    Such rude ladies at nite. Had to yell back for service then got the cold shoulder. Eye rolling and chai that’s 95% milk! Had to clean my own table no less. We were asked to leave 20 minutes before posted closing time. I’m supposing to clean the lobby but it is posted open until 8. We didn’t argue we just left. I’m can’t imagine it’s fun to work at DD they didn’t seem very happy…

    Management is trash. Amy does not care about her staff or how they feel. Same with Calvin. They like to threaten their employees about cutting hours and play favoritism with people. They have 0 patience and talk so disrespectful. Absolute trash people.

    I was the only customer at the counter this morning and was unceremoniously passed to three different cashiers as they argued among each other over who had to help me. The customer service is shockingly bad and it seemed like there was only one person in the whole store who actually knew how to use the register. There’s definitely nothing special about this place anymore. Next time I need donuts it’ll be Krispy Kreme.

    Rudest staff and manager encourages the behavior . Quit making excuses or just close the front door. Apparently businesses are short staffed they'll hire ANYONE You can normally catch the manager outside smoking in her car.

    Would give 0 stars if I could. We stood in line for 20 minutes. There was only one person in front of us. We ended up leaving because we stood there for so long without being served. Even the person in front of us ended up leaving. Will not be returning to this location again.

    So glad I paid $5.78 for 2 slivers of bacon when I ordered 2 orders of snackin bacon. I received legit bacon that would go on a sandwich. Not the seasoned crisp bacon pieces.

    The donuts were so dry and chewy they tasted like they were from yesterday. There was a off putting taste to the donut like the donuts were made by amateurs. I don't like stale tasting donuts. I wish I would have read the reviews first. A waste of $13. The guy at the register was very helpful though getting me through what favor donuts they had left. That's not enough unfortunately. I'm never returning to this location. They put a bad impression on the Dunkin Franchise.

    Great coffee, all our choices came out with super yummy flavor. I loved the pumpkin chai latte, so sweet and creamy. They have a nice little menu now. With all sorts of options for breakfast. Sandwiches, wraps, bagels, croissants, and of course donuts. We opted for the avocado toast, and bagels at 2 for 4$. I loved the flavor of the everything bagel, just a tad chewy. But lots of cream cheese which was nice. Made sure to tip the staff, glad we stopped this morning.

    The young lady Naeleah that took our order was nice and professional. However, we were skipped in the line after we had ordered and they served 2 people before ours was ever done. We asked to speak to the manager and she was quite rude. Our order was never fulfilled and it wasn't to hard to make. I have a peach refresher and my husband had a butter pecan iced coffee. NOT THAT DIFFICULT TO MAKE! THEY ALL NEED TO BE RETRAINED!

    This dunkin donuts is a joke!! They lie about what they have so the employee does not want to make it. Picked up two doordash at this place and the skinny dark skinned black girl said they ran out of product to avoid making the sandwiches. That were so hard to make in the 1st place! But I was staring right at the bakers shelf to see they had a ample amount of the product but she just refused to make it. I canceled my door dash and kept on moving. I can't take a place serious if their employees cant take their jobs serious. If your doing DoorDash don't pick up from this store they will waste ur much needed time! Because time is money!!!! And judging from what the last review said about the manager yea I am not wasting my breath on some fools that don't take their job serious!! Point blank period! Y'all can do better!!

    This place is trash; 90% of the time they won’t have one of the ingredients of whatever you order. Woof. I actually drove away once because the girls taking my order started making fun of me, that was super nice of them.

    Sunday Staff Are Forsure On The Spectrum; Aug 27 2023 30+ Minutes to not have made anything preped after placing a mobile order for just (2) drinks; went up to remind them after 25 minutes since they had a few people in line who's stuff wasn't made for 10+ minutes Both drinks were made wrong; I don't understand how some of these employees don't know what a Cold Brew Cold Foam outside of their first day if they even care about making things correctly. Honestly, buncha bums, the empty cups with my name & mobile order were sitting on the counter for 20 minutes since I could see them from where I was sitting I understand it's lower class / young people who don't care to much, but train the employees better to actually make things correctly and in a timely fashion (atleast for this Sunday Crew since they are extremely slow physically & assumingly Mentally) Left the non-made correctly drinks on the table since it's the principle; trashy Dunkin Location

    I love this Dunkin they are very respectful especially when you do your job and don’t have attitude with everyone.Amy is the best manger and Calvin is also amazing especially if you come to work everyday and on time.

    I placed my order 15 minutes in advance and by the time I got there the drive-through line was backed out to the street and when I went inside, they didn’t even know what my order was. They didn’t have any of the ingredients and they weren’t able to give me a refund.

