Staff were professional, friendly, and efficient . Arrived on time for my appointment and did not have to wait at all. Great experience! Update: The treatment plan for my aligners came out. However, I am asked to return to the clinic for a further checkup as they would not be proceeding with my treatment without said further checkup. When questioned, I am told that the initial checkup was not detailed enough regarding my existing root canal. This is despite that in the initial checkup I specifically notified the dentist about my existing root canal and was being assured on the spot that my existing root canal will not affect the treatment. Prior to my further checkup, many of my follow up questions regarding my root canal went unanswered - such as how many visits are required for redoing root canal and crowning, what are the next steps if redoing root canal is needed, etc. All I got was the same boiler plate response "we can only know after looking into it during the follow-up check". All these, and yet, they have the audacity to charge me for the follow-up check. I am starting to feel they are disingenuous, and considering giving up on the treatment even before beginning. Update 2: A 10-min further checkup session just to reconfirm that there were no issues with the treatment because my root canal is at the back and will not be affected. Note that this is the same message in my initial checkup just being reiterated here. Furthermore, while my root canal questions were all finally answered, the answers were so general - like "it depends, ..." and "unless we rescan and open up your root canal, ..." - that they could have been provided through a call without said follow-up check. All these for 80 quick bucks, not mentioning my time to travel up and down. *sigh*

It’s been an amazing journey with clear aligner. My teeth right now aligned beautifully and I’m quite satisfied with it. The duration of treatment also really short not like traditional braces even though you really have to pantang some hard food. The team also helped me a lot during this journey. Overall quite satisfied with the clear aligner.

Great service and thorough explanation from beginning of the process. Customer service and consultants are responsive with satisfactory answers although I tend to ask many questions. Dr Buva which is the doctor in charge is very friendly and soft-spoken, makes your dental trips less scary! What I love most is this clinic is so cozy, just like at home.
