I would like to thank Mike for such a quality job. Words cannot express my appreciation for such, a quality job at an affordable price.You can't go wrong going with cheap lock and key. I was stranded at a car wash because my key fob was messed up. It was staying in theft mode. I could not get anyone to come out and the one that did went passed by me and kept going. And to top it off my roadside assistance said they could not find me a tow truck that could tow me home. It was unfortunate that, I had to spent the night at the car wash. I called " Cheap Lock & Key". Mike answered I explained my situation and he said that he could make mine appointment the first one for the day. He gave me a time that he would be there and he knew exact location. When he got there he knew exactly what he was doing. He had my key fob made within minutes. My car was up and running in no time. Quick scheduling, arrived right on time. Final price was exactly what was quoted on the phone, no surprises. Super knowledgeable about the cars and the history of the keys for my cars. Got my Honda up and running with a duplicate key no problems. My Mazda ran into a slight issue that was outside the scope, (Mazda has a hard limit of four keys allowed to use remote entry and this would be the fifth.). My duplicate key itself is working great, and if I want to go to Mazda about my failed security module, He told me all the keywords I need to know to not get taken advantage of. Highly recommended

I actually learned of this gentleman from another locksmith company I called, so I knew he was going to be good. He said he had no availability, but then texted me an hour later having had a cancellation. He drove to Bartow, all the way from Wesley chapel as I was meeting him there from New Port Richey. I was running a few minutes late, still no issue. He got there, had the key done in about 10 minutes, and was possibly one of the kindest most polite business men I have met in quite some time. He saved me in a very unique situation! My car fob got ran over, and has been discontinued! However my car has a counterpart in another brand! He had a fob for that brand on Hand and was able to program it to my car on-site where my car was, saved me a tow bill as well as had a creative and functional solution that only comes from many years experience. The amount of gratitude I have for this business is truly unmeasurable. I had a moment of forgetfulness and threw my key in a backpack after using it to open my trunk as I was leaving for the airport. Unfortunately my car was locked when I shut the trunk. Long story short - BMW, local dealerships and even triple A were difficult and not helpful. After rescheduling my flight for the next day I desperately continued to look for solutions to make my rescheduled morning flight. Mike took my call around 8PM and recognized my concern, stress and probably anxiety around the situation. He double checked my vehicle information and confirmed he could help. To avoid morning chaos he actually showed up the night I called him and I was able to access my trunk after literally 7 hours of attempts with other organizations. The process took less than 10 minutes. I will NEVER recommend ANYONE else for assistance with lockouts. Service was kind, friendly and beyond accommodating. 15/5 stars in my book.
