great health protocol conducted well here; temperatur check, hands sanitizer, different entry/ exit door, physical distancing table and chair position even each line marked pretty clear. Only a few “guests” still doesn’t apply this (perhaps they laci of knowledge and care) Otherwise, it is great to dine in now, clean well, and for using the sink near the toilet they close one wash basin, only there is one narrow way for both entering and getting out the toilet. And so many kids wander without even wear mask/ face shield, even they are under supervision from their nannies/ parents. Sorry if it is not my cause, but it troubled me as a customer (IMHO the security have to be more strict to watch over these kind of problems). The foods are great, recommended to try their McFlurry and Ice Cream Cone.

wifi and air con is not properly working during morning. it is quite unusual for McDonald's

Never had a terrible McDonald's experience until I went here. The AC is super hot, the service is very slow, and the place is kinda dark. The only upside is that the parking here is huge.

Located in corner of intersection. Open space bright with many windows. Easy to access in one-way street. Nearby Transjakarta stop (Rukan Teuku Umar).

i think this is the best mcd arround, located right on the corner of an intersection, having large park area, kids play area, the only con was the park area looks not well maintained i mean the asphalt and concrete were teared off, when its rain some spot having pot holes

The foods and atmosphere are just like what you might expect from McDonald's. It might get very busy at lunch time. But, because of the relatively high seating capacity, it is less of a problem. The orders are taken by the machines that will accept cards and electronic wallets (Qris ). You have to go to the regular counter to pay using cash. I ordered 20 packages for take out and found out after i have arrived home that 1 package is missing the chicken. So, i talked to them via their whatsapp number on this page and they immediately responded and offered to deliver 1 full package to my address. This is a very positive thing for McDonald's. Mistakes can happen anywhere. But, not all place might show the same effort to make amend.

The best solution to find a fast food in the morning. I can have breakfast on my way to the office.

I am using promo and only in this mcdonald that you get not what you want. I want keel or thigh but They always give you drum stick or wing. The trick they use is giving you drum stick or wing then leave without explanation. Don't be afraid, we are not wrong using promo and they always I am always need to be asking to front table that the order is wrong. Then they are changing the chicken part. Sometimes

Just like other MC Donalds chains..... but now I have to keep in mind to always asking for chili sauce when i buy for taking away.... i have to keep remind myself to ask for chili sauce at mc donalds chains of resto....

Great McD place just like many others

The closest mcd from my home, but mcd karawaci little bit crowded, maybe its because they near from the street. But basically the place was clean and good!

I like the ambiance of this mall. Classy, cozy, not too crowded, and not far from my home.
