We
have
eaten
here
many
times
and
the
food
was
superb.
It's
not
the
greatest
convience
for
us
as
we
live
an
hour+
away.
But
the
food
was
worth
the
drive
until
now.
Ownership
has
changed
hands
between
the
time
before
and
the
visit
I
am
about
to
describe.
The
toasted
ravioli
was
burnt
but
still
edible.
Tho
the
menu
states
25
minute
wait
for
their
specialty
it
took
over
an
hour
and
other
tables
were
served
first
and
left,
that
came
in
after
us.
One
of
the
tables
had
the
same
pizza
we
ordered.
After
receiving
our
much
awaited
chicago
style
pizza,
we
were
greatly
disappointed
in
the
new
quality.
The
crust
was
so
hard
that
it
was
nearly
impossible
to
chew.
When
you
attempted
to
cut
it,
the
crust
would
pop
apart
from
the
force
required,
and
a
silverware
against
plate
ring
would
fill
the
place.
My
mother
was
unable
to
eat
the
pizza
due
to
to
it
being
painful
for
her
to
try
and
bite
thru
the
crust.
When
using
a
knife
she
lacked
the
strength
to
cut
the
crust.
My
mother
is
in
her
early
50s
and
by
no
means
feeble.
After
much
debate
we
decided
to
express
the
issues
with
respect
to
them.
The
waitress
Shasta
with
great
attitude
looked
my
mother
in
the
eye
and
said
thats
why
we
give
you
a
knife.
Before
just
walking
away
saying
that's
how
it
is.
What
used
to
be
a
gem
is
no
longer
worth
the
effort
to
drive
there.
We
don't
like
food
to
go
to
waist
so
we
took
what
was
left
and
paid
our
bill.
But
we
will
not
be
returning.
Were
just
good
country
folk
that
treat
others
with
respect
and
it
was
not
returned.
