1. Staff were rude. You could have done better, especially when patient/customer come and ask any info on the clinic services. 2. Doctor is ok. But don't be shock if the consultation took only like less than 3 minutes. 3. Wonder how much they charged for consultation as the receipt didn't mentioned the sub service we were charged for.

Went to this clinic several times bcs it is near to my house but today is the last straw.. Waiting time after registration usually around 10-15 minutes even if you're the only patient inside the premise. The doctor won't even bother to check on you properly. Asking you a few questions, then that's it. 3 minutes top. Not even use stethoscope or check you physically like a doctor should. Words are sufficient for him to know your problem, I guess.. Then you have to wait another 10-15 minutes for the medication, once again even if you're the only patient. Went there today bcs of fever, coughing and flu. They only provided me paracetamol and cough syrup without the flu medication, and the dose is enough for 3 days only. It is better and cheaper for me to just buy the stuff at pharmacy. Staffs are not friendly at all. Ridiculous service, ridiculous price, ridiculous professionalism.

Worst clinic ever. Staff rude, no soft skill, bercakap dgn tangan peluk tubuh. Talk like customer doesnt have money. Doctor pon kena bayar gaji tapi act macam klinik dia punya. Really bad for enquiries, nak dapatkn rawatan or etc. If youre the owner. Pls la replace ur staff with the one that have qualification and willing to work. From reception to the doctor, is straight bad.. Bayar mahal2 but still act mcm customer have no value. Go get another clinic that value customer more. 🤡🤡

Claimed to be open at 9am, registration took place with the female receptionist with a tudung and glasses who was not only unfriendly but passive too! When I asked her if Dr is in yet at 905, she said the doctor os on the way, and will normally be in by 930am. Be warned!

Went for ankle pain check up due to object fallen on my feet. It got swollen on non gout area on my feet but the doctor keep on asking whether I have Gout. Even have told the cause of pain is from injury. Never coming to this clinic again.

Worst clinic ever. To the Mediviron Management, I would like to draw your attention to the concerns expressed in numerous negative reviews about this particular branch. It seems that despite the feedback, there hasn't been any noticeable improvement in the level of care provided. Please do something!

The service not really good, overcharged if got panel, dr not even bother to ask further (got in only for 10 second). Will not come again this clinic.

I wish I could read the reviews before I went to this stupid clinic. The worst Doctor I have seen. The doctor was Malay guy. Did not even touch the patient to do assesment. With all my symptoms he should done a swab test but he did not do that. He assumed that it’s a viral fever and prescribed medication. Eventhough after taking medication my symptoms did not go down until I had to go to the hospital emergency where they diagnosed that I actually tested positive for COVID. If you can’t improve on your services just close down your clinic.

Doc was good. But counter staff ( specky,fat female) was rude to me n patient after me. I just ask for ponstan for my migrain instead of celebrex that she's given me. Sunddenly she yelled "why u not ask from doc just now?"She can just said it nicely don't have to yell. Not courteos at all. I will not return to this clinic. All will tell all of my friends and family not to come here. Very bad service!

Pls change your attitude dr ALI..dont simply straight away send patient to hosp without proper check up from your side..just say ok u can go and explain at hospital regarding your condition..bad service..

Really bad experience with this clinic, what purpose you go to the clinic if you only talk and just say ok la nanti and give some unnecessary medicine. And it cost me around 150++. CRAZY Just to make sure all aware the doctor is malay and wear glasses and his name tayib something. Please be careful

I went there to get a cough medicine. While I was waiting for my turn, there was a group of foreign workers (I guess was doing a health checkup) . The staff treated them very rudely , like shouting so LOUDLY each time she gave instruction to them. They are not deaf they just dont understand english or Malay so there was no need to shout. I would like to suggest the clinic if you make a lot of money from the foreign workers that they come almost every week, just provide a visual instruction . Be kind to people, they come far away from home to earn money.

Disappointed. Came because of continuous fever but then got only 1 day MC which same day and so expensive i can check even i use medical card panel

I have bad migraine and headache, even i was halfway perform my duty, i went to the clinic using grab. You gave me the medicine but didn’t provide any mc. If i am not sick, then u dont have to provide any medicine at all. Where is the logic? Worst service.

I went under panel, they gave me tahan sakit, gastric and calfox... It cost rm197... I gt not clue why it cost that much. Even the doctor dont evem check anything. If can i would rate them 0 star. Not recommended.

Didnt ask days of illness. Only check for temperature and do auscultation. Eventho pt said he used inhaler and have pain around headache yet didnt check for blood pressure and SPO2. We didnt come to private clinic only for such MC !

Unfriendly staff, poor services, expensive charges while not meeting the value of service. The only reason I’m here is because it’s the only place that does PCR and RTK near my place! The doctor barely checks your condition. Overcharged on all cheap medicine you can find at pharmacist. The antibiotics given doesn't work. Worst experience for a doctor visit.
