Staff were friendly and good service. The Mazu Mee Sau was quite nice, different from what I ate from other restaurant. The deep fried pork trotter a disappointment, was quite oily and the skin was not crispy, kind of hard to bite. Been here few time, feel the standard has drop.

Went for Father’s Day lunch. A little hiccup with the booking but glad that everything is sorted out. Ordered the set lunch for 8. Food is good and portion is right for our family size of 6 adults & 2 kids. I would say it could be insufficient if we are group of 8 adults. Service could be better but I don’t blame them as everywhere is facing staff shortage nowadays. Overall an enjoyable meal.

A flavour of PUTIEN at tampines. It serves authentic putien food and i really enjoyed it. Would highly recommend to order their 扁肉汤. Staff is also friendly and polite. Would suggest allowing us to sit down to view the menu instead of ordering at the counter. Another suggestion to the menu would be to have 煎包, which goes great with 扁肉汤 👍🏻

Super friendly staff :) clean and well lit restaurant with plenty of seatings. Stir fried liver was a hit! The complimentary hot sauce goes well with everything. The vegetables and bean curd dish was also very delicious.

Had family dinner here with the folks and kids. No queue when we walked in at 7pm on a Sunday. The food were decent, but on a pricier side compared to other similar Chinese restaurants. Lychee pork and buddha jumps over the wall stood out, the rest felt like standard fare. It was overall a good Chinese meal. Only qualm was feeling pressured by the service staff to order more food and their specialty clams.

You must try their Signaure Seafood Lor Mee and Pork with Lychee. The seafood lor mee is deep in flavour and not "heavy feeling" as compared to the tradtional lor mee. The pork is very soft and the lychee pairing is just nice with the meat. The service by the service staff is very good as well, they are friendly and ensured that our food and time there were well taken care of. Would like to commend staff Wei Yeen for her friendly and outgoing service :)

PUTIEN is one of those places always give you the assurance of quality food with decent service and a vibrant clean environment, basically everything you need to have a meal with friends , families or any social gathering. The highlight of the food I want to mention today is two fish dishes, they dealt in a delicate way, fried fish is crispy and flavorful, it is so good and you can eat the entire piece with all the bones. The fish soup with tofu is rich and the chef definitely put the thoughts into the process.

I always enjoy the food and good service in Putien. This is my first dining in Tampines branch and the staff team is also very hospitable, very attentive and helpful. I love the fried yam .. very yummy

Pics are taken after most of us cannot resist and have started eating. Putien Tampines is best in service and food which is the reason why it is our favourite family restaurant. A definite Kudos to manager Yu Tong who always ensures that everyone is well taken care of and her team is attending to all well.

Soloed a meal there and went away impressed with the service. They may be understaffed, but the level of their captains are certainly high - greet with a smile, details like asking for food allergies, zip lock bags for mobiles phones and after meal mints. If only all restaurants have this level of service.

It has refined flavours of the humble, coastal ingredients, bringing them together in a way that does taste crowded or cloy or like anything is competing for attention. It's clean on the pallette and light on the belly.
