there when we got there. They give you very specific instructions and a card so you remember when you return. The cost was also super reasonable. I definitely plan to recommend them and use them again in the future.

    Service was convinient and fast but unfortunately they put a ding and a scratch in my car(brand new car). They park the cars really close to each other. I spent around $200.00 to take the dent out. Will not use again and don't recommend because they're not careful. Make sure to check your car really good before you leave the parking lot!

    Used tampa port parking. The parking lot is near by to the port and as soon as you arrive to the lot they will help you with your suitcases and park the car for you. They have a convenient shuttle waiting that will take you to the port. As soon as we arrived after the cruise their shuttle was waiting to pickup us up and when we arrived to the lot our car was ready to go with the keys inside. They are very convenient, well priced and efficient.

    This is the company you need to book for your Tampa Cruise Parking needs! I just used Parkway Parking for my cruise and their service exceeded my expectations. Before booking to reserve a spot, I called the office and the person who answered my call was very helpful, professional and answered all my questions which gave me confidence to book. The day we departed for our cruise we arrived at the lot behind Ikea and were greeted with a very friendly staff member who I paid my balance to in cash and he gave me all the details of where to park and how the shuttle worked. Less than 5 minutes after we parked the shuttle driver came to my truck to get us and out bags and took us to the cruise terminal. The driver just like the attendant in the parking lot was professional, friendly and helpful. He gave specific instructions on where their team would meet us when we returned. When we returned from our cruise the same friendly staff was there to pick us up at the terminal and took us back to the secure lot to get out vehicle. I cannot recommend this place enough for all your cruise parking needs. They were half the price of parking onsite at the terminal. They are helpful, professional and very close to the terminal.     Update: Customer Support reached out and also contacted the hotel. They report having updated their instructions and provided a refund. Initial Review: This has been a horrible experience. I would give zero stars if possible. The directions in the confirmation are incomplete AND inaccurate. I missed two shuttles and almost missed my plane due to the emailed instructions that I received. I recommend updating this for future customers parking at Hilton Nashville Airport 1. They DO NOT require checkin with the front desk 2. They DO require a print out of the confirmation placed in the front window of the car. This needs to be on the instructions! • The desk attendant sent me to a computer with a printer that would not print. • Then I returned again to the desk, stood in line, where she couldn’t print it out either. • I could have printed at home and been completely prepared. • The Hilton desk attendant was helpful but by that time I had already watched TWO shuttles leave without me! • The Hilton shuttle driver was AMAZING! I was so upset by that point. He was very calming and reassuring! • This could have been completely avoided by providing accurate instructions in the confirmation email. • I emailed customer support with no response.

    Simple, Efficient, customer oriented. I went to the lot and purchased parking on the spot for my 6 day royal cruise. Shuttles were quick. Both drivers Marco I believe and Enrique were friendly. Lost my wallet and i knew i dropped it in the shuttle. Called the back office number online. They helped me immediately. Got me in touch with the phenomenal lot attendant who i can’t remember his name but shout out for that man! Came back a full week after to get my wallet after he called me and confirmed he had it. Drove down from orlando, he remembered me and had me out in 10 minutes with my wallet. Whole experience was 10/10. Price was solid too considering its right next to the port. I didn’t make a reservation but i imagine its even better or cheaper.

    These guys were great. Easy drop off of vehicle and shuttle to the cruise terminal. Even faster when we got back and dropped off. The truck was at the front, running, and ready to pack up our bags. Couldn’t ask for a better experience.

    What a great experience. So easy to drive up and finish our transaction and be off on the ship. The lot is directly across from the ship but we were driven to the ship our bags taken care of and super friendly service. Pick up was just as easy the van was there for us when we left the ship and our keys in the car ready to leave. Thanks.

    I was left waiting at the airport (MSP Terminal 2) TWO times for over an hour (plus one time when a friend hired them for nearly 2 hours) I gave them this 3rd chance because I hadn’t used the service for 6 months and thought they might have it together by now. Our flight got in at 10:30pm I called them at 10:40 when we got bags and they said the driver would be there at 11:10. They did not show up - called hotel at 11:20, they said “he must have been full so you will have to wait until 12:10am” we paid for an Uber. After talking to others in the area, I found out that this happens often with this service:-(

    Shuttle service was very unorganized, no attendant to direct customers and keep order. Customers running toward shuttles, getting on before customers who waited under designated sign. Unfriendly drivers, WOULD NOT RECOMMEND! We stood in line for 2 hours for shuttle, ended up WALKING to cruise terminal because we were going to miss our boarding time. This service caused more stress than alleviated. Not enough shuttles, they take more reservations than they have space for customers to use shuttle service!