    I know it was in the evening when I was going to Dunkin’ Donuts. 🤦🏾‍♀️🙄🤦🏾‍♀️🙄 BUT Are we only supposed to go for coffee? 🤷🏽‍♀️ The dining room is decorated nicely. There was 1 car in the drive-through, 1 couple inside the store. I think there were only 2 employees (and that’s why nobody could greet me and didn’t even know I walked in until I was on my way out. 🤷🏽‍♀️🤔) And almost one donut 🍩 I guess I didn’t need to eat my feelings after all. Thanks for looking out.

    As a home health nurse I'm out and about all day and get to go to different dunkin locations. This one was great. My coffee was perfect and the staff was great. Well definitely come back when I'm in the area.

    The black lady with the blonde ponytail should not be in the driver thru. She doesn't greet customers, smile, say the cost, or respond back to you when you say hello, good morning, and thank you. Very bad energy. She just looks at you. She needs to be in the back. Not a good look for the company

    I was getting ready to place a nice size order before the service lady with this wrap around her head and in her face decide to be rude. I'm ordering six muffins, she tries to squeeze four muffins in his little box. I had to stop her from damaging product. No I know Dunkin' donuts is a big corporation and also I know that they have muffin carriers. Why try to squeeze four muffins in a munchkin box when I am getting 6.

    Customer service is hit or miss. You can feel the tension at the window and that it seems like they aren't happy or just don't want to be there. I am constantly getting to much sugar added even though I only ask for 1 sugar. Other times on a good note, common courtesy and smiling faces when I am greeted makes my whole day begin and stay on track. I was still speaking with the window teller today and whilst I was in mid sentence the window was slammed in my face. They must of been having a bad day. Don't we all though. !#$^

    Great attitudes! I love coming to this Dunkin when my daughter is at the children’s hospital. I’ve been to this location a lot this summer. Our drinks are always so good, and the employees I’ve been greeted by in the drive-thru act like they enjoy their jobs. I leave there with a positive attitude. This store is doing things right!

    Visited location craving ice cream got double scoops cookie creme an strawberry well BOTH FREZZER brunt then I bit into glazed donuts an it was stale I'm very disappointed

    The staff are very polite and professional. They know their jobs and have been trained well. This was one of the best lattes I have had in a while and my passenger ordered one donut. She took a bite. It was so fresh, she ordered another before we left the drive thru. I gave the cashier a nice tip! Good job to the staff working at the Dunkin on Hillsborough Avenue and Habana Avenue around 12 noon!👍🤗

    The donuts were good and I'm sure if I wasn't here in the evening they'd have been fresher. One note, two employees were talking and I know they couldn't see me waiting at the counter but they were cussing and saying that one of the products that came in had something wrong with it. I thought about leaving until they mentioned what it was. Still, it didn't give me the greatest confidence to purchase here. 99% of the time I go through the drive-thru but this was the exception.

    So decided to try something new on the menu I ordered A cheese melt add ham, but I what I got was a frozen sandwich with consisted of two frozen egg look alike, Luke warm ham, and cheese, which was still frozen, The worst part is that I had to wait 5 minutes because no one was at front counter to try to get a refund smh

    Horrible customer service. Went through the drive-thru the morning of 2/26. I had wait about 5 min before I was able to place an order. After having to repeat my order three times, the employee repeated it back to me with attitude and a mocking tone. Dunkin locations CAN be good, but their food quality is inconsistent and the customer service is never on par with starbucks.

    I always order from Dunkin but this experience was not pleasant. I ordered a raspberry sweet tea and as I’m drinking it I see a fly in the drink through the clear lid.. I wish I would’ve posted the picture before dumping the tea out.. I called the restaurant and the supervisor Jenny sounded as if she had no care at all even after I told her I had been vomiting from the drink then asked me how would I like to resolve it which is what I should have been asking her and she told me she made the tea and closed it immediately as if she was insinuating that I was lying about having a fly in my drink.. then was advised that I have to go through DoorDash for the refund which the issue was escalated and I will have a follow up in 24 hours.. at this point I don’t even want the refund and I hope no one else orders from this location

    Drive Thru moved somewhat slow. Coffee Orders are generally quicker than any to-go food orders. Giving this place 5 Stars only because of Breanna! She is a hard worker and gives excellent customer service with a smile early in the morning, Thank you!!

    Photo kind of speaks for itself…this was supposed to be the sourdough breakfast sandwich which looked toasty and yummy on the menu. Guess they were too busy to toast the bread? It was dry and yucky.
