Unfortunately, my experience with the property manager at Tamworth Property Co has been disappointing. The communication from the property manager has been consistently poor, with important information being relayed late or not at all. Additionally, I was surprised to find out the property manager driving past the property and taking photos without providing any prior notice, which I believe is unprofessional and a breach of privacy. I hope that the Tamworth Property Co takes this feedback to improve their communication practices and professionalism in the future.

Unfortunately my experience was not a very nice or great experience with the property management team from property co especially Narelle,I was renting for years and always paid my rent and took good care of my Property and never had a bad name with any real estate over many years as I'm elderly always had a good rental reference , Then all of a sudden they told me to leave and when I left they stole my bond I was in the property for years and because the owner wanted over 300 dollars for a tiny unit and I said no they chucked me out The owners of this property is very bad to deal with as well they were very rude and disgusting even tho I rented off them for years Narelle is also rude and discriminative she discriminated against a man for not being able to move in the property for being a male and told him no he's not clean enough also being Aboriginal Do not rent from them save the trouble they also only tried to give me 2 days to move out of the property as the rent was due Also as they are friends with the owners they treated tenants with disrespect and the owners said because they were friends with the real-estate agent Narelle they can do whatever they want and treated. Me with such disrespect after many years of renting with them

We had a bit of a dodgy experience when one of the receptionist/ consultants leaked our personal and financial information (how much we were paying in rent ect and questioned how we could afford moving into our own home) to some people that we knew that obviously relayed the information back to us, we did report it I diddnt hear anything back on it however. But beside that Our property manager (Lesley) was awsome! Always very quick onto any issue and made renting comfortable and enjoyable honestly the best in the buisness Both moving in and moving out of our rental was super easy

I had a great experience with Property & Co Tamworth. It has a friendly and welcoming team. I had most of the interactions with Issac who is a fantastic and adorable person. He was available whenever I needed to talk and guided me throughout my application process. I highly recommend Property & Co Tamworth for your property management. 😊

Never tend to go out of my way to submit a review. However, having experienced Dan Watson’s professionalism and friendliness, I believe his attitude and interpersonal abilities should be commended. Dan showed me the house I have purchased, yet not only did he provide a detailed explanation on the property he was also very happy to answer and questions I had, but his diligence in going the mile to offer extra help after hours is something I have not ever witnessed. His kindness and open spirit as an agent made travelling 4 hours up to Tamworth many times, worth it. Tamworth Property Co. has been so helpful and professional. The best experience we’ve ever had with any agency. Isabel was our first point of contact and Lesley is our property manager, nothing but praise for both of them. We moved interstate and as a result conducted an online inspection via FaceTime. Somehow, house hunting was the least stressful thing thanks to these guys, and we already had a home waiting for us. Everything went smoothly, Isabel was in constant touch with me to ensure everything was processed as soon as possible. It took them less than 3 business days to confirm our tenancy, and they understood the urgency of our situation. So professional and quick. They are also very organised- the PropertyMe website is a great tool to manage rent payments and any management requests. Definitely recommend them!
