The neck designer treatment was very effective in tightening my skin. Prior to that, the therapist did a double skin exfoliation and cleared all my blackheads. The end result was a glowing skin and tightening of the skin. Very pleased with their service. Thumbs up for their dedicated service.

Did facial here for the first time in this branch, and it was a pleasant experience! Environment was great and clean, and Tracy was good and friendly. Did their share to share the packages (not to the extent of hardselling, except for the last part when the “manager” came in that felt a little like it) which are quite affordable and value for money after promo. Overall felt great and comfortable to come back again!

I did my facial here recently and the salon was very spacious and comfortable. The facial was done really well (I had the hydroboost treatment). As with other salons, you can expect some upselling but the opening promotion they had was reasonable and worth it in my opinion. A big thank you to Tracy and the staffs there for the amazing service!

Great service! The staff here was very friendly and knowledgeable very professional. They will take their time to answer and explain your inquiries in details. Highly recommend their facial treatment as they customise my facial treatment according to my skin conditions and achieved good results within few sessions with them.The entire process was comfortable and during extraction i was so shock that it was painless compared to my previous experience elsewhere! The atmosphere of the place is warm and cozy i feel super relaxed and welcomed when i come for my facial treatments.

This is my first time go for the facial trial very good and clean place at salon ,staff very friendly. I don’t really like is the facial process of product using on my eye , I feel hurt and pain on eye area . I asked the staff after facial , staff say very normal. I just feel confuse because when I apply my own I cream or an eye mask I don’t feel the pain.

I was invited to experience their facial treatment. Firsty, the staff was accommodating when I had to request for rescheduling of appointment. When I reached the salon, I was given the warm greeting by the staff. The 90-minute session was enjoyable. The beautician who attended to me was skillful and pleasant. Although I was encouraged to sign up a package with them, they did not do hard-selling. Overall, I recommend those looking to pamper their skin to explore this beauty salon!
