I
arrived
at
opening
time
and
was
the
second
person
in
line.
The
receptionists
were
very
friendly
and
my
intake
was
very
quick.
From
there,
my
visit
went
down
hill.
I
came
to
the
center
expecting
that
the
doctor
may
not
be
able
“fix”
my
medical
issue,
but
with
hope
they
could
offer
some
information
and
a
referral
to
get
in
to
see
a
specialist
quicker
than
I
could
get
an
appointment
on
my
own.
Dr.
Sanson
asked
what
my
medical
issue
was.
Being
a
long-term
problem
that
has
suddenly
gotten
worse
and
intolerable,
I
stated
when
the
problem
started
and
tried
to
say
that
I
had
visited
another
doctor
in
the
past
and
that
doctor
wanted
me
to
just
wait
to
see
if
my
problem
improved
over
time.
Before
I
could
finish
my
sentence,
she
cut
me
off
and
told
me
that
gynecology
is
not
her
specialty
and
she
won’t
be
able
to
help
me,
but
she
told
me
what
she
could
do
that
day—bloodwork
that
might
tell
her
something.
That
sounded
reasonable
to
me.
She
then
started
going
through
a
list
of
things
that
another
doctor
may
do
when
she
referred
me
to
one.
I
tried
to
interject
that
was
what
I
was
expecting
from
my
previous
doctor,
but
that
doctor
was
fixated
on
not
using
any
of
the
medications
which
Dr.
Sanson
mentioned
may
help
because
I
had
high
blood
pressure
at
the
time
of
that
visit.
I
tried
to
explain
that
I
had
gone
off
of
my
blood
pressure
medication
that
week
per
another
doctor’s
request
before
a
procedure.
She
cut
me
off
saying
the
past
is
over
and
to
move
on
and
get
over
it
because
she
has
patients
stacking
up
out
there.
She
asked
if
I
had
had
any
other
tests
with
that
other
doctor.
I
gave
her
the
results
of
some
ultrasounds.
While
looking
at
the
test
results
I
brought,
she
very
nastily
said
she
isn’t
going
to
listen
to
what
happened
in
the
past
and
to
move
on
and
get
over
it.
She
repeated
what
she
was
going
to
do
with
blood
work
and
I
said
that
I
had
had
blood
work
recently
with
my
primary
care
doctor.
Her
response
was
that
it
didn’t
work
out
with
the
original
doctor
and
that
I
just
needed
to
get
over
it
and
start
over
with
another
doctor.
It’s
not
what
she
was
saying,
but
her
nasty
tone
and
visible
agitation
that
was
so
disturbing.
After
she
left,
I
asked
the
nurse
if
she
is
always
like
that
and
she
said
yes,
she’s
VERY
direct.
I
said
I
don’t
mind
direct.
That
was
rude.
The
nurse
must
have
spoken
to
her,
so
she
apologized
twice
before
I
left,
but
her
apology
was
that
she
is
sorry
that
she
came
off
as
rude,
but
she
told
me
four
times
(incorrect)
to
just
get
over
the
past
and
get
a
new
doctor--the
past
is
the
past.
To
sum
it
up,
I
was
impressed
with
the
friendliness
of
the
receptionists
and
that
they
could
do
blood
work
so
quickly
in
house.
I
am
supposed
to
get
the
referral
next
week,
so
I
hope
that
works
out.
I
would
not
return
to
this
urgent
care
center
again
if
my
insurance
didn’t
have
a
zero
copay
with
them.
I
would
also
only
go
for
a
minor
injury
or
severe
cold,
flu,
or
other
symptoms.
