This mall is looks food from outside, but it is looks like run down after you step inside. Many shops close and vacant. Carpark are dark. They only renovate outside to attract people, but inside is quiet.

Mall looks better from the outside after renovations done a while back. Inside however, remains roughly the same - just cleaner though. There's always a sale at the ground floor, concourse area. If you are looking for household stuff then here is the place to be. You have the option of HomePro, Mr DIY and ACE Hardware. There's still quite a number of empty stores though - probably due to rental rates. Take note that weekend parking rates is now rm4!

The Summit Usj Shopping Mall has been a part of the Subang neighborhood since 1998. It’s the go-to mall for groceries, a catch-up with friends over coffee, a birthday celebration, last-minute gift-shopping, getting prepped for school, a movie escape, getting your phone fixed – well, just about anything that helps make our lives just that little bit easier, and a little more fun. The Summit USJ Shopping Mall connected to The Summit Hotel and the office block, Menara Summit. Most shoplets are closed due to the pandemic and there is FnB outlets on Ground & Lower Ground Floor.

Awesome experience I ever had... Each and everything available in a one roof. A huge shopping mall including everything you consume and use in your daily life from pin to top and from clothes to shoes. Highly recommend reasonable price of everything.

Summit & Damen mall are underrated gems 💎. Bookxcess in damen, Cat co-working cafe, 3 unique bookstores (not franchise), carpet store, old pottery store, random old antique shops, random IT shops, random kopitiams. Clean, less peeps. 10/10 would visit again.

The atmosphere and environment are calm. There are many shops that not open yet. NSK and Mr DIY are available in this mall. Newly open NSK increase the mall popularity. It's very convenient those who are using public transport. There are USJ 7 LRT and BRT station, also bus station near mall. Near are De men mall, Gaint, MyDin and Segi College.

Mere ordinary mall. Somehow attract many people to come. There's a basketball court at top floor. Can fulfill your bucket list if you come for shopping but don't expect branded item here. I come for lunch at Chinese Muslim restaurant during weekend and salon for hair cut.

It's okay, from outside the mall look great. But once you entered it look average. Most shop is closed not much choice of restaurant. To enter the basement parking Is confusing and i ended up parking in front of the mall that cost literally RM8 🤣

We went to Home Pro. Mr Lee, one of the staff, was so friendly and helpful. We were there a couple of weeks ago too. Another staff helped us out on our purchase of curtain rods. He (his name sounds like Kelvan) was very knowledgeable and friendly too. He is also very well versed in beddings. There are so many things we can find there. With the good customer service, we will sure visit again. Thank you, Home Pro, for having such friendly and helpful employees

I stayed at Summit Hotel USJ and it is connected to this mall. All I can say is if you’re bored, you can walk around here. There is not much to see but better than nothing right? I always love a hotel that is connected to a shopping mall. I think that is a bonus for the guests and it can save their time rather than going out to go somewhere.

Actually good hotel, but due to covid they are not maintaining well. My room was not cleaned while am visiting and the worst thinks foods. Some of the dishes are really nice too.. worst part of the hotel internet is down some time not even connecting to the wifi. If you ask any questions to reception they saying simply we are not responsible for that. I simply hate the stay

Sadly, this once flashy mall has lost most of its attraction after the long hiatus due to the pandemic. Most of the upper floor shops are already closed for good except for a few that has managed to retain their regular customers. Parking is easily available as not many people comes here anymore. Perhaps the management should do some promotional campaigns to bring back the regulars. All is not lost if they are serious about turning this mall around.

This Mall is good location and strategic place for everyone convenience. But sad to say...Please give this chance to other property holder like IOI group which can develop better with more varieties of shops and attract more customers to visit this place...Its been like haunted area and place always... Should do something !

A very nice mall that isn't overcrowded. Has a cinema, museum for miniature buildings and an open art display corridor. You can borrow a stroller whilst you're there by handing in your ID and a minimum RM15 deposit which you will get back after returning the stroller.

I wished I can rate -1 star. What mall doesn't give grace period for parking? I could be entering the wrong mall (which I did) and literally exiting at the next parking exit I see within two mins. And I had to pay for RM1? Not petty for RM1 but for the fact that I had to pay for taking the wrong turn.

Parking has a new cashless system where you scan QR code and pay before exit. Weekends can be a lot of people. Spacious areas with some new shops opening and make this place more lively again. A lot of activities being organized during weekends here too. Can find just about anything needed, from restaurants, fashion shops, thrifty shops, preloved Japanese items, furniture, home appliances, health shop and even a clinic.

I actually like this place. Not typical shopping mall, like went through a treasure hunt and some shop really gives you time tunnel and still exist. Could notice from their signage and deco. Unfortunately some couldn't stand. Of course if you are looking for more modern high class type, this is not that typical type. But still like it.

The Summit isn't a high end mall though the first two floors may give a good impression. You can quickly see that many shops are closed and are actually storage space of sorts. Therefore this isn't a good place to hang out or go window shopping, you need to come here for a very specific reason; they do have a decent cinema but I would not recommend going for movies given the CoVD nowadays.

A strategically located commercial premise that still has one of the darkest lighted parking bays I know which makes it dangerous to drive alone even for a guy. That is why people try their best to park closest to the escalator where a guard sits. I have seen many outlets close over the years as it appeared to champion cheap goods. I nowadays avoid the place unless I have to eg for a specific thing, I feel there are better safer, more attractive shopping complexes closely.

Your redemption system is very bad. You make your customer to queue for an hour and the voucher and bowl redemption finished without notifying the customer in the queue. This is so unorganised and unfair. I will not come to visit your shopping mall again. If you want to give redemption to your customer, please do it professionally and generously. Your redemption started at 12pm and finished at 1.40pm. What type of redemption limit is this. As though you have millions of shoppers here during this hour. Our time is also valuable.

I always love this mall. 🥰 The location is in the heart of Subang, parking rates are reasonable, and there are nice restaurants, and shops there. It's not too crowded which is great to avoid COVID ... 😅 And every now and then, there are events there. On festive occasions, the mall gives away nice gifts with purchases at selected stores. Lovely place to go for families ... Definitely one if my favourite malls ... 💕💕💕

This mall is quite disappointing as it feels almost empty, with only the theme park keeping it alive. There's no supermarket or grocery shopping options available. Walking through the top floor, the smell of cigarettes is unpleasant, especially when with kids. Parking is inconvenient, requiring payment through an autopay machine instead of modern card or TnG systems.

Today we come to summit for Thai festival food.overall is good ,but I so worried and quiery, confused halal food none halal food. When we arrive summit,Thai festival food ,they mix halal food and none halal food. Lucky peniaga Chinese letak note , template Pork at their gerai makanan!! I would like to suggest buat 2 line halal food and none halal food..so,smua org awam especially Malay, will know and more alert and bcare when we choose the food. Terus terang2 Saya katakn cara pengurusan yg x brp sistematik dn bijak.

Why bother having late night shows if you are going to restrict usage of escalators? Think about old folks! You expect people to walk and walk to find exits? The mall looks dodgy as hell and smells funky. We end up taking elevator all the way to B1, walked through a loop to reach Summit entrance where we parked. Useless guards can’t converse proper BM or English, sitting around playing with their phones. What a way to waste my Saturday night 🤦🏾‍♂️
