Had a terrible experience at SK Tampines Mall Atrium Sales. Was served by Dina Mariana if I’m not wrong (stated on invoice) since she’s wasn’t wearing a name tag… She seems very inexperienced and indeed she is! Firstly, she tried to charge me for a FREE bracelet which would be given out with any charms purchased.. Asked her if there’s any stopper provided for the charm, she’s entirely clueless about it… Fine! Next to payment, she told me to scan a (member) QR code and told me to click on redeem to redeem my voucher for this purchase. Yet, she charged me the nett price before the discount… Enquired her again and her colleagues came over and said vouchers cannot be redeemed for this atrium sales and it had to be use within the next 30 days... I just bought what I wanted! Why would there be a need for me to buy more stuffs in order to use the voucher within the NEXT 30 days? It’s just ridiculous! If it can’t be used in the first place, why would she get me to click on redeem voucher? How can an inexperienced staff like her be on her own without anyone guiding her? For such event sales, shouldn’t SK placed only their trustable employees who are experienced and knowledgeable to manage? To add on, even when it comes to packing of the stuffs, she totally unaware of where the boxes were placed at and had to check with her colleagues… It’s not a small amount that I’d spent.. Yet, I received such an unpleasant experience…

Came here to adjust my clasp coz one side was loose. Was served by a female salesperson peggy. It’s ok if you doesn’t wanna smile in customer service but at least do yr job right.. on her first adjustment it was too tight to the point she had to use a stapler to pry the clasp open. The second time it was finally appropriate tightness but I noticed some crimp marks along the clasp and asked if she could polish it. She then said the mark was there to begin with (can’t refute coz I don’t have pictures to prove it wasn’t there) and these marks are to be expected more or less with jewellery. What left me shocked was that she said she was alr being 好心 to help me adjust the clasp. Isn’t it yr job to help the customer when there are issues with yr products??? What do you mean kind hearted to help and the replies were just inappropriate. I hope management will look into training yr people more…
