I arrived at 5:43pm. The door was locked and the store was closed. Update your hours! The sign on your door is even incorrect! The Google hours say 8pm! A Google review 2 weeks ago had the same issue. Do better Panera.

I've always enjoyed Panera, but this will more than likely be my last visit. It's not only expensive, but for what you get it just isn't worth it. I ordered a bowl of chicken noodle soup with a baguette and what I got was a half bowl of broth. There were two small shreds of chicken and that was it. Hubby said his soup and sandwich were okay. The lady that took our order was very sweet, but the remaining staff seemed to struggle with customer service skills. I'm not sure if it's just this location or if they got rid of the buzzers to let you know your food is ready, but the entire time we were there we had the displeasure of hearing people's names be SHOUTED for their order.

Just been here once I don't live here. But I'm just gonna base this review on the one tune I was here. Was looking in the area for good eats and I noticed this gem. It's only been open for 6 weeks and boy was I glad to visit here. I was craving some chicken and waffles. And that's exactly what I ordered. From the pics and reviews. I couldn't resist. The inside was kinda small for a diner but I was about to get seated. The staff was amazing I had a server named Darren and he was a delight. Very friendly and knowledgeable about the menu. He also advised me to get the chicken and waffles. The food came out and what a nice size dish. 4 pieces of chicken u can either order a half of a chicken or just dark meat. I got the juicy dark meat And the waffles came with a strawberry butter. The chicken was fresh and juicy. Maybe a little on the salty side. But still really delicious. The waffles were crispy exterior and soft middle. Not so sweet which I like. A great combination to the salty chicken. I'm salivating now thinking about it.

I visited this location today. The employees who hand the food were extremely disrespectful. So, I went to pick it up and I realized my food was in a bag I said but I requested dining! The guy said cause he didn't know if I want my bagel toasted he put it in a bag!!!! I said that's fine would you please toast it and place it on a plate. A few min later I checked my food was on a bar. The bagel was burned. I said I'm sorry I'm not trying to be picky but this one looks burned out could you please change it for me. the guy grabbed the bagels, not the full plates ONLY THE BAGELS out of the plate and he walked away minutes later he came back with the bagels IN HIS HAND and roughly put them on the plate. I tried to stay come and walked away! I can not believe how rude and disrespectful was his behavior today! To the point, I don't think I would ever go back to Panera bread.

I was very disappointed with my daughters kids meal. I love Panera bread but the last few times I have ordered rapid pick up, I’ve noticed the sandwich fillings are lacking or the meal is sloppy and thrown together. As you can see this grilled cheese was just thrown together and half of it didn’t have cheese on it. I will not be adding a kids mea to my order in the future.

I have been a Panera fan since 2008 back when I used to lived in Alameda CA! Back then the quality/freshness & QUANTITY of the food was unbeatable! Today 2022 am so sad and disappointed on how everything is just going downhill! 😞 got a Yp2 with an apple. You can see from the picture that first is a very small apple not like the medium size panera used to served, but is also old and necrotic ☠️! When I got to work and finally excited to eat my salad, I took out from the brown bag the Green Goddess Chicken Salad and OMG!!!!! I couldn’t believe what a I was seeing !! Not even 1 ounce of greens was in this salad. I pay $7.20 for a maybe maybeeee $3 dollar worth of salad! It was More plastic than food! Just look at the picture! This is stealing from customers ! Soooo sad 😔! Can’t go back to return the items but I do want my money back Panera !

The food is great. The service is the best. Stuff are already kind and quick to help. Love it.

I'm not going to get into the details, but suffice it to say that the employees (including one who purported to be the manager - although I doubt it) were the most rude I've ever encountered - ever! I guess this was a prime example of a tight labor market and employers not having much of a choice in their hiring decisions.

I'm regularly ordering you pick 2's as a college student and haven't had any complaints until today. I ordered 45 minutes ahead of time so I could grab dinner on my way home. I ordered a broccoli cheddar bread bowl and mac and cheese. My favorite part is the bread bowl because I eat both the soup and mac and cheese with it. I was extremely disappointed today when I picked up my food and there was no bread bowl. They offered extra bread as a substitute but two tiny baguettes are not equivalent to a bread bowl. Also disappointed that they didn't hold the bread as I ordered well in advance or would've preferred to just get the $3 back. I don't eat out often because it's expensive for me and unfortunately this turns me away from Panera.

