Gotta give a shout-out to GV Tampines for the many years it has been around to screen blockbusters and indie flicks alike. Frequently visited by youths and families, the cinema halls here are relatively clean and equipped with large screens with good sound systems. Staff handing the ticket and snack counters are also friendly and patient, which adds to a pleasant movie-going experience.

The cinema is clean, with facilities to bin litter. Proper signages are displayed for patrons. Snacks can be purchased online and redeemed at the Cinema Hall or can also be purchased on site. The cinema has vending machines conveniently placed for that additional snack. Air-conditioning was really good and the place was clean. The customer service staff though were not exactly friendly especially the gentleman manning the gate. He seemed indifferent and did not bother to say "welcome" nor bothered to acknowledge my "thank you"

Been patronising GV Tampines from time to time over the past decade, and I'm grateful for the satisfactory customer service here. However, legroom continues to be an issue here for me across the halls. Popcorn quality, however, has also gone down. I recall liking the popcorn here best when compared to other GV cinema halls but it is no longer the case...

Experienced Excellent customer service at this branch. The show I had booked my ticket for , got cancelled due to a technical issue. I was promptly refunded the ticket amount and also provided a free coupon which I could use for my next ticket.

Large sweet popcorn cost $6.80 at Suntec City gold class 2-3 weeks ago but large sweet popcorn cost $8 at the Tampines outlet. We ordered sweet popcorn but the popcorn doesnt taste sweet, very different taste from the yummy sweet popcorn we bought from the Suntec City gold class. ๐Ÿฅฒ๐Ÿฅฒ๐Ÿฅฒ

Seats were hard and small. The worst thing was the sound system which you don't usually experience in modern theatres.

While enjoying Aquaman: The Lost Kingdom in Hall 2, I observed a slight screen damage in one corner. Additionally, the seating arrangement felt outdated. Also around 30 mins from movie star time it showed Advertisements. Hoping for improvements in these aspects for a better movie-watching experience.

Spacious halls. But the seats seem slanted towards the front so u may find yourself slipping down or slouching after a while. Also prepare jacket or cardigan as it can get pretty cold and if raining heavily outside will get freezing.
