    This location doesn't serve there walk-in customers very well. They pay more attention to the drive through and talking to other employees. And then the last 3 times they can't even get the order right. I will be going to another location from now on.

    Horrible. I ordered a 12 oz capp with 3 shots of espresso and it tasted like warm milk - I had to throw it out. I wanted coffee with just enough milk to make it smooth...I will not go to this location again. So disappointing.

    Espresso wasn't out until 15 minutes after it was expected in the app. It would have been faster and a more pleasant experience to mobile order at either location on Kennedy, drive there, and back, than stand around wondering where your drink is.

    Slowest Starbucks I’ve ever seen. Do not come here if you need to be somewhere. I thought I’d be fast today because I’m the only one in the drive thru and there’s no one inside… but no. Still 15 minute wait. These people have zero respect for your time.

    Needs better management. Customers are rude inside & impatient to others. Only 1 register. Disorganized with orders. They need more staff to handle overflow of drive thru. Dropped over $100 at this location & only the man working the register was professional.

    I came into Star Bucks to get my usual and I was the only one in the coffee shop at the time. They proceeded to make everyone else's drink and made mine last. I waited 20 minutes for my drink. Unacceptable that was rude to put my ticket last . Last time I visit here

    I ordered off of Uber Eats and this is how my drink arrived. There’s no spillage in the bag… the bag was protected with a sealed sticker + staple. Which means I was intentionally given this mess. This ruined my morning. Thanks.

    Waited 45min for two watery lattes. Went on a weekend afternoon and the drive-thru was horrendous, they have it designed so once you enter you cannot leave the line. Drive another 5min down the road and try another location

    I went to this location and ask the barista Audrey if she would recommend the grilled cheese and she was so nice 👍 and honest when she recommended it. I not always eat food from Starbucks but I had just gotten off work and had to take my daughter to tutoring classes near this location and gave it a try and love it… great customer service… Thank you Starbucks for employing such efficient and charismatic team members 🥰

    Who ever is I charge of ordering at this place should seek a new position. They don’t understand the demand of multiple customers They are always out of everything. Hasn’t had peach flavoring in 3 weeks. Always run out of Splenda never have cold brew. Everyone there is rude and obnoxious.

    This is the worst Starbucks in Tampa. This location needs to hire a better manager and retrain all of their employees. The amount of drinks I saw them make wrong and have to throw out in the 30 minutes I was there waiting for ONE cup of coffee was unreal. Nobody seems to know what they’re doing and how slow they move is painful. I work in the restaurant industry so I feel like I’m pretty understanding. And I never leave bad reviews either but this felt necessary. Just save your time and don’t go here. Horrible service. And I guarantee they will not make your drink right.

    Worst Starbucks experience I’ve ever had. DO NOT order the beyond breakfast sandwich unless you like them burnt. My coworker and I decided to stop for a quick breakfast before a two hour drive down south. After I received my sandwich, I thought I smelt something burnt but thought maybe it was inside the store. After letting it cool I pulled it out and it was burnt right on the top. How did they not notice!? I decided to call the store manager and she told me that “they have been having issues with the beyond breakfast sandwiches and they’ve been burning and that if I came back later they would make me a new one”… what!? So you know that the sandwiches are burning, you see that it’s burnt, but you’re still deciding to let people order it!? Not only that, but they couldn’t refund me unless I went back to the store, which is completely out of the way. I came to this location because it was convenient, It’s not a location I frequent or even live close to. I already wasted my time and money on a burnt breakfast sandwich at this poorly ran location, I won’t be returning. I asked for corporates phone number and when I dialed, it was the wrong number. Wow shocker. So I found the number online and gave them a call. Corporate was extremely helpful and let me know they would be looking into this problem.

    You must try their Pumpkin cream cold brew!!! Less sugar the PSL and not bitter like regular coffee. The pumpkin scone is delish, too. It's a shareable size!

    Great customer service here and out of ALL the Starbucks in a 10 mile radius, they seem to make their drinks just perfect. It's the only location that also ever inform me that you can take the egg off a sandwich, I appreciate this knowledge more than anything and I used to be a partner! I definitely will go out of my way to come to the Starbucks when I need to get my fix!

    I called the store so I can be confirmed that they close at 9:00 , I get to the shop and it’s closed and all the lights are off. That’s was the THIRD strike from this company , another incident I had with a worker she call me a “nigger” hard r when I was telling her my order. I don’t know what kind of circus gig they’re mixing in that building but it’s making them lose clientele , I LOVE me some Starbucks so to be lied and betrayed to really hurts , it hurted writing this but it had to come at some point. I will no longer be purchasing ANYTHING from this store anymore. Whatever employee(s) is reading this I hope you find a better job. Corporate will be contacted 😘.
