Please don't bring your wife to do normal maternity(baby) scan here because they will charge rm298 for normal scan with tablets so called expensive tablets it's seems. ...other clinic charge around rm60 to tm80...worst clinic ever

Poor reception and service. Did my 1st shot of HPV vaccination here, made appointment at 11am. Upon reaching on time, the receptionist mentioned doctor has not arrived and ask to come back few hours later as my appointment time was not set correctly at the very first place. They even questioned why was I there when in fact I made an appointment earlier. 1 day before the 2nd shot of vaccination, I had to call 4 times to check if the vaccine is available. Still nobody is able to answer and feedback. Price also increased from RM 500 (1st shot) to RM 550 (2nd shot), simply because they have forgotten to include the service charges for injection during the 1st vaccination. There's also additional 2% charges for usage of credit card, which causes extra if you are using card for payment. Decided to go somewhere else for my remaining shots of vaccination for better service at least.

If no star can be given I will give no star. Prices is already expensive yet the credit card charges 2% charge on the customer some more and did not inform in advance when doing payment only tell, I have to fork out an extra RM100 becoz they charge the credit card charge onto the customer.

Poor service by the staff Vani who were rushing to answer the call queries and even being rude on call..please improve the customer svc skill in future..

Poor reception service. Even Doctor also late more than 45min still not in clinic. Really disappointed, won't come back here again.
