This is the mall that killed Suvang Parade, and they sell to be a little more busy than the other. I find the tenants here are a little more lifestyle, therefore they cater to a bigger crowd. Choices are more interesting than the old mall concepts. Again, the lower levels are busier as most of the F&B are found here. Overall facilities are well balanced and the anchor is Jaya Grocer. Still not a bad place to visit after all these years.

Small upscale mall for young professionals and their families. Place is immensely popular among the locals around the greater Subang area. Lots of boutique brands abound this small mall not unlike another one around the main Bangsar area. The lower floors are predominantly eateries, cafes, and bars.

Though this shopping mall is quite small but it is well inclusive of eateries of various kinds and also shops with daily essentials. Shops selling kitchen utilities, bedding products, skin care products, DIY and plenty more. Western, Fusion, Japanese, Vietnamese, Chinese, Malay and Indian foods can be found here. Not forgetting to mention, there are also some fine bakeries and cafe here. Even there is a choice of different hair salons for you to choose. Jaya Grocer can be found at the lower ground floor and can be easily accessible from the basement car park. To sum up, there are plenty to fill up your shopping lists at this mall .

It's just an ordinary shopping mall here. Not really fancy about it. Thumb ups for clean toilets but sadly not their restaurant. Had an unpleasant dine in at Rakuzen where I have to kill 1 baby cockroach and 2 adult cockroach. Another advantage in here is that they have tng reload machine and it's free of charges. Not really keen to come or make a return trip there if no resolve their hygiene level.

Great mall. Quite and has the essential stores for your everyday needs. Decent amount of parking at a good price. Dr. DIY, Jaya, Lavender, Starbucks, Zus Coffee, Toys R Us, Lego and plenty of Restaurants and there's Karaoke. Attached to the Empire Hotel. Highest level gets hot. Parking lot exits are poorly marked.

A quite nice and well kept shopping mall. But the shops and layout of the place seems to be quite narrow and crowded and everything is close to each other. Plenty of shops and restaurants available here. Jaya Grocer is the anchor supermarket here.

An upscale mall and quite a huge mall with numerous F&B outlets, retail and massage. It was very quite as I was there early in the morning about 10 am. Though it’s early quite a number of store has already opened especially for breakfast. You can find also find Uniqlo, Skechers, kids, maternity clothing there too.

Just alright... A little too small and cramped for me. The lower floor with the supermarket can get very noisy - all the families with noisy and unsupervised spoiled/grumpy brats tagging along 😆

This is not a very large mall, but they have good brands retailing everything from apparel, footwear, eye ware, cosmetics, home deco, health equipment, and large format grocer. Also lots of F&B outlets to choose from.

I had the opportunity to pray at the surau at ESG. One of the best maintained surau. Very clean, comfortable, padded wood flooring, well lit. It even have its own toilet stalls. Kudos to ESG management for investing to create a 5 star surau. Alhamdulillah.

Good place for hangout with friends and family. There are many restaurant. Few clothing brand shop like Uniqlo. Jaya grocery inside. Few aesthetic clinic. Place is calms. Near of LRT and KTM Subang Jaya its just 5 to 8 minutes walking distance. Good architecture but difficult to navigate.

More upmarket compared to Subang Parade which is situated just across the street. Quite a number of branded outlets can be found here. Mall is not that big so when it gets crowded during weekends you'll probably get a little uneasy browsing around. Regardless, there's quite a wide choice of food and beverage outlets here too.

Parking- you should not make patrons pay 10% charge using non-cash method. Imagine if ones RM10, RM1 surcharge!! Absurd! A penny is a penny. Even if you want to recoup cost of putting the infrastructure, a fixed cap surcharge would had been more sensible!! Anyway, should not have surcharge at all! I have been there 4x last 4 weeks and normally dash to B3 for minimal hassle to get a bay.. Today, ticket machine could not dispense ticket. Forced to use T&G card. Restrooms- toilet rolls not replenished, and dirty. So dirty for a relatively "young" mall. Bad infrastructure. Only one lift taking patrons from B3 to level 1- for a huge mall..if I had not sessions in Level 1, I would not had patronized this mall.

Toilet is brightly lit and clean. Many eateries in this mall, there are some located outside the mall but within the mall compounds. Parking is RM 3.30 for the first hour if I'm not mistaken. Nice place.

Definitely a great place to chill yet the location is kind of in the far end of the golden triangle, after the mall is where you get to the highway. Liked the experience here, can get jam-packed while on peak hours. This mall is a place where I don't have the desire to go back, as if there was some sort of emptiness when I shopped there, beautifully designed but nothing gets you, like a beautiful disaster. Basically you can get your essentials after walking around. Good luck to those visitors tried to come with public transport because walking is fun and suntanning is healthy.

Post MCO it's not as crowded as it used to be, which makes for a pleasant weekend visit. No longer need to battle the crowds or queue to get into restaurants. Parking is still a chore due to the small sized parking area though, but overall, nice place to visit if you want to avoid the weekend mosh.

