So my chiropractor referred me here to strengthen my core to help with my back issues. I came in for the free workout 11 days ago and have been back every single day!! Even doubling up my workouts! I absolutely love it here!!! I really didn’t think I would because of the heat but I gotta say, I’m pretty addicted! I love all the different classes and that they’re open 24/7. The entire staff is very friendly and accommodating. I want to give an extra shoutout to Sheridan, Ellen, Jessica and Jason. They have been so motivating in this journey of mine. Especially Sheridan. I just love her. She is the sweetest! I plan on doing this for a long time! Thank you guys for all the inspiration! 💪🏼💪🏼🔥🔥 And I knew there was a Megan here! I tried a free class at HOTWORX and had to join! The facility is awesome and the infrared sauna workouts are next level! I get so much out of each workout and it is easy to schedule a class around my busy schedule since the gym is open 24/7. In addition, infrared heat has helped with my pain management journey! I would recommend this gym to anyone!

I first discovered Hotworx in New Orleans and became addicted. When We moved to Tampa I immediately enrolled in the South Tampa Location which is amazing! The studio is clean, and the products are effective and reasonably priced. I met the owner's Ellen and Stacy, and they were so friendly, welcoming, and knowledgeable about fitness. As a Veteran of Hotworx, I was excited to be reeducated as I had been doing Hotworx for 5 years and it was helpful to have them explained the benefits of exercising in HOTWORX infrared saunas. I love that the virtual personal instructor videos inside the saunas change every few weeks so that I stay engaged and committed. The staff is wonderful. I highly recommend HOTWORX for anyone who is looking for a great and efficient workout in a safe and clean environment.

I have loved having a membership here for months. The classes are great and my favorite thing to do was do a workout in the free weights area then head into the sauna and stretch and meditate in the heat. So therapeutic and rejuvenating to sweat so much!

My husband and I have found our forever home. We burn more calories in less time and we feel all of the benefits from the infrared technology. The staff is amazing and the facility is always sanitized and clean.

Best workout place on the planet!!!!!! The infrared saunas are remarkable. The 3D workout you receive is phenomenal. I can literally feel myself getting stronger and better after every session. The facility is always nice and clean. The 24 hour access is perfect for my hectic schedule and the app is great too. I love love love HOTWORX 🥰

Such a great gym. Staff is always friendly but not pushy like some smaller themed gyms can be. The gym is well maintained, always clean and always hosting fun events to attend with local wellness businesses. The candle lit theme nights are my favorite of all time. I can’t say enough great things about this place.

I was looking for a different workout experience that would motivate me. Hotworx is quite literally the best workout experience I’ve ever had. The staff, in particular Sheridan and Megan, have made my experience extremely delightful. The have so many different workouts, and they make it fun and exhilarating. I owe this company my life!!!

I am obsessed with getting in my workouts at HotWorx! I have lost 35lbs in the last 4 months! I love all of the staff they are so friendly and encouraging always and there is NOTHING like classes in the infrared sauna!

Awesome place! Enjoyed the Hot Bands workout for 45 min in the sauna! Way more intense than I expected! Definitely worth the free workout just to try! I’ll be signing up! Also staff was easy going, great attitude and didn’t push any sales tactics on us after our workout.
