Terrible staff service... An example is... 10 staff there, 2 staff working, 3 staff pretending busy, 4 staff day dreaming, 1 more hovering around dunno doing what... Buy a slice of cake also need wait 20mins... Apa macam la...

We went there knocked and there are at least 3 person inside, the website says 24hours, the music is very loud,hence, obviously they saw us but pretended not to. We went to the drive thru and shouted excuse me but still despite of our loud hi and excuse they didnt bother to acknowledge us. The website should be changed if the store hours are otherwise.

Their food taste are really worst. Why Mc D have difference outlet difference food taste? I always go NSK Merry Brown for burger and chicken, best chicken & burger i ever like to eat is NSK merry brown outlet. This MC D food is cheap but tastless. very disappointed with their food taste. The burger is so sourcing, cucumber slide is damn sour.. not really deserve any stars. will never come here.!!

I’m very glad MCD was the nearest from my workplace!! This MCD is not too big. It is very hard to find parking if you are new in this area. The food is alwaysss GOOD, especially AYAM GORENG!! My never ending LOVE just for AYAM GORENG.

Friendly staff and a nice place to be. Just that its quite difficult to get a parking spot near the outlet. Anyway they also offers drive through.

Came here so many times, My Fries always fills up inadequate amount. Everytime i ordered fried chicken,i Request breast only / thigh only, always get differences from wut i request, needs to repeat again n again. And today i request no drum no wing, and i get drum. Fade up... if it is not CNY, most restarurant closed. i don even bother to come mcdonald anymore. Nowadays Food is not tasty somemore and prices changes, better spend ur money a little bit more in other places.

The french fries always hard and cold, the coca cola always no gas sorry to say but this mcdo branch is un acceptable even you give them a heads up. I hope the management can train them basic.

Few times I have been here and always get my fries half full!!!!! I ordered large fries and it will be like in the photo, half filled. Please give proper training for your employees!! Such a lousy MCD. DISAPPOINTED every time. Not once or twice. EVERY TIME

The french fries here is “harder” than how my life is now. You guys are franchise, please maintain ur quality so that foreigners dont look down on our McDonalds!!!! Their food sold out but still on kiosk counter.staff not well train bad service. Exchanged food that are lower than my bill. My bill was rm 6.35 , the food I exchange is rm6.10 she didn't give me back my change and didn't apologies on the inconveniences. No manners

I was waiting for so long, there were no fries prepared for my order. I need to ask the staff to prepare it. There is no mixed & matched spicy fried chicken. You have to wait another 10 minutes. While waiting, I heard one of the staff shout ‘Ayam lagi berapa jam? 4jam? , Ayam ayam’’. Hello, I'm paying not begging for free food. And after 10 minutes, one staff member said no spicy, but got original only. I only got 2 packets of chili sauce for ordered Rm119.05, because no stock?????? Another thing is my set ayam goreng mcd spicy with sweet sauce zizan razak. There’s no special sauce, they said the sauce is finished & replaced it with another sauce. Omg, please close this mcd. Very inconvenient f&b.

drive-thru I would like to feedback something,everything is fine but drive-thru will mostly forget some order or giving me something I dosen't order to "replace" what I order.For example I order burger but it comes nuggest ,hope won't happen again cause this is the 4th time.Thanks ^-^
