Awful!! Was told I needed a referral for a visit. Okay fine, no problem. Make an appointment and get a referral from my primary care doctor. The soonest they had an appointment available was three months out. Whatever I’ll take it. Go to first appointment and everything is great. They make me another appointment for the following week. Great! I show up and check in. 45 minutes after my appointment time I get called up and am told I need a referral. I have a referral as I needed one to make the appointment and it was fine the previous week. Ask me who my doctor is. I let them know as the doctor is part of their company at a different location. They tell me he is no longer with them and no body dropped his files into the system. That’s my problem how? They ask me if I really need the appointment that day? Really???? No I just made it so I could waste 45 minutes taking a breather from my life and enjoying their soul sucking waiting room. Yes I needed the appointment. That’s why it was made wasn’t it? They inform I will need to see a doctor to get a referral. I have a referral, you guys lost it! They ask if I’m interested in coming back? Are you serious? Never ever again!!!!

Worst location of all the Tampa Family Centers I’ve been to. Reception is out of it. I had an appointment and arrived 10 minutes early. They told me I was checked in…. 45 minutes later and I check to see what’s going on. Finally after an hour they get me in and the nurse told me they never put me as arrived. I know doctors offices can get busy so I was trying to be patient but reception was just rude anyway. I’m never going to this location again.

So let me start off by saying im pregnant and a doctor throughout the pregnancy is very important and this place is not it, this place is super horrible. It's very unprofessional, very slow, you can tell there is issues with the coworkers because they blabber about one another in front of patients. It's soo unprofessional when they literally lost my blood work and labs I never received a phone call, they literally waited for my next appointment to draw more blood and to tell me I failed my sugar test. When I was given lab work to go to quest and do my 3 hour sugar test I was also given the WRONG paperwork. It was supposed to be a glucose test for gestational diabetes, and I was given paper work to get tested for regular diabetes, Im soo glad the lady at the quest lab realized what happened. I tried calling the facility to have them fix it and WHAT A SURPRISE nobody answered the phone. So to speed up the process I drove to the facility and asked to speak to a manager. She is just as bad and slow as her staff I came in at 8:30 AM telling her about what happened and told her the severity of me having to be back before 10AM and she said yes its quick. Here it is 10:32AM and Im still waiting on my paper work now I have to reschedule my glucose test yet again for a 3rd time. This place needs new staff and some serious training, Please put in a mix of people who speak English and Spanish to help out patients who don't speak English rather then a staff who doesn't speak spanish and just look at you crazy because they don't understand.

The front desk is rude and admittedly does not know what they’re doing. I waited 3 hours for my appt. As I sat watching 15-18 people that came in an hour after me, go before me, I still maintained a positive attitude. When I was finally called to the back, the MA was rude and not personable at all. After my appointment, I fell pretty hard at the door of the facility and not one person from ARPN to the DR or the MA helped. Just sat and snickered as I sit in pain on the floor. If I could give negative stars if I could. I’ve been in the medical community for almost 20 years and this is the worst place I’ve seen. Be safe and stay away

Always make me wait over an hour. I have things to do besides sit in your waiting room with a bunch of sick sniffling people without masks on. That's why I scheduled the appointment. I really hate this place. It's too bad I'm poor and make less than a living wage and I have to put up with this. Hope it puts a smile on your face, TFHC Staff. I know how much you love seeing us squirm.

The front desk were not mean, but they were extra dry. They need a good rub down with castor oil. You have to be a people person , pleasant , and humble. If not there are other places to clock in and clock out were you can be hidden in the back.

One star is not even worth it. I went with my friend and her dad for their 3:15 PM appointment. We were there in time. Two girls in the front desk just said, " She left for the day." , referring to the person we're supposed to see. No apologies. No explanation. Not considering the fact that my friend's dad lost a day's wage just to make sure they show up to the appointment. Not to mention the travel time and the gas. So unprofessional. So inconsiderate.

I don’t understand all the bad reviews here. I love all the front desk girls, they’re friendly and do their best to help in any way they can. My only complaint is not being able to call them directly. The call center is annoying and doesn’t work half the time.

