I’ve
been
a
recurring
client
of
Petsmart
for
about
a
year.
I
always
take
my
dog
to
the
branch
located
in
North
Tampa
and
everything
was
going
well
until
now
that
I
took
my
dog
to
groom
him
and
it
was
a
total
disaster.
First
I
had
an
appointment
at
12:30
and
they
called
me
to
tell
me
that
I
could
take
my
pet
before
because
they
had
enough
time
to
do
his
grooming.
When
I
took
him,
they
checked
him
for
knots,
a
girl
named
Christine,
and
told
me
that
he
didn't
have
many.
It
should
be
noted
that
I
had
made
an
appointment
to
get
him
a
full
hair
cut
and
bath.
I
left
it
around
10:30
a.m.
An
hour
later,
they
called
me
to
tell
me
that
my
dog
had
a
lot
of
knots
and
they
had
to
cut
him
a
lot
more
than
expected.
I
told
him
to
try
not
to
cut
him
so
much,
and
to
only
cut
the
areas
with
knots.
Around
3:45
(5
hours
after
leaving
him)
they
call
me
again
to
tell
me
that
my
dog
was
exhibiting
bad
behavior
and
was
barking
which
caused
them
to
stop
the
grooming.
They
informed
me
that
they
were
going
to
put
him
in
a
kennel
until
he
calmed
down.
I
asked
if
I
had
to
go
pick
him
up
they
told
me
to
wait
I
waited
until
4:20,
which
I
thought
was
enough
time
for
a
grooming.
When
I
saw
my
dog,
I
couldn't
believe
what
they
had
done
to
him.
I
tried
to
wait,
but
my
dog
was
very
desperate,
they
grabbed
him
between
three
girls
to
try
to
calm
him
down
but
I
couldn't
wait
any
longer
and
I
made
them
stop.
My
dog
arrived
at
the
house
trembling
and
scared.
It
has
never
happened
before
on
multiple
occasions
that
I
took
him
to
the
same
place.
I'm
very
sorry
for
everything
that
happened,
but
I
definitely
won't
take
my
pet
to
that
place
again.
