The worst not even waste your time on going here, my kid was scheduled to do a physical exam and she wasn’t even sick, this place requesting to wear a mask is ridiculous! Mask mandates have been lifted!!! She was not seen due to the fact she wasn’t wearing one and I was not going to make her one, you can barely breath on those things! Oh but they sure make business of selling those mask on the front desk when they can’t even offer those to their patients. Way to go! Definitely going somewhere else not only they make me waste my time but they aren’t very knowledgeable people since they still wearing something on their face that doesn’t prevent you from getting sick and we all know that!

I would give it 5 stars if it was just the pediatrician Hanna, the nurse and the receptionist. But my criticism is not focused on them but on the owner or leader of that place who is an extremely rude person and very unempathetic. The way she addresses the minors is quite rude, she believes she is working for a cemetery or some nursing home where there is hardly any noise or movement. Unfortunately she is misplaced about the place she is providing services to! It is a pediatrician where all types of children go from very functional and adapted children to children with some impediments. Sometimes we have a bad day and you just hope to find someone who reminds you that it's not just you who deal with children and that we must continue fighting for them. If it were for his attitude he would never return.

I have never once seen an actual doctor here. The medical assistant was unable to take vitals. She apparently thinks a heart rate and a pulse are 2 different things. The decor and waiting room toys are dirty and are from the early 90's and they billed my insurance incorrectly (scam) its very 3rd world and should be shut down.

I do not take the health care of my children lightly. I will tell you that my kids have been going to this office since 2011. I mention that only to help show you the level of trust that I have in the staff at this office. From the moment we walk through the door we are met with professional, smiling faces from EVERYONE! If I could give a 10 star rating...I would! Thanks for always being there for my family. #ilovethekidsdoctor

My family has been with The Kids Doctor since our first son was born 14 years ago. Since then we added our beautiful twins girls to their care. Whether it was Dr. Samter or now Dr Jarvis, who is such a wonderful addition to their medical team or awesome Nurse Practitioner Hanan our children have always received their utmost attention and expertise. I have always found them warm, knowledgeable and loving in their care no matter if it was an ear ache, simple rash or when our son was quickly diagnosed and hospitalized for what could have been a potential disaster, all the providers and staff were very quick thinking and swift to ensure he was treated and able to be released in a couple of days instead of what could have been months of painful episodes and long lasting effects. Nearly all of the staff have been there the entire time we have and know our kids and US by name and treat us like extended family! I highly recommend this office. No office is perfect but they Darn near come close and our family and our friends & relatives will continue with The Kids Doctor until our children age out! Keep up the great works!

I have held on to high hopes for this place due to not wanting to keep changing pediatricians and saving the stress of new places. Unfortunately the wait time is terrible. I am understanding if they are busy but there have been times its not busy and I still find myself waiting hours with my kids losing patience. I would recommend to try and speed up the wait times for the sake of the children and sick children at that. I know this place can do better if they try. They do seem to be friendly in my experience.

Don't know how this place is still running! aweful service and this has been for YEARS. my kids have NEVER seen a DOCTOR and the times i have had to make a visit a peek in the eyes amd a belly rub was all that was done ! awful!! drove an hour to Tampa for an 8am appointment in 39 degrees with 4 kids being 1.twins 3, and 8 year old for them to tell me i would not be seen because i didn't have a mask. and although THEY REQUIRE mask they had not one in the office to provide to their patients !! Place is FILTHY and though you have an appointment the visits are always 2+ hours!! i have changed offices for sure

Thank you Kid's Doctor for helping diagnosis my granddaughter's condition. The Dr. and Staff are extremely kind, thorough, and professional. Michelle was so helpful explaining my insurance concerns. We have had little to no wait time for our visits. I highly recommend this office.

Can't find a good review in almost a year. - EDIT - I want to give credit to this office. Originally, I had a pretty harsh a one star mainly for issues I had with their operations almost 2-3 years ago. I’ve started coming back and it really has turned around, at least in my eyes. The doctors have always been nice but it’s definitely been a much smoother process for my son and his needs since I’ve come back. I definitely recommend this location!

Dr Lorraine is the best!!! I love how I can do a walk-in instead of waiting for urgent care to open. Went in yesterday with all three of my girl’s. Even tho my oldest wasn’t feeling so well & screaming she calmly checked her out & my other girls. Gave my oldest some medicine did a test & she started feeling better.

I love this office own I have been going there since I had my first son who is now 10 and now with our newest addition. They are kind and understanding, they always find a way to see me my kids if I need a walk in and the waiting is always reasonable. I know they have you wearing mask and it’s fine with me. Every office makes their own rules. There are plenty of places that they still make you wear them from hospitals to laboratory offices like quest. People seem to forget that not only covid is in the air. Rsv season is here too !!! And what could be a cold for you might be rsv for my baby. I love this office and how they listen to my concerns. I wouldn’t change them for nothing. Beyond grateful for each and everyone of them.

I've been bringing my kids here since 2020 and have been really grateful for this office. The front office, the MA, and NP Hanan Harb have been great. They are attentive, organized, patient, quick to respond, and thorough with my kids' health needs & referrals. The only negative experiences I have had were after Dr. Mitchell moved away and I ended up with providers that were NOT NP Harb, so I just make sure to request her each time!

Insurance selected this place and doctor and I'm happy. I've taken my daughter here for various types of appointments and have been very pleased. My daughter would be uncooperative with previous assistants and doctors but has been happy and cooperative here. I've been happy with ease of getting in for appointments and all the rest of the care that we've needed.

They are great with my son he is 6 weeks They are profesional effective and always available especially with last minute emergencies Updating to 5 years later of excellent services not only am I blessed to have them always there they have a new doctor in the office who is AMAZING I always had a great experience with them from speaking to someone on the phone to speaking to someone in person to checking his highly and weight to the nurses and doctors but today Mrs DR ELSI DÁVILA TORRES went above and beyond , she not only did my sons physical same day but she addressed my sons asthma first hand getting him ready for school , you not only have a great system of support here but also great amazing people who are dedicated doctors for our kids . I will continue to come back , we have been here since my son is 2 weeks and now he is 5 going into kindergarten. Thank you Kids Doctor for the amazing staff and experience you continue to provide not only to my son but to myself . Gracias Doctor eres amazing

I started taking my kids to this office over a year back when I moved to the area. I have 4 kids close in age, and the staff is always patient and kind for each and every visit. The office does a great job of following up and conducting appointment reminders. The medical assistants are all great and always make my kids and I feel welcomed. Dr Elsie and the ARNP pay attention to every detail of my kids health and I am grateful for them!

This is a good office totally recommend this. Staff are nice and patient.The owners are absolutely amazing. 10

I have been taking my son for 16 years, different pediatricians have been there, but the treatment has always been the same. I recommend it.