I'm not living close to this center, but I come here for my daughter's and my doctor visits just because they provide the best service! The front desk people are very patient, polite and hardworking. They do their best to find a solution for people's needs. The doctors are kind and friendly. Thank you to all the staff in this center, God bless you all🙏🏻

This location is HORRILE. they just leave you waiting for hours, and the front desk is always on their phone while people are waiting in line and attend to patients when ever they feel like it. Some times they’ll just have 1 staff at the front desk for a line that has 10 people in it. Ridiculous.

The dental workers aren't doing much work. I think they are making too much profit from x-rays and are milking the insurance money from the medical side of TFHC. I haven't actually had any care done here, but I know when I am set off multiple times over a year and still haven't been seen that there's a problem. The dental side cannot milk the insurance money from the medical side by setting off all appointments and not doing dental work. The x-rays are obviously charging the state medical system too much and need to be investigated, and this is why the dental offices are milking the system. I also want everyone to know that the workers are African and speak to each other in their native language in this office. This is unprofessional rude, and unacceptable for a dental office.

Well, front desk is fair, in attitude, at best. Saw most arrogant Dr. I've ever experienced. Some African guy with worst attitude. He literally said, "cancer doesn't hurt"! On a positive note, Theo, who handles insurance,is Awesome! Good job buddy!

It was my first time and I left with disappointment. The 3 frontdesk ladies did not acknowledge me when I was the only one waiting in line. 2 of them were just chatting and one was on the phone. I was standing for waiting for long for someone to assist me and when one of them was calling "Hello, can I help you?" with firm voice. she rolled her eyes when I didn't know it was me that she was calling after me asking if I should just wait and stand there. "No acknowledgement, no smiles, no eye contact".. no one says "we'll be right with you shortly" not until I asked if someone is available.. It was bothersome that they acted they were being bugged while there was no one else to assist but me.. other than that, My physician, Meghan was amazing with great approach.

Such a good and uplifting energy there! Natasha is a bomb a$$ manager. Patient staff and they truly show compassion and concern for their patients. I highly recommend and Medicaid and Medicare are accepted! I actually am gonna start working there after Thanksgiving. I am a singer and healer and truly believe I am an earth angel as well as my dad. Daddy's Girl 4 Lyfe! He is my manager here in Tampa and also in Chicago where I'm originally from. Please send me a private message if you would like to discuss my prices. I am very reasonable and only ask for love offerings and if you are unable to pay financially then we can make some sort of gift exchange. We should all be here helping each other and lifting each other up not tearing each other down...Be humble in all things because you never know what struggles someone else is going thru...treat others as you want to be treated...karma is real...💯🙏😇👽💜🐈‍⬛🐶🐱🌸🦄🦋🏵🦜

From beginning to end, I the staff were courteous, caring , extremely helpful, from the receptionist in the front to till we left the facility. Scheduling for dental appointment was a breeze even picking up the prescription. The phlebotomist was fabulous caring and made us feel at ease.

Unfortunately the experience here is too variable to offer more than 3 stars. Staff is generally helpful, but the level of service is subpar compared to even the new Tampa Family Health Centers that have recently opened.

My experience was really good, the attention of the girls at the ticket offices, the nurses and the doctor were good, the treatment was very appropriate for me and my daughter.

This is arguably one of the worst places I have been for healthcare. I arrived wearing a brace on my leg and found myself waiting in a line for about 20 minutes to check-in at the front desk. Those who were at the back portion did not have customer service skills either. I am not one to say poor things about places that I go very often but this time I was in very bad pain and the situation was more than slightly unacceptable. Calling for help, I was hung up on by the individual. There are certain things people who need help should not be subjected to by those who are supposed to be helping them... especially when they are making money to do so...

I enjoyed my visit. If you can, make an appointment. You will be glad you did. You also get a 15 minute grace period if you are running late! All of the doctors I've seen thus far seem to actually listen to you.

