26 March 2022 : Would be great if there's ATM machine since it' the last stop of Kelana Jaya Line. But on top of that, Ms. Roshazimah (i can't really remember her name, but she was on duty at the customer service office counter on 26 March around 3-5 p.m) was SUPER HELPFUL, and she spoke in a very kind manner. She seemed really passionate about helping people! She was generous in sharing information to the customers. And the staff at waffle and sweet corn stall named Siti was SUPER KIND too. The sweet corn was delicious! They deserve the world. God bless them Edit 31 Jul 2022 : I think her name was Ms. Rosyatimah. Aaa i really couldn't remember but she's the most helpful person i've ever met at any train stations

Like if this helped you. Huge interchange. LRT KJL (kelana jaya line) train also touch here. You can move to other parts of city from this station. Busses are also available here at down side. Clean and clear environment and secure. Stairs and escalators available. Washroom also available and clean. Train on time usually. Parking also available but charged I think. Can come to Bandar Tasik Selatan to get KLIA train or Kommuter train.

Not easy to find on google map as the station using residential name. If you type LRT only the parking lot appear. Need improvement for easy map navigate.

The interchange station for Putra line and Star line. Both lines are on the same level but just going to different directions. Since this is the first or last station, plenty of empty seats during normal hours. They do have a big parking lot for commuters but will be fully taken during normal working days before 8am. Convenient station for those going to KL or other areas.

It's so good that RapidKL built an LRT station at Putra Heights. The station has toilet and also a surau but no stores or anything which is quite dissapointing for a main station.

This is the interchange between the Kelana to the Sri Petaling LRT lines. The connecting Sri Petaling line allows a person to commute all the way to Sentul Timur. The Sri Petaling LRT is popularly referred to as the Cheras route by the locals around the area. Ridership has more or less returned back to pre-pandemic level of traffic and the lines are popular among secondary and tertiary students.

after approximately 6-7 years , this last-mile LRT station is still working efficiently. (Except for the busses) For those who want to go to Bandar Saujana Putra , you can wait for shuttle bus/van at the bus station (ground floor) which is operated by Mitways Travel & Tours. For your convenience , make sure to tell them where you want to stop before hopping in because currently they usually serve MAHSA-BSP21-LRT route. The only thing i want to complain is they're unlikely to use a bus. Instead, they're using a van. Fee is priced at RM4 per pax. You can refer to my pictures below for your reference~ *By the way , i heard that Kumpool carpooling service will be served here soon? I hope so. (source: trust me bro)

Regarding bus station: It was Modern, Clean, peace station like a library before, been commute for years since it open mid 2016 sometime no people sometime plenty however we are harmony, until disturbing school kids hang out making noise which should be illegal regardless still remain commute able. Problem occur since February 2019 with new route to KLIA airport, introduce E1 RapidKL bus not only reserving half of the station just for them only but also their driver who are unprofessionally new will have to share rest place with us passenger this surprisingly causing disruption & unharmony if that a word. With them sharing, the place becoming a market, disturbing, noise, annoying. Wonder what will happen once this route lit off with plenty passenger collide with drivers. There are existing driver restroom but occupied by local bus driver who are good & professional. Many would try to avoid this station right now as best possible but bus from Saujana Putra often taking longer time. I would advice these new driver to respect the station or Prasarana should build another driver restroom beside existing one. Build new will be more feasible solution once this new route capture many passenger maybe the modern day are gone welcoming the old day Bus Station if the management are becoming bad which what the people say corrupt. Afterall they have plan for this new route but badly manage their driver. Another co driver here are Jetbus & Nadiputra who barely exit their bus maybe these E1 bus can take this as good example because it's their place for work not hangout knowing they are worst than school kids. Photo taken during peace time well with the professional local bus.

This station always closes around 11 pm at night despite being a major terminal for the Kelana Jaya line. When they close so early, it means no more ongoing trains along the Kelana Jaya line! Always around 11 pm the lazy staff all gone home already, and can see the station looking like a haunted place, even though they are supposed to close at 11:30 pm, and NOT 11 pm! Only trains available on Kelana Jaya line are those heading BACK to Putra Heights, NOT coming from Putra Heights.....!

The interchange station for different public transport line, similar to stations like Abdullah Hukum, Masjid Jamek, Hang Tuah, KL Sentral and Subang Jaya. Lrt Putra Heights interconnect the Putra line (also known as Kelana Jaya line) and Star line (also known as Ampang Line). This station is spacious, for the first timers, only the escalator at the middle is being used so don't go to the ones on the left or right (only used when there's issues). There's also bus going to KLIA and KLIA2 here, for either RM10 (RapidKL) or RM6 (Skybus, used to be RM4 at start)

An interchange station between the LRT Kelana Jays line and Sri Petaling/Ampsng lines. Platforms for the two lines are on the same level, across from each other. Just hop down from train and stride over to the other! Also, a new addition recently in March 2019 is the Jetbus service to KLIA and KLIA 2. One way ticket is at RM 4.00. Ticket is available at the bus counter located near the bus lane. This is convenient for budget travellers staying near to LRT stations to use this service at a much lower cost compared to taxi and ERL from KL Sentral. Give it a go!

Accessibility (⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐): Easily accessible with convenient entry and exit points. A commuter's delight! 🙂 Cleanliness (⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐): Impressive maintenance, keeping platforms and waiting areas consistently tidy. A clean and pleasant commuting experience! 😀 Timely Service (⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐): Adheres to a commendable schedule, ensuring trains are punctual. A reliable mode of transportation! 😸👍 Staff Assistance (⭐⭐⭐): Helpful staff, particularly with purchasing daily mycity passes. While not overly cheerful, their assistance is appreciated. 🕳️👨‍🦯 Overall Experience (⭐⭐⭐⭐): LRT Putra Heights offers a reliable and clean commuting experience. Staff assistance could be more cheerful, but they are helpful when needed.

As a person who always start by using lrt klj, the interchange with ampang line is great.. just need to get out from train to go to another train. Timing all put in display. So far, the rapidkl/ Prasarana staff available on the floor at most time. Hence, feel save when alone

The biggest train station within the Kelana Jaya and Sri Petaling line. Spacious, clean and comfortable. There are plenty of parking available. The station has a small surau for commuters to use. Commuters could exchange within Kelana Jaya line and Sri Petaling line easily without exiting as it share same platform.

Please la, it’s sad to see us in a muslim country but we didnt have good surau facility and they always dont maintain it at all. Thanks.

Generally very good. Reaches many suburbs. Few delays, usually on time. Attentive staff who are patient when dealing with tourists. Point for imporovement: PLEASE INCREASE THE TEMPERATURE IN THE TRAINS, IT DOES NOT HAVE TO BE 15 DEGREES CELSIUS. WE ARE PEOPLE, NOT PORK CHOPS IN A FREEZER. I took the train from Ampang Park to Taman Bahagia yesterday and caught a cold. Great job, Prasarana.

The parking charges have increased (Oct 2023), and there is no covered parking or roof. Additionally, there are many cars parked in the corner, making it difficult for others to move out. Since we pay to park our cars here, I believe you should check the condition of the area to ease the other car user. Looking forward the improvement. Thanks.