    I used Rightway parking for previous trips as myself and my parents thought it was quick and easy. After my most recent trip I had called and told them that I’m ready for pickup (which I was instructed to do) and they told me where to go and someone was on the way. Well, 45 minutes come and go and no one had came. I called them back only for them to tell me someone had been there but they “didn’t know what happened.” (I had been standing at the spot for a while and no one stopped or called me to locate, which they said they would do) then they tell me he can no longer come to my terminal and told me to take the airport train to another terminal and then they would pick me up. I will never use this service again. 45 minutes standing with luggage when I was told they were coming and if they missed me they would call my cell phone, which never happened. Horrible service

    Just got off of a cruise today. We stopped at the aquarium before we headed out. As we were leaving at 2:30pm a women worker with very short hair came to my window and says can I ask you why your leaving. She was very rude and argued with me about how I needed to come get my car right away from the garage. She told me I was told when we came in that was the case because they close the gates at 3pm. I have 3 others with me that witnessed I was never told when we came in, she literally kept telling me yes they did. She finally takes my parking ticket and told me to pay 6 bucks extra (which is fine) that’s all she had to do in the first place instead of being extremely rude to paying costumers. Next time we’ll keep our vehicle somewhere else.

    We were flying in and out of FLL airport and used the offsite parking at the Embassy Suites working the Rightway Parking company. Don't believe it when they say there is pick up every 30 minutes. We had a bad experience both going and returning, each time it took us over an hour to get someone to pick us up. In both cases there were no apologies. I will never use Rightway Parking , again. BTW they don't even deserve the 1 star, but it is the only way to post this review.

    Everything was great. Shuttle to the staff cooperation. Marriott suites employees at the reception desk were smiling during my stress times. Helped me immensely. The shuttle drivers were great. My advise, always tip them if you can. I had international flight, so stress of time constraint was there. Everything went smooth. My car was intact, nothing missing, lol. Coming back to the car was great, easy and quick validation. I will use them again and again. Price was value for the money.

    The daily rate is very misleading because the service fee is way more than the total rate for 3 days. You would be paying about the same with parking in the economy lots of the Airport. Another thing that I think you should be aware of is that parking in one of these lots, you would either have to empty your car ahead of time or be worried the whole time since the key needs to stay with the facilities.

    In my opinion the website to reserve parking for an upcoming cruise is so easy. When you park your car the drivers are so very helpful both going and coming back from the cruise. I would not park anywhere else.

    Pulled in and they parked the car while we waited for the shuttle to the port. Which was only a few minutes. And when we returned the car was running and ready by the time the shuttle got to the lot. Will definitely use them again

    This company is awesome! They really go out of their way to make the experience fun and easing going. Whenever I pulled into the lot, there were two nice men who checked me in and unloaded all my bags into the shuttle van. They even made me laugh with a few jokes about the Bucs hat I was wearing. Then, they nicely explained the pick up procedures a few times and gave me a claim check ticket with their number just in case I needed any help or had any questions in the future. I thought that was fantastic. The day I came off the Paradise Cruise, they were exactly where they said they would be. The driver took care of our bags and gave us a smooth ride back to the lot. The lot attendants were very nice as always and loaded up my bags into my car. Overall, Parkway Parking knows how A1 business is done. Amazing company! Highly recommend.

    Find somewhere else to park! To start, it’s not a bargain to reserve as compared to every other available parking. You can pay the same for garage parking and no one takes your key. It’s uncovered and you have to sign a waiver that they’re not responsible for anything yet they keep your key. We asked them not to use the hood of our car as a clipboard to write on and the attendant had attitude. (Invest in a dollar clipboard!) Apparently that was enough for them to label us “that person” and we spent our cruise worried about what they would do to our car. They parked our car. They didn’t keep our key nor were we going to let them after the attitude and storming off. Sure enough, we came back to a dead battery and the interior lights had been left on. We didn’t do it & they parked the car. We had also made parking reservations for Our son, who drove his own vehicle. Everything is paid in advance and we paid for both ourselves and our son. The company must keep the portion you have to pay online and the attendants must keep the balance you pay at the lot. We picked up our vehicle before our son who later told us the attendant tried to shake them down for $30. Just stay away. Don’t let the online As trick you into thinking you’ll pay less by booking ahead with them. Just go, you’ll have no issues finding legitimate parking at the Tampa cruise terminal area. And covered!!

