[Update 04/10/2022] I ordered nasi lemak MCD, they didn't give sambal, so I told the staff. Waiting for a while, the staff seemed not helping me, kept doing his own things. When I asked him again, he told that counter said ready gave me. Am I a joke? If the counter had updated you, you should come back to me, not letting me waiting like a fool. So now I ended up with no sambal, and you think I want to curi sambal? I saw them but at counter, and everyone seemed don't want take any action, I don't want to argue with them, I just want to have my supper and back home. Good day😀 (Long time ago) Drive-thru here is always a queue. Usually, there is also a small crowd if you wanna dine-in, acceptable waiting time. Staff service also good.

One of the best McDonalds branch out there, fries are always perfect, staff remembers customer’s coffee preference. This branch is usually super busy all the time but the staffs has never shown any kind of dissatisfaction. They take customer’s complaints very seriously and always abide to customer’s request.

I had the pleasure of visiting tun hussein McDonald's today and was truly impressed by the outstanding service provided by the manager Najuah. Despite the busy lunch hour, she took the time to get what I wanted from the menu. It's clear that she takes pride in her work and genuinely cares about providing top-notch service to every customer.
