I don't live in the area I just went to pick up some swim shorts. Now I believe Ross is a publicly traded company. And I think if the shareholders saw how all every single one of your employees treat their customers at this location you would lose all your market share. I hope the right people see this.

Just went to the same ross I bought the rower from originally and they're selling the equipment I was missing for full price. I spoke to Jessica the manager. I made her aware of the situation with the fitness rower I bought on 04/06/22 box was open and i stll paid full price showed proof of purchase. I did all this because I went today 07/06/22 & behold ross is selling the missing foot pedals and straps for sale at$14.99 not the machine, just the part I've need to make my rower operational. After 2 conversations with the manager I got nowhere. It was worse then trying to pull my own teeth out. The manager still tried to sell me this peice and said buy the pedals or return the rower.

Love ross they have alot of clothing for a little price great place to go shopping for a dress with u need one for a party..also have lots of nice blouses n shirts for men at a great price.

Nice store to grab affordable items for your every need.

Today I came in with my brother. And we met this worker named “Margaret”. She works in the back by the fitting rooms. Right when you walk up to her she gives a lot of attitude, acting like you should know what to do as if we live here. She goes on to say that they are hiring and how i should work there. I said that they should definitely look into giving the position to someone else. Because I wouldn’t give my business to places that hire people like this, especially when there are plenty of people out there willing to work with a better attitude.

Not very much going as far as aesthetic appeals. Limited clothing and not the best selections compared to other Ross locations that I visit frequently

Boy and girls sections are none existing so all the shoes are mix on a kids section so it takes for ever to look for kids shoes also the were empty and not a big selection.

One item denied a return because the item looks like it's been worn, but the item I actually wore was allowed a return. I gotta try on the clothes don't I? Can't do that when you close the fitting rooms. So much for making this my go to Ross. Store# 2435. Associate# 2269384. Honestly the associate was incredibly rude about it as well. Making me have to do a return at a different location for an item purchased less than 7 days ago. I have the receipt. The next Ross I go to will get the business of my new purchase. When I mentioned I had worn the item she returned as well, she tried to demand I pay for the item again. Return processed and I felt like I was going to get hate crimed. I'll be taking the survey as well. I don't expect employees as happy as TJMaxx but this location and this particular associate gave a very bad taste to the brand.

I could not believe the treatment my shopping buddy received there. I'm not sure if they thought it was funny to say they "lost the keys" to the sunglasses case. And then proceed to show a different customer as we were up in line paying for a purchase. I'm a business owner in this area and was at work when my family from out of town stopped by. We just stopped at Ross to look for some things to buy. I can not believe the treatment there. I will let everyone I know how things go there. I'm really sadden by this, and I hope the manager and older blonde lady read this and reevaluate how they do treat people. Ps. His wife was walking out of the door by your sunglass case and heard you guys speaking ill of him! Bad business practices!!

Great prices and great people... they were so helpful.

They had a great selection available in all sizes of shoes, shirts and pants. My favorite thing to look for though is their cologne selection to see if they have anything new I've never seen before.

I go for the perfumes they really cheap and their jewelry

Greeted as soon as I entered, great prices. Customer service was great.

UPDATE: Much better stock. Staff is still courteous and friendly. Merchandise and stock is meager. Staff were friendly and store clean and organized. UPDATE: Stock very low.

I spent $100 in that store and came back to return two items and exchange them for something else actually and one didn't have a ticket and I had my receipt and this woman who says when I asked for storm manager that would be me that I should go out on their sales floor and look for the item to bring her a ticket to match it and I said well there's a ticket number on my receipt match it to that item it's two items they're both the same price how hard is that then she proceeded to give me my credit I think it was 2 cents change and she said oh I can put the two cents on the card you used to pay but I can't give you cash I said well I don't have the card that I used to pay it was a gift card and she said oh I can put it on a store credit so yes she did put two cents on the store credit how rude

This particular Ross store can possibly be similar to a treasure hunt because you never know what you'll find. Or, not find anything. In my case, I didn't find anything of use or quality . The store wasn't too crowded; brightly lit; and clean. Many shelves were empty and of a lot of the clothes had the sizes mixed. Not atypical for Ross.
