Professional clinic and doctors. They do tend to hard sell on procedures but not as aggressive as other clinics. Nice ambience. However, their scheduling system can be improved. We would make appointments 1 month in advance, but my appointments have been cancelled twice (1 hr before appointment time). They don’t communicate when your next appointment will be, just reschedule you to your regular timing / day 1 month later. So that’s disappointing. Also, I’m currently doing the lysyrifm(??) laser and haven’t seen really good results.. kinda sad I wasted so much money on this when I wanted to try another treatment but got talked into getting this instead:/

Love the whole experience and treatment! The staffs are friendly always welcoming u with a smile. Doc Nicole is very friendly and experienced, she ll always prep me what she’s doing. No hardcore selling. Had my 5th session and skin is clearer & brighter! Highly recommended.

done a pico laser treatment from this clinic. was apprehensive at the start but was pretty pleased with the after effects. my skin feels kinda renewed to its former lustre, so opted for more sessions. would recommend this outlet as the doctor and assistants were pretty attentive towards me.

I have been visiting Tampines branch since last year. Consistent alternate PICO and carbon lasers as bimonthly session. I started to see my face glowing after several sessions. Doctor and staff are friendly. Easy to make appointments. Clean and relaxed ambience. Highly recommended for women who would like to maintain glowing skin.

Pleasant visit, comfortable setting, Dr David and staff explained the procedure in detailed and price wise is still affordable, did my 1st treatment and the result was obvious after the 1st treatment. Overall good 😊🧡✨

The doctors and nurses at the Tampines branch is really patient and friendly. They will explain the steps prior to doing so you have better mental preparation. They would also adjust the treatment according to the progress and effect, so I think it's really nice to have something that's more tailored for every individual instead of a fixated treatment modality.
