I
took
my
mother
to
Primaya
Tangerang
Hospital
because
of
complaints
of
increased
blood
pressure
&
stomach
problems.
My
mother
previously
had
a
history
of
mild
stroke
in
2023,
and
was
currently
undergoing
drug
treatment
at
RSUI,
Depok.
However,
because
at
that
time
we
were
in
Tangerang,
it
was
not
possible
to
go
to
RSUI
Depok,
so
I
decided
to
look
for
the
nearest
hospital.
When
we
went
to
the
emergency
room
at
Primaya
Hospital,
my
first
impression
was
that
the
hospital
was
quite
clean
&
tidy.
I
thought,
maybe
because
it
was
late.
I
went
to
the
Administration
room
by
giving
my
mother's
KTP
and
BPJS
card.
Meanwhile
my
mother
waited
in
front
of
the
emergency
room.
The
Admin
&
ER
rooms
are
very
close,
separated
only
by
a
glass
door.
At
that
time,
the
admin
explained
that
if
the
patient
was
in
an
emergency
condition
and
had
to
be
hospitalized,
BPJS
would
cover
it,
but
if
it
was
outpatient
treatment,
BPJS
would
not
apply,
i.e.
pay.
I
think
this
information
is
quite
clear.
When
I
returned
to
the
emergency
room,
it
turned
out
that
my
mother
had
already
had
her
blood
pressure
checked
by
the
nurse
&
was
waiting
to
get
an
empty
one
(because
it
turned
out
it
was
full
at
that
time).
In
less
than
5
minutes,
the
nurse
then
took
Mom
to
a
room
in
the
emergency
room
to
wait
for
the
doctor's
treatment.
There
was
only
1
doctor
on
duty
at
that
time,
but
there
were
quite
a
lot
of
nurses.
We
waited
for
approximately
15-20
minutes,
indeed
there
was
1
patient
who
came
after
us,
but
was
treated
first
because
it
looked
more
urgent.
I
think
this
is
still
normal
because
doctors
have
a
priority
scale
for
patients,
but
I
still
monitor
Mom's
condition.
When
it
was
my
mother's
turn,
the
doctor
asked
the
patient
about
the
patient's
history
and
what
he
was
feeling.
I
deliberately
gave
mom
the
opportunity
to
tell
what
she
felt
and
train
her
memory
and
motor
skills.
The
doctor
also
carried
out
tests
that
are
usually
carried
out
by
neurologists
for
people
who
have
a
history
of
stroke.
The
doctor
then
gave
treatment
for
an
EKG
(because
mom
had
a
history
of
thickening
in
the
heart).
Everything
OK.
Turns
out
the
problem
was
in
the
stomach.
After
that,
Mom
was
given
an
infusion
of
stomach
medicine,
vitamins
and
hypertension
medicine.
All
drug
treatments
were
finished
at
2.30
am,
and
mom
fell
asleep
while
waiting
for
the
infusion
to
finish.
The
results
of
the
observations
were
all
good,
and
we
were
allowed
to
go
home.
When
I
went
to
the
Administration
section,
it
turned
out
that
my
mother
could
be
covered
by
BPJS.
I
was
also
asked
to
go
to
the
cashier
to
sign
payment.
After
leaving
the
cashier,
I
went
to
the
pharmacy
to
get
medicine.
At
3.30
we
went
home.
Overall
I
am
satisfied
with
the
service
of
this
hospital..
Thank
you
to
the
doctors,
nurses
and
all
those
who
are
on
duty
until
dawn..
As
long
as
There,
I
didn't
even
see
them
being
lazy
or
reluctant
in
serving
the
patients
who
came.
The
ER
is
not
noisy,
the
sound
is
not
loud,
even
the
cleaning
service
is
very
responsive
in
mopping
up
blood
splatters
on
the
floor
because
there
are
work
accident
patients
who
come
to
the
ER.
But
all
situations
are
very
under
control.
There
is
no
difference
in
treating
patients
(even
though
at
that
time
we
entered
as
new
patients
with
BPJS
insurance)
I
am
willing
to
write
a
long
review,
because
I
saw
several
bad
reviews
about
this
hospital.
as
the
patient's
family,
we
must
be
patient
but
remain
alert.
Don't
get
carried
away
by
emotions,
because
there
are
hospitals
with
much
worse
service.
And
remember,
they
are
humans
too,
they
also
want
to
be
understood.
