I am a regular client to runway and am loving it there my hair is 10x healthier then when i first went due to there amazing products like olaplex and k18 and there safe colouring methods to ensure hair looks and feels as healthy as can be. I feel so welcome and love the environment and experience when i walk in including the cocktail bar.

Had to get this off my chest!!! Finally writing a review on the service I received with this salon back in Oct 2020. I had short-midi hair (chin level) and went in there to get half foil for my dark brown hair. The girl who did my foils that day told me I need a couple of sessions for the desired look and I agreed and paid $300 on the day. After few weeks I went back in only to realise that they are asking for another $300 to finish the process and I was SHOCKED!!!! I didn't end up getting my hair done to what I wanted since NO ONE in my first session informed me that half hair foil for that length would cost $600. I remember I was so unhappy and disappointed and talked to the manager, however, no solution or even an apology was provided. I told the story to many friends and they were shocked of the ridiculous quote Runway gave me considering my hair wasn't even shoulder level and the look I wanted wasn't sophisticated to worth anything close to $600. I hope one day their management and customer service improve and they take responsibility over what they've done.

I had the most lovely experience getting my hair done by Matilda and my makeup by Tori. They were both extremely professional and gave me some great tips on how to maintain my look throughout the day. I’ll definitely be back!

My hair is so much healthier since I have started seeing the girls regularly. Their dedication to detail and friendly customer service is amazing. I cannot recommend Runway highly enough!

I once had very thin eyebrows & she’s helped me on my journey to grow them out so that they’re fuller and given them shape that compliments my face. Always leave happy with the work that she’s does for me. 💖