My podiatrist Dr. Eugenia Gonzalez is the BEST!!! Of ALL the doctors i have encountered in my life she is SO down to earth and professional. My appointment is at 3:15, I have NEVER had to wait and I am fimished by 3:30!!! I have never experienced the doctor to come out and call me to the back and SHE schedules ALL my follow-up appointments. Idk about the other doctors at the Nebraska & Bird location but SHE IS THE EPITOME of the type of caring and compassion that every patient hopes their doctor has!! KUDOS DR. E GONZALEZ

The front desk staff was very friendly and welcoming. The registering process and checkin was smooth. They were very thorough and took their time. Unfortunately,. I can not say the same about my Dr’s visit. It was very rushed. In fact the first thing the nurse said as she entered the room to weigh and measure my baby was “ we have to make this quick”. As the nurse was finishing weighing my daughter the Dr came in. First thing he said was is my daughter going to be seen here as a regular patient or just one time because of the reason for her visit. Then upon examining her, he diagnosed her in one minute, said what the problem is, made a few comments about bout it, and asked if I had any questions. The encounter couldn’t have been more than 5 min. I hardly had time to process what he said. The whole thing was so rushed that he was still speaking to me as he was holding the door open to leave. I was so taken back by the lack of bedside manner and attention. When I asked if he was done, (Dr at this point is walking away in the hallway) He told me to continue to wait in the room because they had to weigh my daughter and finish some other things before I left. (she was weighed at the beginning of the visit, which made his comment even more confusing) As we are waiting, he popped his head back in to say he wanted to do labs. And asked a couple more questions and left. It was so cold, odd and impersonal. The nurse came back in , said we were already done, and made some small talk. I asked her if drs visits are always this fast, she proceeded to say how it’s slow day and usually they are more busy and see more patients. I knew by her response that she misunderstood my question and thought I meant fast to be seen instead of a rushed Dr’s visit. Which made me more irritated that if it was a slow day, why was my daughter’s visit so rushed. Although I would likely not return to see that particular Dr, I will return to see a different Dr, because I had a pleasant experience with everyone else in the health center. I will end this experience on a positive note. The nurse was able to get us a lab appointment same day since we were already there, as well as, a prescription filled. The pharmacy rep was an older gentle man who was very nice. The lab techs were also very friendly, warm and nice. They engaged with my daughter and even gave her a toy to play with while they were examining her for labs. It was a pleasant lab and pharmacy experience. If this review was based solely on the Dr’s encounter with us, I would have given this review one star but because the front desk staff, pharmacy staff and Lab staff were all so pleasant and friendly I gave this review 3 stars.

It was a terrible services. I had waiting over two hours. I did my appointment correctly, but the Doctor did not arrive at the time and the from desk did not look for a solution. Also the from desk are very rude and did not solve the problems.

The worst healthcare clinic I’ve ever been to. The front desk staff is completely inept, lazy and slow to help. Also the back staff isn’t much better. I’m pregnant and had my first Pap smear with them before being transferred to a high risk doctor and they never informed me of the results, that showed I had HPV, I had no idea. They don’t answer messages in a timely matter either, so good luck trying to reach any of your doctors or nurses for questions or concerns pertaining to your care. I could go on but I’ll keep this short. Will never go to this clinic again.

Dr. David very unprofessional very rude do not see him my appt was at 11 arrived at 10:15 got sent back at 11:01 and he came in and was rude blaming us for the time we got called back. He does not care about his patients he continued to start arguments about the time and kept us waiting in the room for about 2 hours. Again very unprofessional and this is everytime we come see him. Do not recommend him at all if i could give him 0 stars i would.

Came in at 8:00am (opening) they take appointments first they so slow that the next set of appointments will be check in before you. Been waiting in line for over 30 mins to be checked in. So I advise appointment only or just go to a better clinic that actually can sit people down.

The appointment was at 9:45 a.m. and it is 11:15 a.m. and I'm still waiting to be attended to, no one calls us yet, my baby is three years old and he's impatient with the wait, and people come behind and are called before lousy attention

One of your small vans driving around town are cutting people abruptly. They cut in front of me abruptly. They were in a different lane, in a full stop, when they decided to cut me as I was going at normal speed. They happened to drive the same route as me (I'm going home) and they continue to drive recklessly. These people represent your company. Ensure they reflect it well. VEHICLE 13, TAG KMRI07.