Let me rate this recently pork free mall. Don't let a Mall define your way of life or choices you made regards to your eating habit. If food is your soul and you are willing to pay a high price for quality food, go elsewhere and by all means leave this mall alone. If thr business can choose their type of customer by ignoring their needs, we also can choose the type of business we support or reject. Skip the whole mall and let's show them how much buying power we have and customer is king.

Honestly quite deserted during the CMCO period except for the LG floor with multiple eateries, restaurants and Jaya Grocer. The higher you go, the lesser the people. Think most patrons are there for groceries and dining-ins. The highest level have some great spots for photo. Parking is very easily available with reasonable rates. Christmas songs do give a more vibrant vibe to the mall, especially those from MC 😉. Great job and thank you.

A very good community mall, has everything you need and want. Would recommend robataya restaurant, good service and food, usually not crowded and is clean. One of the better Jaya grocer too with alot selections, found the best cuts for meats there for some reason. Highly recommend the Chitose tomatoes which I was only able to find in this particular Jaya grocer branch

nice mall but it's shocking that their management allows people to smoke away freely around the La Bodega and near the so-called basement "underground parking". it's unfathomable that we actually pay a higher parking rate at this area but are subjected to so much second-hand smoke from cigarettes and vapes. have submitted numerous complaints to the Ministry of Health but no action taken so far and also sent email with pics as proof to their HR email add (since they didnt have any other email add on their website) but not surprising, golden silence from them.

A comfortable place for shopping and dining around Subang Jaya. Some of the tenants changed after the MCO like Charles and Keith, Pedro, Croc, McDonald's no more.. The washroom here has a lot of big mirror. Good for checking our outlook from front to back.

Good place with some good eateries and stores for most common needs. The only downside to the mall is That it has only one accessible lift, and it is always full of inconsiderate, healthy, abled people using it needlessly. If you are in a wheelchair or have infants in strollers, this place is a nightmare.

The parking used to be fulled but now easy to get parking due to covid19. The only reason I go to this mall is to have Madam Kwan Curry Laksa. Since i had a bad experienced few years back, I never did visited the place until recently. I have noticed many shopped also closed (gulung tikar). This time, I made a visit to meet a friend at Lisette Cafe which I found the place is also over-rated.

Not too bad. Homey neighborhood mall. Can get slightly crowded around meal times. Good enough food outlets. Parking is a little narrow. Loved their toilets - clean and not the usual garish white lighting. Heard on the grapevine that the central airconditioning isn't turned on until 11-ish. So if you are the type to value cooler temperatures, i would suggest to come at a later time. Would drop by again for a peaceful catch up with friends.

Went to Serai@Empire Subang for lunch with our good friends just before Ramadan but was not aware that we need to book first to secure the seats. Not a big deal coz we waited for only half and hour. The ladies got a point to wander around. The mall was quite busy that day. We couldn't get any parking inside but went to the other side of the road to parked at a private parking. Parking fees is very reasonable, Rm5.50 for almost five hours. The mall inside was not crowded but with many people around probably pre Ramadan shopping or gathering just like us. The environment was quite relaxing and we went in and out a few outlets for window shopping. Quite a lot of good stuffs around. Managed to get a pair of shoes at Thomas Chan, quite a good deal. Serai has not failed on the taste and quality of foods but the price, I personally think that it'a a little bit pricey. We ended the day having a cup of hot chocolate and tidbits at Jardin Coffee and Tea.

Went here for lunch with some colleagues on a week day. The car park has a few levels underground and was very busy. There are lots of good places to eat here but are on the expensive side and very busy during the lunch time. We had called earlier and made a booking reservation and was lucky. Apart from the many food outlets there are some clothes stores, a hotel attached and a few other outlets but nothing special if you are comparing to other malls. Convenient place if you looking for a meal and the company is paying... Haha... Car park is payable via Touch and Go.

My hair was very dull in the color from traveling and using purple shampoo. he refreshed the color and also gave me a haircut that gave me a lot more volume. On top of being an outstanding hairdresser he is also a very friendly person and very nice to chat to! Ken oso very friendly

Used to love the mall for its convenience and simplicity of a small mall with nice choice of food selection and stores. But since under the new management NU Empire, some of the better ones have moved on. And the escalators seem to be getting worse. Just last Sunday, we experienced 5 broken escalators, and that was only from the B4 car park to Uniqlo. I don't think I've experienced a non-broken escalator in the mall for a long time.

Empire Shopping Gallery in Subang Jaya stands out as a premium shopping destination, offering a sophisticated retail experience. The diverse range of upscale brands, coupled with chic dining options, creates an upscale atmosphere. The architecture and ambiance contribute to a pleasant shopping environment. However, parking can be challenging during peak hours, and some may find the prices on the higher side. Overall, it's a great spot for those seeking a classy shopping and dining experience in the Subang area.

Was just at Nu Empire over the weekend with some friends. There is ample parking space available. Compared to other malls, Nu Empire didn't have much Christmas deco around the mall. There were no Christmas songs being played. That was sad. Prefer to go to other malls which makes an effort for every festive season.
