I ordered items via their website, but in -store with one of their sales people. He swore up and down that I'd have my items "in like 2 days" despite the fact that when placing the order it said something like 6-10. I brought this up to the salesperson since I'm about to leave on a long trip, and I either need these items on time and/or I need to be spending that time shopping for something else appropriate. He AGAIN said "trust me, you'll definitely have in like 2 days." It is now nearly 7 days later and IT HASN'T EVEN SHIPPED!!!!!! I leave in 3 days!!! And their customer service is absolutely less than useless. Your salespersons mouth wrote a check that it couldn't cash. The very least customer service could do is twist themselves out of some dumb yoga pose and ship my item immediately overnight at their expense. As far as I can tell, garbage customer service and a complete lack of accountability is the modus operandi of Lululemon. I haven't shopped there in over 10 years due to a previously abysmal customer service experience. I can see their practices have gone from bad to worse. And cool it with the "Educator" thing. It's beyond creepy. Very cult of personality! You're selling over-priced yoga pants....just...it actually makes me want to take a shower. You people are awful.

This store is fantastic! I took a pair of pants in to be hemmed, such an awesome service they offer. It took about 2 weeks to get them back and they did such a great job on the hem. The customer service was terrific! Thank you Lululemon!

Great location but please restock the good stuff!! All of the young women with whom I came into contact in the store on the day of my last visit were extremely helpful and full of product knowledge. Particularly, the young woman working the dressing rooms had very helpful information based on personal experience that informed several of my buying decisions. She was also just a genuinely nice person who seemed happy to help and passionate about the brand. I really appreciate this level of assistance especially for such a high quality product! I am extremely happy with my purchases and experience.

I tried on two pairs of leggings from the sale rack and decided to go with the brown pair. I get to the register to purchase and I’m told they can’t sell them to me because of the sell price being low. I told them that they were on the sale rack and that’s why I wanted to purchase them. The cashier has a manger come over to tell me that one of their employees had priced them incorrectly so they couldn’t sell them to me. I told them that it wasn’t my mistake so I should be able to purchase the pants. The manger named Nora basically laughed in my face and told me she can’t and won’t sell them to me. I understand your quality promise, the quality employees and the employee was rude and dismissive. Maybe Nora didn’t get the lesson on your quality promise when she was hired. My daughter was with me and needed a different size from her fitting room. She asked an employee if she could bring her the size she needed and she rolled her eyes at my daughter. I wish I could give them zero stars. Our military family will take our business elsewhere from now on.

Went to the actual store to look for align joggers and was told they don’t have a large selection and I would be better off ordering online. I ordered online and was charged $118 per pair and when they came in the mail the tags said $98 on each tag. Why is there a $20 upcharge per pair when ordering online? I contacted lululemon and sent the tag photos to verified, they just kept asking for more pictures and refused to actually help. Will never shop them online again - such a ripoff. If you are going to over charge at least make sure you update the price tag when you send the products to the customer.

They’re really expensive but the quality of their clothes makes it worth it I’ve had leggings from here for years and they still look like they’re basically brand new and never shrink the workers in there are also always very friendly and helpful and the store is always organized

i had the most incredible experience of my life at this lululemon. sara was helping me today and she is just so incredible at her job. she is passionate, knowledgeable and above all else so so kind. by far the best experience i have ever had at any lululemon store.

The first interaction at this store was with Zoey! She was an amazing and attentive employee. When I expressed concerns with certain sizes and availability, she explained the complimentary hemming options to make me confidently purchase some clothing. I will definitely look for Zoey next time I shop at this store.

Not super impressed with they way I was not even greeted in this store if I was an undercover boss I’d say there needs to be some serious changes I rather shop at Costco than spend my money there and it’s a shame because the mirror home studio looks so unique and I wanted to learn more about the product but I was not even acknowledged, and even if I was a millionaire, I would never spend over $100 on a pair of pants that I can find at Sunshine Thrift Stores

I made a purchase online on a sat customer service was closed. My addressonday they said they can put a request in but was correct to deliver to the right place but once I paid with Apple Pay the address changed itself during the transaction so I couldn’t do anything I called the store and customer service they wouldn’t help me and said they was no way of switching it on Monday they can put a request in but not guaranteed so I lost money now and my daughter is upset because she saved that money for her favorite shirt.

I have to say the previous reviews scared me. I went to return 1 items and exchange two items. The previous reviews said that they were very difficult with returns and exchanges after 30 days. My family has to travel a lot, so I wanted to return the stuff and exchange it, but it was past the 30 days. When I went into international mall, Lululemon they returned it with no problem. The tags were still intact and on the items and I had my receipt of original purchase. It was very very easy to return it and they were very pleasant. I dealt with Taylor and Valaria. No need to listen or even take into consideration the previous reviews I would shop here again.

Mason took care of my friend, who was the first time Lulu shopper, he did a great job. He was knowledgeable about the Fitz and sizes. Really appreciate a good service. He even helped us with a hemming order which wasn’t his exact job, but he pitched in and help.

As a first time Lulu shopper Eric made everything super easy and explained everything from lifetime warranties and hemming services to help me be comfortable buying. He helped me find my sizes and it really made me happy to spend a lot and get a quality product!! Thank you, Eric, and everyone at the shop. He specifically helped me a lot but the energy and smiles from everyone working was amazing and I get the feeling everyone there helps from start to finish for everyone that comes in!

This store And employees are incredibly disrespectful to customers. They are supposed to open at 10 am. They kept customers waiting outside the store for a 1/2’while they met and talked. SMH.

This was the Lululemon in Tampa Bay mall. The staff was amazing and very attentive.My daughter purchased several tops and shorts as well as one pullover top. I was looking for some of the men's boxers and while they did have a large selection they did not have my size in the ones I was interested in.the sales representative was very attentive and knowledgeable. My wallet was hurting when I left there as this is not a cheap item store but I will say they deliver quality apparel. The store also was very clean and loaded with merchandise. My daughter were very pleased with her items as usual.in you are in Tampa and shopping for Lululemon this should be a good location.

Stop by looking for belt bag yesterday talked to one of the staff and she seem to be the one in charge but she not even feel welcome or want to help or answer question opposite to other staff who lots more helpful. Little disappoint
