The chef who warmed up my everything bagel was Chef Mike… as in microwave. It was not crispy at all; more like rubbery. How can anyone screw up on a bagel? Panera found a way how. Tea and smoothie are drinkable which is why 2 stars are provided. Bring back Einstein Bagels!

Though am I am fan of the Panera menu, this location is abhorrent. It has awful customer service (they can never answer questions about the menu and are overall unhelpful), and they never fail to ruin my order (i.e. burn it, cross contaminate it with another menu item, or seemingly serve it past its expiration date). Tonight, there was a fly in my son’s (to go) salad. I literally can’t even imagine how that would happen. This place is run by teenagers and needs a real grown up to step in. I really hope it shuts down soon. Tonight was definitely my last night spending money there.

Ordered from the kios and waited about 15 minutes to find out they were out of the soufflé and had to get something else. Waited another 20 minutes to get my food

I love Panera and after moving near USF this was the closest one to me. I’m a Panera regular so I go here frequently... and after a few months of coming here multiple times a week, this is the absolute worst Panera I’ve ever been to. They mess my order up at least once a week, they are consistently out of food items, the bakery items are stale, and the customer service is horrible! The only people that are considerate and actually seem like they know what they are doing are the managers and shift leaders. This location is ruining Panera for people!

I ordered through the app, which was easy. Unfortunately everyone discovered that hidden gem method, and the kitchen is overwhelmed by mobile rather than in person orders. My order was at least 10 minutes late, so order well in advance. Food was great, smoothie was great. Otherwise no complaints.

The place is inside the Marshall Student Center. Staff members are very friendly (especially the senior ones). The place gets super packed at peak hours. There is plenty of room for the coffee taste to improve.

Love French Onion Soup! And I just learned they have a coffee program where you pay like $10 per month for free refills on hot or cold coffee!!! I will definitely be looking into this!

I came to the Panera at USF and they were extremely friendly and welcoming. I was sick and they made sure that I got my hot tea and told me to feel better. They were attentive to their customers and did it with a smile on their face. These employees at this particular Panera is unlike any other. I would know, I’ve worked at other Panera’s in the Tampa area and I have not experienced or witnessed the kind of customer service I’ve received today.

The Panera bread at the MSC at USF is where it’s at. Tania, one of the employees, never fails to cheer me up and ask me about my day. Tania is essentially the light within Panera bread, as I can’t imagine myself coming to eat as often if she weren’t there. Best service, even better personality!

Very discrimination of this place for employment... Very bias.. the hiring manager should not be there.. the young lady who interviewed me... 👎came in again on 7/14/23 for another shot at the dishwasher position and the interviewer didn't even come out to interview me and had me waiting... I'll say this place is poorly management and etc... The place is properly organized... I wasn't applying for this company ever again due to how I was treat both times for a interview.. I wasn't recommended no one else to work here

This is in the student union of USF. They did a great job. They had great customer service from the person ringing us up to those that delivered the food to us with a smile. You can even use your Panera bread phone number to get rewards at this place. I had a chai tea latte with almond milk and an extra pump of chai and a sausage, egg and cheese sandwich on an asiago bagel. Both were very delicious.

Just go to a different Panera. It will save you time. Customer service is terrible, the staff is either rude or can barely understand English.