Racist staff. The manager called the police on three patrons to have them removed from the store without valid cause. All three of them were black (potentially homeless). They had ordered from the store, but management complained they were there too long. There were several other customers deeply embedded and working without nothing more than a drink cup for purchase. One gentleman, who was white, had papers piled high across a 4-person table like a tax accountant during peak tax season. Tampa PD sent four officers (its Hyde Park) to ensure these people left. The officer didn’t even have a good reason to ask them to leave. The officer was unclear and said they were the middle man. There is no posted policy limiting hours spent on the premises after purchase. Do not support this place! NEVER EAT HERE!

I just ordered lunch here and had it delivered, and I am not very happy with how my sandwich showed up. I asked for extra sauce because they usually only put on a little bit, and the employee totally went overboard. They covered the entire sandwich on both sides, and it was leaking out the sides. To top it off, the bread was all mushy, and they left off the lettuce. It is extremely frustrating when you pay over $20 for a half and sandwich and half a salad, and this is how it shows up.

Being French, I have my high standard habits... I am so happy with this business. Believe me, best restaurant to go to in Tampa Bay for the food quality, service, interior design set-up relative to price! Let me add you're not freezing and the music is not too loud. I have been to other Panera Bread restaurants, this is the 5 star location at just every level, it's so well managed, kudos to those who make this happen for years and every single day! The food is really high quality and yet the prices are surprisingly very competitive, they offer you to customize your orders by removing or adding items ((ex: more tomatoes, add cilantro, etc...) for no charge, the menu is delicious (I've tasted everything) and the service is absolutely consistently impeccable for the hundred of times I have dined there. I couldn't rave enough about the staff, everyone is very welcoming and kind to all customers, it's so nice to see, there's an amazing sense of community created by the staff and the so many regular customers (because, yes, I guess I am not the only fan of this place!). I would start giving out the name of the staff but I would be worried I would miss someone amazing that makes your day there! The only hiccup for me is that it's the only restaurant I know in town still offering the plastic straws. I have emailed and left voice mails to Panera Bread Franchise Head Office many times over the last few months but they never replied. Unfortunately, I guess they don't care about our marine life around here. Don't get your salad to go at the supermarket! Their app is so easy to use with your favorites and pick-it up (the parking is quick and easy)! For a very similar price, you'll get so much more value, it's not even comparable. They also offer a $12.89 including tax monthly membership with unlimited coffee, tea and other drinks. I step-in at Panera Bread SoHo and always smile because I know it's a smooth & pleasant experience all the way, it's all about the customer here! Thank you all.

This time I did not gave them 5 Star because I ordered chicken wild rice soup and they gave me chicken noodle soup. The girl who took the order make the mistake and I was already home and I wasn't going to go back. But it was not what I wanted.

Although they say they’re hiring, they seem fully staffed and operating well. Everyone seemed friendly enough and in this economy it’s nice to have the sipclub membership complimentary through Amex so if your guilty pleasure is going out for coffee and drinks you should definitely look into the benefits of your credit card’s bonus offers because it’s nice to grab a drink and not worry about money or feel guilty about treating yourself. I love to support local and prefer organic coffee but if you travel for work they have them just about everywhere

Ordered food total came out to $40 for two sandwiches. Got home with my order found out one of the sandwiches wasn’t even in my order. Just wasted my money and the other other sandwhich had stale bread. I got robbed and this Panera sucks. Choose a different place to eat.

This was the worst panera experience I've ever had and we are regular panera diners. My pickup order was just dumped in the bag, one of the warm bowls was completely upside down and another was sideways. All of the ingredients were stuck to the lid and smeared around. When I pointed out out and asked for it to be corrected I was told no there was nothing they could do about it. I will never return to this location.

I am in a panera most days traveling. This is my local and least favorite by far. A clean men's bathroom is a anomaly . Hot coffee, very rare. Dirty tables, trash on floor. Regularly wipe my own table and sit space. These things are not hard to fix. If only someone wanted to fix them.

It's like a sandwich factory with the kiosks etc., and my sandwich was great. But do not use the bathrooms they were horrifying.

