    the worst doctors office I've ever been to. Very unprofessional and no respect for your time. I am sitting here now waiting to see the ONE doctor they have working. I got here at 9:45, it is 11:30 and still have not been seen. All I need is to get my prescriptions refilled that for some reason wasn't refilled by the doctor. I called to ask why they weren't in my pharmacy but the operator barely understands english and she had no answer to my questions. If you actually want to be seen by a doctor and cared for I would recommend a different place.

    Highly do not recommend this place for children’s dental so unprofessional it’s not even funny! They wouldn’t let me go back with my 5 year old daughter They told me she should be able to sit by herself Excuse me? She’s a minor , she’s 5 years old this was only her second time at the dentist of course she’s terrified, she wanted her mom there with her for comfort and support! Mind you I had on a mask and I have the vaccine. Like I can show you my card it’s nothing How can I go back with my 2 year old son but not my daughter??? Makes no sense baby we all live in the same household! Tf. And I made my kids dentist appointments months ago because they were so booked and nobody ever told me that I wouldn’t be able to go in the back with my 5 year old! It’s absolutely absurd. So now we are looking for a dentist for the kids and myself that takes dentaquest preferably in st Pete of course!!

    My experience relates to the call center. Angel was very helpful I need a root canal which is no longer offered here and he referred me to an excellent place that could and they offer a discount with a referral from tampa family health! When I called back Eric/Erik M was very helpful we were on the phone for 35 minutes (never rushed me off the phone) and he helped me set up an appointment same day to get the referral via telehealth appointment online! I cant say much about the facility but the call representatives were great!

    Been going here for YEARS for convenience. But you can never get anyone on the phone. Can be on hold for over an hour then it just hangs up! this place is TRASH I see why doctors come and go from here! Will be moving offices after this last experience.

    Worst service ever. Went to have my kids tested for covid. Which is said to be a 45 min process. 2 1/2 hrs. Later I'm still waiting outside for the results. Then I got told they're too busy to pull the results and print them for me so my kids can go back to school. If I could give them a zero star rating I would. Terrible terrible branch

    I was a first time patient at this location. I was poorly greeted at the front only to be then told my appointment was canceled. I never received a call, voicemail or text stating i wasn't going to be seen. As i tried to make another appointment for my next day off the lady at the front with the long nails and loads of Pandora jewelry started talking to her coworker about Chicken tenders. i walked out and will never return. I work in the industry of customer service and this was by far the worst service I've ever been faced with. I suggest finding a care facility that actually wants to help you because this ISN'T it. Shame on your front desk worker she needs to learn how to be professional

    I came into the office, after calling numerous times to get no answer. However; when I did arrive only to tell me I need an appointment. So, I made one. Not that I was before my appointment. No one is one the list but me and now it’s 45 minutes after my scheduled appointment and the worker can’t be found. Yes, I asked for a manager because this is ridiculous.

    Your system when putting a patient in the rooms needs to be worked on. You are either overbooking your schedule or you have too many people seeing the patient. Just left from a 2 hour appointment with a 1 year old. On your schedule booked for 30 minutes, there needs to be more thought put in to patient care and the over all visit you wish for them to receive from your company.

    Receptionist and medical assistant were pretty nice and helpful. The doctor in had no time to talk to me. She told me she was busy and she couldn’t answer my questions about a medication that I’m seriously considering. She told me that she didn’t have time it was directly related to the healthcare concerned I was there for. I guess she forgot that and also took me time to get there took me Tyler a day and now unfortunately and I’ll take my time I go back to a different doctor because she’s clearly not the one who’s gonna be helping me

    The only thing is that they take a long time to attend to you. The appointment was at 3 but you have to arrive 15 minutes before. Ok 2.45 and we left at 4.45 but otherwise the attention of the girls and the Dr. were very special.

