The stick Doctor and the staff of irresponsible cockatoos, I do not recommend it. All that matters to that ranger is $$$$ and his preference for Medicare Patients is too obvious. Especially with the CarePlus ones. A few acquaintances have also been Rangel's patients, one in the first consultation with an appointment was left waiting for hours in the waiting room and for this reason he decided to look for another primary doctor. And the other is still his patient out of convenience but he is not very happy either, since in recent years he has been treated by other doctors other than Dr. Rangel and he is also looking for another doctor. A neighbor and her relatives have also had unpleasant situations, hostile treatment by the staff. Especially Rosa and the front desk assistants. Later I explain my experience with them, my personal opinion and the reason for my comment.

If you want to be treated like a number and let them take money to do nothing, come here. If you want to wait to see someone 3+ hours after your appointment, come here. But if you want competent service, find someone else in your plan. I had a new patient appointment at 11:00 and didn't even see a doctor until after 230. I had asked for a work release, which I'm a cashier, and was given the run around. Then, the doctor hand wrote a note. When I asked her to fill out the sheet work gave me, She refused to my face and said it wasn't a priority. When I was at work, they wouldn't accept it. I called the office and just asked them to fill it out, and the lady on the phone also told me I wasn't a priority. So I waited and checked in the afternoon. Was told to come in and answer a question. When I got there, the nurse smiled and told me "oh sorry the doctor left right after we called you" Like it was some game. When I went back, I was then told I was not supposed to drive, which made no sense, and made to sign something that said that. When i asked how i was supposed to get home since i live alone and drove myself, I was told it wasn't his problem. As much as i don't want to think this, it seems like if your not Spanish, they don't treat you well. Go some where else.

It is a shame that this group of brilliant medical professionals is represented by such a disorganized and lazy front desk team. It is not fair to these doctors or the patients who need them.

If you take medication every month as I do for a certain condition forget it the doctor will take eternity to authorize the refill meanwhile you can die. I'm already on day 4 the pharmacy is waiting on authorization from the doctor to ok my medication.The pharmacy let me know how they sent over a few notices through fax. i also called day in and day out worried about my medication! Meanwhile I am spreading something that is very contagious and uncomfortable but everytime I call the one who picks up the phone sounds clueless??? The girl at the front desk kept saying the doctor already sent the prescription....WELL NO SHYTE!!! WE KNOW THAT! Thats not what I was trying to tell her try and listen before cutting people off then maybe you would have knowledge about whats going on! My first appointment was on Saturday at 11:00am. I had to be there at 10:30 am because I am new patient and have to file paper work. When I got there at 10:30am they told me doctor was running late. Doctor didn't come til like 12:00pm I left out of there at almost 2 pm with three kids under the age of 9. All the honest truth. I would NOT recommend his place! RUN

Worst place ever, almost killed my father with wrong medicine. After looking around they have fame on giving medicine that contradicts with others medicines. Their general medicine knowledge is not even worth to be attended for a seasonal flu. All they care is come by so i can charge the insurance and do nothing to help. Also the attitude of the office and Doctor itself is very unprofessional to say the least. If there was a no star i would do that. Also the massive amount of TV commercials they flooding the media with, is because how many people don't come back to them. Now they saying on tv they accept all of the Puerto Rico refugees, of course no-one that lives in Tampa wants to go to you any more. if any refugee read this please stay away from Rangel too.

I wish I could take stars away! This is by far the worst bunch of "professionals" i have ever worked with. I have scheduled appointments and waited up to an hour to be seen, they never have any documents I request ready, sometimes they're computer work and sometimes it doesn't,when it doesn't I have to leave and reschedule bc they can't verify my insurance even though I've been a patient over two years.... I have had over four cancled appointments....none of which where at my request,all because they aren't prepared for me. I have had a doctor cancle my scheduled appointment. Today was the last straw I'm done with them and I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone who values their time,money and who wants honest wholesome medical advice!