Okay, I have a problem, if you are selling a avocado chicken sandwich, and do NOT have advocate, WHY WOULD YOU CHARGE FULL PRICE!! I had to ask for a compensation, the person took a $1.00 off. Last time they gave a cookie. But you have to ask THEM for it! That's nonsense!

Ordered the chipotle chicken pizza. Deliciously Awesome!

Have not eaten at a Panera bread in at least 6 years. A friend said the chicken sandwich was good, he's a healthy eater only so I was very surprised he had eaten here a couple times. I went and had the buffalo chicken sandwich, was really good, I'll certainly go again at some point.

Awful customer service. They argued with me over a free brownie that I had a coupon for! Absolutely ridiculous. I asked for them to just honor the coupon since it wasn’t working in their system and the girl PAIGE told me NO! She said “we have to ring up every item”. Ok then get a manger to override it? What the in the world.. it’s just a flipping brownie. I will never go back. I spent about 35$ on food. The customer service is incompetent and their rewards program is a JOKE.

This Panera location is great overall but I have an issue with the sesame bagels. Lately, I’ve noticed someone is just taking plain cooked bagels and using some binding agent to “glue” on the sesame seeds. They immediately fall off once you touch the bagel. This is extremely annoying and I feel misled and tricked. I’ve had authentic sesame bagels from here before and they’re amazing so why are workers using this shortcut to mislead customers? I feel very passionate about my morning sesame bagel and will start ordering from a different location if this persists. Aside from this, the SoHo location is clean and overall well maintained. The workers always pay attention to my order notes and I feel it’s good value for the price but please address this bagel situation.

Probably the worst Panera I’ve ever visited.Waited 15 minutes for them to toast two bagels that don’t even look like Panera bagels. Asked for a “vanilla iced coffee with almond milk” and was told I could look at the board of specialty coffees, to which I replied “I really just want a vanilla iced coffee with almond milk” and my cashier goes “okay so how about like a iced caramel latte with almond milk?” To avoid anymore confusion I said sure, got the coffee and there’s a half inch of caramel at the bottom and a big dollop of whipped cream on top. Couldn't even complain because I couldn’t keep myself in there any longer. I’m a fan of Panera but will never go back to this one.

This sandwich is horrible. and it does not taste like tuna. I want my money back. I want to post a Pic of what they sent me. OMG

Roomy. Bright inside. Great patio area. Downer: Obnoxious advertising is plastered on every table and all around the restaurant.

Love this place . Tough parking. Join drink club . So worth it. Drinks are around 3.oo after tax . So 10.99 a month is worth it . Plus you get a free drink every 2 hours !!!!and specials.

Placed an order for pick-up. Received notification that my order was ready. Went to store to find my order was not ready. Spoke to three different people, the last person, Paige, told me she was the manager of the store. I don't know what the qualifications are to be a Panera manager but clearly they don't include having an education or training on customer service. She is rude, unprofessional and clearly uneducated.

Worst one I've ever been to and I've been to hundreds. The ceiling was covered in dust and mold. I was coughing inside. Asked 5he server for the order depicted in the billboard which was a heavenly looking bagel spread with maple cream cheese and I got a cold bagel with a do it yourself butter. Wifi didn't work either. Overall. Very pleasant.

4 stars after 1st vist. 1 star after second visit. Just like many other Paneras, double check your order before you leave. Missing chips in 1st order today, and two bowls of creamy broccoli instead of chicken noodle on my 2nd visit The staff must be used to it because their response is to just give what you ask for, and say sorry

Another Panera that closed early on me. What's the use of being a Panera member if you can't even go in a location. It was in the afternoon and they had a sign saying they close at 2pm for Saturday on the door...wat...it'd be nice if you would update us online because it said y'all were good into the night

I was disappointed by the lack of service during my last visit, and the general apathy towards the customers. We were told to use the ordering kiosks ( even though others just walked in and got personal attention). The kiosk software often left us unable to find the options that we needed and I had to go and get someone to assist us each time. It failed to ask us for our Panera card number, or offer us special discounts. This will definately put me off going there in the future. I was also unimpressed by the young guy asleep in a 4 person booth the whole time we were there.

Amazing experience, absolutely lived up to the Panera Bread standard. Food was delicious and the wait was not too long. Prices are typical and the location was clean. Staff were helpful and friendly, I absolutely recommend this location and if I'm in the area, I'll definitely return.
