I was there when public holiday so it was quite crowded of visitors. This store has many cashier/check out counter. Helpful staffs.I didn't try the food counter yet. Tips : if you really have a plan to purchase something here, it's better you search the products first in their online store then make a list of them. So when you there, you can ask the staffs where to find the those products easily or even you can ask them to assist you.

Iconic building seen from toll road. Love to have them open business in Indonesia. The design is as good as in abroad locations, but the minus is on car ramp in which the curb and driveway, it is too small for big car.

I love this place!!! It's a great place to get all we need for our home. The prices range from low to high, depending on the size, material and design (of course). I can be here all day 😁 It has a nice restaurant with delightful food. Oh there is also ice cream to indulge our mouth and mood 😅. Make sure you grab some doughnuts .... and banana cake... they taste really good 😍😍😍 Anyway, if you bring kids here, you can take them to the playground, it's free and super safe. However, the kids' height should be at least around 100cm and no more than 130cm.

Better than ikea at mall taman anggrek. Ikea here is more spacious and has better complete selection. But on my last visit here, i dine at ikea's resto. Their famous swedish meat ball was not like it used to be. Almost inedible. Really smelly and taste weird. Their fish and chips pretty good. Their crossaints are excellent.

The biggest furnishing shop in town. Provide various home and office supplies. Good place to get inspiration to decorate our home. All staffs are friendly and helpfull. The restaurant is also good, the Swedian meatball is the best. Ice cream and other snacks are cheap and become our favourite too.

Super shopping experience, though I hope there are more shortcuts. Fantastic experience, all of the departments, especially the early ones such as the furnitures are so well made, giving inspirations and ideas, and also a great way to showcase the stuff. Good way to shop as you can get the stuff by yourself in the warehouse section, items you need would easily be found. Lots of staffs that are helpful, their kiosks are available throughout the place even though for most stuff you can do them by yourself. The place have temperature checks, though I dislike having to carry a small scrip of paper that seems to be meaningless in the name of COVID procedure. But the place have great pandemic prevention. Children under 5, pregnant women, and people over 60 are not allowed to be on the area. Lots of parking space.

Lots of good furniture are displayed here within room function. Great place to find scandinavian / bohemian / mid century furniture. The price, quite reasonable la. And they also offer you a design service as well so you can mix and match the furniture you want. Also, you know that ikea warehouse always look instagramable if you want to take a photo here. (Not recommended just to come here to take photo tho. Always respect the worker please).

Visit here at 6.00 pm December 21. Easy to find parking spot. Entrance and the wayfinding was easy to understand. The place was so large and big. We can just walk and see the interior gallery and just take the photo of it if we interested. The staff was helpful. After an hour of walk, we can enjoy the ikea culinary near the cashier. In the Ikea everything is by yourself, it was simple and easy, no need to talk to the staff, just take and pay the stuffs. Perfect place for families to buy home things or just walk and burn your calories while seeing the room interior inspiration.

place was great but it was such a long walk in general (for the ikea). lots of short cut though so it's fine. meatballs was THE main attraction for me though, never imagined how meatballs, gravy, AND strawberry jam combo would actually be this good? will definitely come for more!

Love to go there to get inspiration and see what good offers they have. Staff is always helpful if you need help, but will also let you walk around and look for yourself.

I recently visited IKEA Alam Sutra and I had a fantastic experience. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, and the food on the food court was absolutely delicious. I ordered the the meatball and it was served well. The portion size was just right. The restaurant itself was clean and well-maintained, with a cozy and inviting atmosphere. They manage the store very well, the structure, the toilet and everything in the store. Overall, I had a wonderful experience at IKEA Alam Sutera.

I always like to come here to look at all the pretty stuff to fill the house. And we always end up buying cute stuff for our home. And after an hour of strolling around , we end up having a heavy snacks . We love the swedish meatball . It's a must ! Recommend to come here on the weekend with families.

Nice place to visit and hangout with family. I like Ikea Swedish Cafe, the food variety are not many, but it's decent and yummy. The stuff are cute and this is the great spot to shop your furnishing needs. Great job IKEA!

Pro: Big, vast, variety, nice service, a lot of shortcuts. Con: too busy, too many people The food tastes great, but I rather eat somewhere else than waiting in line for more than 1 hour. Nice place if your looking for furnitures tho. Althought a bit pricy, the quality is top notch.

Nice place,air conditioning was good, parking was good(especially for cycling since parking is free for it) and the cafeteria was good as well, it has wheelchair accessible parking. Over all good and standard IKEA

Good measures against covid-19, with easy check in through the phone based app, as well as prior directions. It wasn't crowded, but we went on a Tuesday afternoon, which likely contributes to the quietness. Their Swedish balls are a fan favourite, and you can get them takeaway near the cashier.

IKEA ALSUT is biiig! The motorbike parking area is small and it located in outdoor area without canopy (not recommend to go here by motorbike when it is raining) bcs most of the customers go ther by car. Definitely will come here everytime I need to buy stuffs for my tiny room~ sometimes they give discount for bundle buying. Dont forget to go to theor food corner and try the Sea Salt Ice cream~

Good place to buy house furnitures, kitchen sets and all other household and kitchen accessories. They good canteen style food services with tasty swiss menus. Value for money. They also have children playground albeit small, to entertain the kids, whilst parent shops. Ample parking space.

First time coming here I was curious about their swedish meatballs, and also tried their other dishes. we came here in Saturday night around 8 p.m and it was not too crowded, we headed to the cafetaria in 2nd floor and ordered swedish meatballs and fish and chips also buy free flow drinks. at first I was wondered about the ambience in cafetaria, at night I feel it was dark and the spotlight is too far away in deck. I never knew when it was in the day, maybe more beautiful than in the night. for the food, the sauce of swedish meatballs so good and worth the hype. but the champion is their fish n chips. after finish eating, i sightseeing around ikea beside I was full from eating also looking for ideas for the home interior.

Had a quick lunch at IKEA Alam Sutera. Yup, intentionally drove from East Jakarta to Alam Sutera just because I got urgent need to munch their meatballs. That day we had quite good Swedish Meatballs, crispy outside but tender inside. Perfect match between its gravy and jam made the dish tasted even better. I looked around and tons of families had lunch there as well.

A good place for buying furniturs! They give you many inspo of room interiors. The stuff build in material is quite okay with a reasonable price. The place is pretty big, so incase there's elder or pregnant woman among your group, you can easily borrow wheelchair for them. The food is quite good and the price is so worth it. The beverages (soft drinks, coffee and tea) there is refill-able. But most of all, the snack is soo cheap and yet soo delicious!

The place that we can find all things we need to fill our house. The kitchen set, bedroom, livingroom, toilets and even garden and dolls. We even can order the set for every room we need. After looking for things we need and feel like hungry we can eat @ their canteen with lots of menu, special one in here is Swedish meetball with mash potato. Came here and feels like your dream house in your eyes.

The place is enormous! Due to covid protocols it took almost 1 hour to get in and needed to wait in the car. Ideally it is best to visit the place during weekdays as it will not be as crowded as during the weekend. A great place to purchase furniture as well as its accessories. Top notch IKEA.

A place with lots to explore for a date, a family outing, and obviously, furniture hunting. I have never bought furniture nor research the price, so I have no comment regarding the prices. I bought a rack and I am really happy with its simplicity and usability (+ the price as I am thinking of using it for a long time). I recommend you to go to their food court. All the food is good, but if I were to choose one, it'd be their ice cream cone. I love it simple and tasty.