    I'd give zero or negative stars if I could. Went here for a referral to an orthopedic hand surgeon due to severe carpal tunnel in both hands. Appointment was fine, nurse practitioner was great, kind, compassionate, and caring. Authorization was never sent to my insurance and twice I showed up to my orthopedic appointment and was turned away because of this. Waste of my time, my hands are suffering, who cares though? They certainly don't. Now I have to wait another MONTH for injections and that's only IF they decide to finally do the right thing and send the Auth to my insurance. Stay away from tampa family if you can. It's a people factory and nothing else, with quadruple booked appointments. Ridiculous.

    They set appointments that I don't set then they don't answer any questions all u get is rudeness I pay cash so this is why they set appointments which are incorrect make me pay when the doctor never touched me then make me miss appointments I had no knowledge of. Isn't this illegal

    Don't expect to be seen at the time of your appointment. I have been waiting 45 mins so far for a 8am appointment which is the first one for the day. This place is highly disorganized if the nurses can not get there on rime the front desk needs to assist so appoints run on time. This branch does not respect their appointments times. No walk in should be allowed before booked in appointments. Ridiculous. I have to take time off my working hours to come here. I will be doing Telledoc appointments going forward.. the business needs to multi task and work as a team otherwise everyone suffers.

    Id give 20 stars if i could, they deserve it. I come here because the staff and doctors are so much better than ANY other Tampa Family Health centers. Every employee from the Dr's to the office staff are courteous,kind,helpful and just all around great people. This location Is a lot farther for me to go to but I'll take a longer drive and be treated with kindness and respect vs a quick hop/skip/jump down the road to be treated like a Herd animal. I love the west shore office and all the employees there! Keep up the awesome work! You guys are all heros!!

    Went there today with my son as a walk in. No one was at the front desk. No one was there for 15 minutes. We left because no one was there.

    I've been visiting this center for almost 1 year now, but that ends today. At the beginning it was all good, the staff, doctors and nurse very nice, lately they have changed all the staff including Dr's and I have to say that Customer Service and Patient Care is one of the worst I ever seen. I have a 1 Year Old baby and the Nurse uses No gloves to take a blood sample from her, cause this lady has xtremely Long Nails, and I think that's a nonsense when working in Healthcare. I'm deeply concerned about this matter, today's was my last visit, but I think something needs to be done with this center

    Horrible at being on time for appointments. In the dentist section I previously did not have issues with getting my toddler daughter in to be seen for a check up and fluoride. Since the main dentist (who was wonderful every time we’ve seen her before) is out on leave it has been impossible. We had one appointment we showed up to and they said they were very behind. I work so I can’t sit for hours for an appointment I previously scheduled. The front desk helped us reschedule for a morning appointment on another day. We show up to be told my daughter isn’t even in the system. Then when they find her they say she isn’t on the schedule for that date. And they’ll squeeze us in since it will be a short visit. After 30 minutes of waiting I ask if they’re gonna be able to see her and I’m told yes but I’m gonna have to wait. Once again I’m a working single mom. I can’t take days or hours for appointments which is why I schedule in advance and show up early to make sure I have her appointment in a timely manner. Since they couldn’t give me a time frame we have reschedule. Let’s see if the next appointment happens. If not I think it may be time for us to find a new dentist.

    Every last one of these offices are extremely slow so make sure ur whole day is clear because u will not be seen anywhere near ur actual appointment time And if u mention anything about the wait time they get mad and have others seen before u very unprofessional

    Arrived at 1005 for a 1015 appointment. At 1115 I returned to the receptionist and told her I has been waiting for an hour. She had not forwarded my arrival to the back. I was not seen until 1130. All this just to get a prescription refill. They do this to me every time I have gone there sunce September 2022.

    The correct fax number needs to be printed on the approval forms that are sent back from the patient doctor's office to the dental clinic so the doctor won't have to do what's already been done again or the patient lose their appointment! Also the billing department Is impossible to get a hold of as they don't answer their phone and they've don't return your phone voice message or email!

    Thank you Tampa Family center you have been a blessing to me bringing restoration back to me body me thank God for your healing cares and being there for us who needs you....
