    Valerie was very helpful in helping me strengthen my muscles after my physiotherapy course at Core Concepts. She corrected my standing/ walking/ sitting posture and that helped ALOT with my injury. On top of that, I learnt several strengthening exercises that can be practiced at home. From not being able to walk more than 15 min without feeling pain in my glutes to my current status where I am able to tank about 8km of walk within a day, I am truly amazed with the results. Thank you! ☺️

    My experience at Core Concepts has been exceptional - the team’s focus on delivering both immediate relief (physio) and strength maintenance (training) helped me to get back into my own body for good, in the long run. My trainer, Valerie, was the PT I never knew I needed - she helped me to build my strength in a way that didn’t just look good but was going to support my body in the long run. I’ve gone to fitness classes outside but nothing made me feel as strong as the targeted exercises we did - in fact I could perform better in my outside classes with Valerie’s help. I loved that she was able to explain to me why I felt certain pains / fatigue in my body, and address it with a few simple & easy to follow exercises. TLDR; I changed the way I move my body with Core Concepts, and will highly recommend this as THE physio place to anyone

    Doctor said I have arthritis. When it is bad, standing up from sitting position and walking down the stairs can be painful. I am grateful to Ms Caroline Yeo for helping me to strengthen my muscles and stamina. The training designed by Caroline is helpful, even from the first session. I could feel the difference. Even now the problem may still come, it is not as bad and will go off quite quickly. I just came back from a trip which required more walking and climbing up steps, with the training, I could enjoy the trip more.

    Kelvin has been taking care of me for the past year and a half. His work ethic is fantastic. He always makes every session so enjoyable. What I like the most is that he is always willing to share his thought process with me and regularly checks up on my progress through texts. As a client, I really appreciate this as I feel like we are going through this journey of recovery together. Furthermore, as the sessions progress, I can feel myself improving with all the exercises he has given me. I highly recommend Kelvin to anyone looking for a physical trainer. Truly a wonderful experience to be his client. Thank you so much boss.

    Caroline Yeo, my trainer has been very professional and attentive. I had my ACL operation and wanted her to help me strengthen my leg and be fit again to be physically active. After every sessions, she will check with me whether I felt pain, aching etc before we commenced on a new session. She will tailored a series of exercises to help me with my needs. After 8 sessions, I could feel that my condition of my leg improved and overall, I felt I have became more tone. Thank you 🙏 .

    Li Hoong was extremely helpful in teaching me not just exercises to rehab my knee but also identifying my areas of weakness I needed to work on to prevent further injury. Highly recommended :)

    My trainer is Valerie at Core Concepts and I must say, one of the best trainers out there. She listens to my needs and concerns and tailors training accordingly which I thoroughly appreciate. If you are looking for an exercise specialist, look no further!

    Li HOONG has been great in my rehab. I came to her for my knees and she identified weakness in my obliques and balance and offered exercise suggestions for muscle memory. I would strongly recommend her.