The bigger they get the worst customer service gets! Been on hold for 20min just to make an appointment. Called the Tampa office (813) number only to get someone in Miami who answers the phone to make the appointment. You'd think if they hired a company in Miami to answer the calls and make appointments they'd answer the phone more frequently. I've made a 8am appointment to not even see a doctor till 10am 2hrs. When I complained they said your appointment was at 9am not 8am. You'd think they would have at least have said Mrs. Rojas you know your early right. Miami answering service made the appointment they even called to confirm my 8am appointment the day before so I know my appt. was 8am. Left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing. Worst service ever for start to finish.

If I could give zero stars I would. Called the # on my insurance website for a podiatrist, told the person who answered the phone that I was calling to schedule WITH THE PODIATRIST. Assured it'd be no problem. Show up, and everyone is talking to each other in Spanish, I am getting looked at weirdly because I'm not speaking Spanish. They finally hand me my paperwork and I get triaged. They misspelled my name (even though they had the license) and it took four tries to get it fixed... I then get told to go wait in an employee breakroom and "the doctor should be with me shortly". So I'm standing there in a room that smells like stank ass cigarettes for 15 minutes before some lady finally pulls me into yet another office to talk to me. We chat briefly about why I'm there, and I then get a referral to a podiatrist... I ask about it and get told that they are a primary care. I then get a referral from up front TO THE PODIATRIST WHO I CALLED ORIGINALLY!! Girl up front was like "oh yeah, she hasn't seen patients here in years." I'm now reaching out to my insurance company, because to me this feels very much like a shell game and possible fraudulent billing. Stay away from these shysters... go elsewhere

Giving one star because I have to, if not I would give 0 stars. DONT GO HERE! This place is a JOKE! Literally unprofessional, the staff is a joke. Time wasted. Waited over an hour to be seen & then have my concerns not even listened to

Very very slow to be attended. My wife came in today for her regular check up and 2 hours later still hasn't been looked at by the doctor. Ridiculous. Definitely going to change her primary doctor after today.

I am suing this people, they didn’t give proper care to my grandmother and she died in less then 3 months because of this clinic, all her symptoms they always would have told her it was due to her age 80, they will tell her it’s normal to have pain and other things with that age, they will only inject her the popular injections they commercial themselves all the time to get the pain away without looking into whats really causing the issue or order tests to make sure everything was ok with her. Until she went to Tampa General hospital the hospital was the one to take proper care and diagnosed her with stage 4 cancer, she died with no treatment options cause it was too late, she died in less then 3 months because of this clinic!!! Don’t ever go here please!!!!!! She used to see Dr Gonzalez and Dr Rangel.

I do not recommend it, I explain why: Worldwide I have heard qualified doctors say that Hypertension is susceptible to manifesting its worst forms if you contract Covid, by virtue of this since I am hypertensive and have had major cardiovascular events in the past. , I feel fear and I went to my primary doctor (Dr. Arias) to express it and request that she refer me to acquire the vaccine, her response was a resounding NO, claiming that I am not at risk and that she had never heard such a statement, that I should take her proof of that statement, the next day I took him the information available on the Internet and his response was NO "if it doesn't say what the CDC says, I won't refer you" leaving me with my fear and casting doubt on the statement of specialists worldwide.

They need to shut this place down Unprofessional staff don’t even get me started on the doctors. No one answers the phone.. Takes me multiple calls to get someone on the phone, lady’s in the front desk should be working at Macdonalds that’s all they are good for. If I go to a doctor I expect a high lever of professionalism and curtesy, never waisting my time again.

THE CALLED DOCTOR ACEVEDO WHO IS BETTER AS A VETERINARY IS ONE OF THE MOST BAD THINGS I'VE EVER SEEN IN MY LIFE ABUSE AND BAD CARE I DO NOT RECOMMEND HIM I WAS CALLING HIM FOR 3 DAYS TO ORDER ME A MEDICATION AND HE NEVER ORDERED IT