    Beware when booking parking online. They sold me a space in a lot (401 S Florida Ave) and sent confirmation, and when I showed up to the lot they said Parkway Parking did not have the contract for the lot and had no right to sell a space they didn't own. The lot was pay via an onsite machine only. It would seem they're still selling spaces in lots they don't work with anymore, and you're out the $$ and the spot when you arrive. I contacted them directly and they have not responded to my email.

    Super experience. I was running late for my cruise check in time. Quick in and out service. Shuttle was quick to the cruise terminal. Pick up was easy also. Showed my ticket and my truck was waiting.

    Standing on the sidewalk while writing this. Been here for 1/2 hour and have yet to even see a shuttle and there are about 50-60 people waiting on a 10 passenger van. If you care about ever reaching your vehicle that you left (in their unguarded dirt lot) after your trip, spend the extra few dollars and find a better company.

    This is the second time my wife and I have cruised out of Tampa, but it is the first time we have used Parkway Parking. It will not be the last, for this is the first of many times to come. Why am I confident we will use them again in the future? Because of the excellent service they provide. They charge a flat rate (in cash) to park in their lot. From their lot, they then shuttle you to and from to the port entryway, all for that initial rate. Their vans are comfortable, their drivers are courteous, and they are efficient at what they do. For instance, when we disembarked in the early AM upon our return to port, they were already there, waiting. When we arrived to the lot, the car was already cranked and heating up (it was December), which means we were on the road within five minutes of leaving customs. Efficient. Kind. Thoughtful. All of those traits apply to this service. A word of caution: I was initially hesitant about the service since I worried about handing over my keys to a stranger who charged me cash and gave me a hand-written receipt. This is fully understandable since there are so many scams out there these days, but I assure you that this service is on the level. Park with them; you will appreciate their attentiveness and customer support.

    Best money we’ve spent in a long time : ) very pleasant young men - work well together. We parked for a 4 day cruise - only charged $25 ( the cruise terminal charged $15 per day ! ) . Nice van , easy to find them when we disembarked . Our ship got fogged in so we didn’t arrive in port until 5:30 PM ( had been due to get off the ship at 7:30 AM ). Usually they close at 3:00 ~ but were there at the port at 6:30 OM when we got off the ship and transported oncoming passengers too ! Ship didn’t leave until midnight - MUCH appreciated: ) Will definitely use them again - BEST of luck with your business

    Had a great experience using Parkway Parking. It was easy and quick parking to and from cruises. The shuttle driver Jason was friendly and helped unload our bags from the shuttle. We have a cruise planned in a few months and we will be using Parkway Parking. Thank you for the awesome service!!!!

    Parkway Parking is a 3rd party booking agency based in Tampa, FL we do not own, operate, or employ any workers from any of the 300+ locations we book for. We buy spaces from this lot so I have no idea why they would not accept payment if you did indeed show the email confirmation. Like stated prior I have never had issues with the attendance not accepting the reservation so that is something I will take up with the facility directly. Customer service is something that our company strives for so I am trying my best to help given the circumstances. If you could please leave a positive Google Review stating we helped take care of this refund then I would be more than happy to refund you in full. I will also need an address to mail this check to since it has been past the 90 day period.     Read the information as listed. However, arrived at the hotel and shuttle service is full. Had to find transportation to the airport. They don't ensure their paid parking customers have a spot on the shuttle. It was very disappointing and misleading to think you have paid for parking and a ride to the airport when you pay online. Then, it's too late to cancel to get your money back to seek other options once you find out onsite the day of. I sent an email to the company and still haven't received a response. Don't waste your time or money with this company. It was 4 cars that we had with our party to park at this spot in Dallas and neither of us benefited from it. We all had to pay to park at the airport and didn't get our money back from this company not even a reply to our email. Cheap is not always the best option in this case it cost us more but this company got paid regardless and cost us more money.

    The staff was courteous and efficient and the convenience of the parking service itself was wonderful—they helped us take the bags from our car and loaded them in the shuttle very gently). We were skeptical about using a third party parking service instead of the cruise line garage but we’re sold! Will definitely be parking here for future cruises from now on.
