I came across Ruby’s shop after searching in google for a lash service nearby my area. I had a very bad lash done and I needed it to be taken off urgently as I feel very uncomfortable. Ruby was very friendly and very bubbly in person. She handled my lash with so much care and I felt painless throughout the whole process. She took her time to slowly made sure to minimise my real lash losses. Ruby didn’t even try to sell me any package or is pushy. I wanted to do eye lash tint but she was honest to tell me to let me lash grow back then only she will do for me. Her honestly and happy personality made me want to come back again. I was looking to do brow embroidery near where I stay and happen to come across this place with amazing google reviews, which seemed too good to be true. Decided to give it a try and I now understand myself about the excellent reviews. Ruby has such a bubbly personality that makes you feel at ease. She is not pushy at all and will keep emphasizing that the we as the customer can always take our time to go back think about it, even after the consultation. From beginning until end, it was such an amazing experience, I felt like I was making a visit to a dear friend instead. I will definitely keep going back.
