👍👍 Lychee sweet and sour pork is the recommended dish here, it was crispy and tasty. Regular size was just nice for 2 adults. The service here was good. Didn't order too much here. Cabbage rice was also good. People often mention sour, good, pork, sweet, fried, taste, nice, dishes, soup, delicious,

Good chinese cuisine.. this outlet is able to accommodate about 10 families, so be sure to arrive early to beat the queue!

First time visiting this branch. The stanfard seems to be be quite low compared to 1U branch. Ordered the lunch set for 2 people and additional fried chicken with garlic. The foods are quite disappointing. Fried chicken is dry and not flavorful. Others were just so so. None of the foods has any wok hei. Same to the drinks, barlee and chrysanthemums tea: bland. Staffs were polite but not attentive. Missed out our soursop drink. The barlee, we ordered cold, but it was entered as hot. Prices are above average, but not worth it.

This place is slightly crowded on a Thursday night. The food is considerably good and the outstanding one will be the drunken squid and stir fried yam. The drunken squid is slightly sour and spicy so it makes a very good starter. The chrysanthemum tea is refillable. 2 pax meal cost around RM150.

Claypot Fish Soup taste good. Deep fried yam cubes too hard. Sweet & sour pork just so so, normal dai chao also taste better then Putien. Service was good. Michelin 1* ? Probably imported the brand and Michelin * but not the quality.

Saw that Pu Tien is Michelin One Star, am eager to try to see if the food is good and worth the star. Food is pretty basic, taste almost the same as a normal chinese restaurant. Among all the dishes that we ordered the sweet & sour fish is the nicest even though i hate sweet & sour style of cooking. The soup that i orderd forgot the name literally had no soup because it was all sucked up by the tong fun, we asked for them to add soup for us which they did.

Too expensive compare with the foods quality. I understand the restaurant is situated in the Sunway Mall tat s why the price is expensive… but the food quality did not match the price and the One Michelin Star award 😔 disappointed w the foods esp the deep fried yellow croaker.

Hi, I would like to file a complaint . I am planning to have my birthday meal here but it toook so long for our dishes to serve. I know it it busy but we came before the crowd and it take so long. Even the crowd get their food and we haven’t . This is kind of making us feel sad especially when ur customer planning to celebrate such an important day at your place. We aren’t expecting this to happen in a Michelin one star restaurant, but it happen. Kind of disappointed at this. There are so many waiters and managers around but it doesn’t appear to increase the efficiency. This happens twice at our single visit. When waiting for our main dishes to be served and even the dessert took so long .

Food and environment remains top class. Usual recommended dishes like lychee sweet and sour pork, beancurd soup with white cabbage were nice. Tried the garlic roast chicken, deep fried pork trotters, spinach and stir fry pork with fried man tou buns and they tasted splendid too! 1000% recommend if you want to eat a good meal with comfort and great service.

Good friend of mine invited me for a Birthday lunch here ~ very kind of her 🙏 Food are delicious ~ my number 1 pick is the Fried Oyster/Oyster Omelette & last is the Seaweed (we are actually confused with the taste - not the type of Seaweed taste that we have thought)

Tasteful food seasoned just right. Comfortable setting. 3 stars as portions were rather small. We were told that the noodles were for 2 portions each but it was enough for 1. Will be nice to know the actual portions upfront to be able to order sufficiently for the table.

Putien is a crowd favourite and gets crowded especially during lunch & dinner. The name Putian comes from a city in Fujian province and it’s unique cuisine there. The 3 must tries are the Fujian Lor Mee, Ca Fen & the Fried Heng Hwa Bee Hoon. The service here is generally fast and good.

One of my favorite restaurants. I really like the vegetable that a little bit soupy and comes together with golden garlic. The cereal shrimps are really nice but a bit greasy if you want to finish most of them alone. The drunken squid definitely blows my mind. It's chewy and all the flavors are absorbed by squid, it's tasty and has a strong flavor, suitable for alcohol. But the service kind of confused me. Usually I'll go with my boyfriend, 2 of us will guide to the 2pax table, but the thing is, the table is really small and this restaurant usually serves their dishes in a pretty huge plate which makes us have to finish faster so there's a place for them to serve the next dishes. We can't really enjoy the food peacefully but have to rush to finish quickly, I hope you all can change this kind of problem.

Overall, Putien restaurant has consistently impressed us with their delicious food. Our top 3 favourites from Putien: 1. Deep Fried Squirrel Fish: This is one of our absolute favorites, which boasts a crispy exterior and tender, flavorful fish inside. 2. Red Mushroom Lor Mee: A noodle dish that delights with its rich, savory broth. It is simply mouthwatering. 3. Spinach with Salted & Century Egg in Supreme Stock: The spinach dish is delicious, with the unique flavors of salted and century eggs. The supreme stock elevates the dish to new heights. The Fried Heng Hwa Bee Hoon is also worth trying. While the Sweet & Sour Pork with Lychee is a hit with the kids, I personally prefer the deep-fried squirrel fish, which also offers a delightful sweet and sour flavor.

First time trying out this outlet and must say the food is consistent. Outside seating area a bit cramp though. Had the few usuals, signature noodle, the soup, cabbage fried rice, garlic fried chicken and the sweet and sour pork. The tea is refillable.

Sweet and sour pork with lychees is average - disappointed that there is less than one full lychee in the whole dish. Spinach in supreme stock is decent. 100 second stewed yellow croaker is average. Stir-fried chilli clams is good. The chilli dip is great. Service is acceptable. Place is clean and not too noisy.

Dine on sat lunch was semi packed but service was amazing. Food came within 10 mins of order. The pork knuckles was out of stock so abit disappointed. Ordered sweet sour pork and nothing special about it except lychee. Ordered speciality soup noodle and that was delicious and oyster egg which was full of oysters. Funny thing their cleanliness rated B by municipal council for a 1 star michelin. 😂😂

Food was Okay. Nice.. But kangkung belacan was not enough taste, less belacan, more stem and is less leaf. Chicken not so special is Dry. Their Chili Sauce was appetizing, like Chicken Rice chilli sauce.

RM260++ Included 2 person set A, add on two dishes (a vege & a lychee sweet & sour pork), two white rices & 4 drinks just nice for 4 adult. (P/s: Dont like the spice taste of mifen gen, should order fried beehoon)
