My husband first time to the clinic. He had a pleasant experience. He was having pain with crutches, and the counter staff took the extra mile to come over to him to ask for information. He told me the service was good and very friendly counter staffs. Keep up the good work.

My first time here. Always pass by the clinic as im working at macdonald’s😆 A very pleasant experience here, doctor is very caring towards my daughter. Counter staff very friendly and welcoming. Ambience is very clean, nice and comfortable too! Love how the swab area is outside the clinic. Moving house to 630A soon and i will definitely go to this clinic if we are sick! As I live nearby, I have visited this clinic several times and it has always been pleasant. On Saturday (25/11), I was down with stomach flu and consulted the doctor. It's my first time seeing Dr Yin Ting and she was very patient, caring and compassionate towards my plight. As I was down with vomiting, diarrhea and stomach cramps, she gave me two jabs and also comforted me knowing that I was feeling weak and in discomfort. Her professionalism and personal touch made it a very memorable experience and I think she's a good role model to other doctors. Keep up the great work!

one of the most horrible experience we had with doctor today.We visited today to show our 7 year old kid with high fever and throat pain. Doctor ( if he is) was more like a typing machine than empathetic doctor who wants to help to cure you. After the unpleasant experience when we asked the receptionist who are very polite by the way, doctor's name they took 20 mins to give away the name of doctor even asked us to speak to their manager. What's so difficult to tell who is the doctor sitting in their clinic and we have all the right to know who checked our kid. The main doctor's are all on leave and when we called to check earlier before visit no one informed us that someone else is filling for doctor. As a patient isn't it our right to know if you are in right hands?
